All my life, I was taught that in order for a man to marry me, I had to shrink. My boyfriend of three years never had any intention of making me seen, but I had no idea of the real storm on the horizon.

Blessing me with a Gangster
Zay thought the grass was greener, but now he realizes that it was just a facade. I'm glad Nas was there to speak life into Blessing, I believe if he wasn't and she found out what Zay did, she really would have fallen apart.

Nas Was Indeed Blessed
As soon as Nas stepped on the scene I knew he was going to make me start rubbing my feet together in bed while smiling... and Baybeee, when I tell you that man did that in every single chapter from his point of view - He did. He had me skimming Zay's words quick as heck because I knew he would be a nonfactor as soon as I read Nas' first chapter. Blessing had me worried for a minute, but when my girl was done she was DONE- and I loved that for her. This book definitely has a messy component and in the real world I would advocate for some healing and all the right things to say, but in this book world, IDK about none of that. London was all the way right when she said F that man and then F THAT man. Advice well received and taken and I was here for it all! I enjoyed this book, especially Blessing finally learning her worth and demanding respect from everyone regardless of their position in her life. Editing was done well. And even with the multiple character viewpoints it flowed well and held my interest.

Shari B. this book was given five stars ⭐️ because the storyline and plot were very good. You gave your characters relatable parts. You even gave us advice and tips on avoiding conflicts and situations in order for us to avoid staying in a bad relationship. I loved the book because it was so well written. We must remember to love ourselves and speak up because if we don’t people would run all over us. If you love that Alpha Male you truly will love this book. You will be given love, romance, cheating, lies, but you will also see Karma introduce herself in the betrayal of the storyline…

Zay really played in Blessing’s face for three whole years but the best mistake that he made for Blessing was having Hasan come live with them. Hasan saw the woman that Blessing was and how Zay misused and undervalued Blessing. Has began to pour into Blessing everything that she wasn’t getting from Zayand Blessing started to develop real feelings for Has especially when Zay was having Has act as his wingman for Blessing so he could run off with Bri. It ain’t no fun when the rabbit got the gun and Zay was bútt hurt when he found out Has and Blessing hooked up. I like the fact that Zay and Bri are miserably married and Has and Blessing are overwhelmingly happy.

Shari B, as usual a great read! When I say I wanted Blessing to understand her worth and its a sad thing some of us have been conditioned to stay silent no matter what that still doesn't give you the same thing as if you spoke your mind.

This book was funny and kept me. In a chockhold through out didnt want to put down. Zay was a selfish, arrogant naracist, he like something on the bottom of his shoe, he really deserved everything that happened to him and more. Also her mother was a real piece of work too. So happy Blessing finally stood up for herself and got a backbone. She deserved all the love,laughter,and happiness. So happy Nas came along to truly showed up and showed out!! He was on his realgrown man energy and stood on business. Happy they both got their Happy ever after.

A Gangsters Blessing
This was a great read. Blessing was with Zay and he just treated her bad and she just let him. She never checked him on how he was treating her. Zay was a real F boy. But he messed up when he let Nas come and stay with them because Nas showed Blessing how she should be treated. I'm so glad that Nas and Blessing got their happy ending. And I'm also glad that Zay got the karma that was coming to him because he thought the gas was greener on the other side and it wasn't.

Zayden was a loser and I couldn’t stand how he treated Blessing from the very beginning. It’s a shame that Blessing didn’t know her true worth until Nas which is Zayden bestfriend came around. Zayden took Blessing out of town just so he could get married to someone else. The definition of lowdown. I love how Blessing finally stood up for herself and broke it off with Zayden. Good job Queen!

Mistake number 1: NEVER invite a man, a FINE man at that, into your house when you and your significant other are not secure. Nas came in, analyzed the situation, and swooped Blessing off of her feet. He gave her everything he saw she was lacking. He spoke life into her. Her put life in her. His love was suffocating and abundant. It was very refreshing to read about. Great stoyline!

This is the first book I have read by this author, but it sure won't be the last. They say KARMA IS A B@#$H, and they ain't Never lied. But Zayden brought this on himself, playing in Blessing's face the way he did and basically pushed her into Nasan's arms. I loved everything about this book. The MFC was a beautiful woman that was taken for granted by her boyfriend. Loved the MMC he saw Blessing for the beautiful woman that Zayden took for granted. Nasan and Blessing was each others peace and calm space. Sex scenes were 🔥🔥 and 🌶🌶. Kudos to the author 👏🏾👏🏾

This was such a cute read. I can say this author never disappoints. I don't like the colorism my beautiful chocolate sisters receive from weak BM. My heart hurts and my blood boils when people try to play in their face and I disrespectfully check it at the door. Great read!!
