The Bubble Babes series will always be one of my absolute favorites! While I’m thrilled that I finally got to read Book 4, I can’t help feeling emotional knowing this marks the end (at least for these characters). It’s truly bittersweet.

AIWWTRBBIBASPI (acronym for the full title) was nothing short of amazing! What I love most is how Petra continues to deliver adventure, action, and comedy in perfect balance; never losing sight of the story. I expected a great book, but Kamari and Fer’Oon’s story was incredible!
I’ll admit, Gra’Eth still has my heart, but Book 4 now lives rent-free in my mind and soul. Just when I thought, “there’s no way it can get better than this,” Petra proved me wrong…again! And as for the ever-important question: “What about the smut?” Let me just say—Petra. Did. Not. Disappoint. The spice is spicing!! 🌶️🔥 Book 4 is the perfect mix of heat, heart, and emotional depth.

Petra has done it again with another addicting addition to the Bubble Babes series.
I so much loved getting to know Kamari and Fer’oon and the bumpy start to their relationship. Fer’oon (like most men) thinks he’s better off without a mate, but along comes Kamari quite literally falling into his life and turns it upside down.
I admire Kamari’s drive to prove to people that she’s not a weak human. I LOVE Fer’oon and his yearning.
Plus the spice was CHEF’S KISS. 💋
If you’re just getting into alien/paranornal romance, PLEASE please try Bubble Babes. Petra’s writing style is so fluid and reads like everyday speech. I love it so much. Plus you won’t regret getting to know these two love birds.

WOW. Reading this was so amazing and enjoyable, yet bittersweet at the same time. To say that the book series of an author who's ARC I stumbled upon through BookSirens on a random weekday has created a book series that holds such a special place in my heart is something truly amazing.
I think this Bubble Babes book might be my favorite yet, the chemistry was off the charts and don't get me started on the romance & smut. A man that yearns is a man that can get it. Overall, I am soo happy for Ms Palerno and I cannot wait to see what she has planned for the future!! ♡♡

This series is so addicting !!

If y’all have been here for awhile you know my addiction to alien romances and this series is one of my favorites !! I was blessed by the alien gods to get an arc of this one and it was SO GOOD !! Kamari is such a badass fmc and I love her so bad🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ I love that she is a book girlie at her core and makes bookish references that had Fer’oon sitting there like ??? It had me giggling so hard

This book was such the perfect conclusion to the Bubble Babes series 🛸 I love these characters so much and getting to see a glimpse of a few of them made my heart so happy 🤭 This is such a fun series it had me giggling the whole way through and had me wishing I could continue to read about life on Sontafrul 6 for forever 👽

If you want a new bingeable alien series I totally recommend this one !! And if you’re like “i don’t wanna read alien smut” well…maybe you do 😆

I always love reading a bubble babes book, they're almost nostalgic to me in a weird way. Yes, they're not the pinnacle of writing but god they're a blessing compared to other SSBC books. I will say, this one was barely smut tbh, mostly action/fluff but I still enjoyed it. Nice little comfort snack.

I can’t believe this is the final book to the bubble babes main series. I fell in love with reading all because of Book 1 and now here I am ARC reading for the final installment. My heart is so full.

This story was so cute. I loved the FMC so much I related to her more than I wish I did but seeing her progress throughout the story is just so satisfying. If I’m being totally honest Ive been in love with the MMC since he was introduced in the first book. I was so excited when it was announced that he was the MMC of the final book in the series. I loved seeing more about him and finally getting into his head and seeing his POV. I really liked their chemistry together as well. The story was beautiful from beginning to end. The ending really made me emotional during the climax with the final battle. All in all this is another perfectly written book by my queen herself Petra Palerno!

This has been my favorite of the series. You can tell the author is in a groove and knows exactly what to do. I think I love this story the most because of the action sequences (I mean the smut is definitely STRONG). They were so heart pumping and full of energy. I am so glad this was the final piece of the Bubble Babes universe because it is the best damn thing I’ve ever read. I got this as a part of an ARC and I will be getting the book in paperback for full highlighting ❤️ forever thankful for this author showing me worlds and kinks I didn’t know about!

Gleeful Goblin Review: In a sea full of all kinds of spicy sci-fi reads, this series always stands out to me. I've loved each book and its characters so much it's impossible for me to truly have a favorite but this one certainly gave me a run for my money on that pick! I felt instantly in sync with our FMC Kamari because our intro to her is she's having (or trying at least) to have a getting to know you type conversation on a dating app and has just told the guy she's chatting with about her romance focused book store and why she loves the genre. All her reasons made total sense and I share them wholeheartedly. But having explained herself to this random his response is an utterly unwanted closeup of Natureguy33's *ahem* baby carrot: "I groan audibly as a picture, a wide-angled and slightly out-of-focus shot, of Natureguy33’s pení$, pops up on my screen. Despite its surely small size, it is a symbolic monolith of my utter disappointment. This must be my cue from the universe that it’s time to pack up and go home. I block natureguy33, without a response, and shove my phone to the bottom of my tote bag. “Romance is de@d,” I sigh to the husky black cat sitting next to my cash register. He tilts his head at me, letting out a grumbly little meow. “Well, all romance except you, Cassian.” My fingers give the chunky boy a chin scratch before collecting him under my arm. My bookstore, Pages of Love, has been working with the local shelter to bring in adoptable shop cats. Cassian is named after one of my favorite book himbos. He purrs as I sling the tote bag over my other arm." I loved Kamari's attitude in general and heartily approve of her feelings about the love from cats. Also, how awesome to have a bookstore and adoptable shelter cats setup?! The fact that said bookshop of my dreams is based in my hometown of Seattle didn't hurt either. Which makes it all the harder when Kamari is snatched out of her hard work paying off life and into the stars. But she's not one to be down and out for long which is how she finds herself a stowaway on Fer'oon's ship of space marauders on the hunt for adventure.

Our MMC and captain of the marauders is Fer'oon. He's a proud, stubborn, and secretly soft inside grump that you can't help but love. He's determined to make his own fate and doesn't believe in this fated true love business. He's got the gear and chem suppression to make sure no pesky emotions can shake him....until the temptation of Kamari breaks through that big wall he's got up that is. "I’m a marauder, I don’t want to need anyone—that’s not the life I’ve built for myself. But f’tee, if I look at Kamari, her face screwed up in indecision, and I can’t imagine any part of my future that doesn’t involve her."

It's impossible to resist falling in love with these two goofballs and this story will have you sighing and fanning yourself by turns the whole way through. 5/5 Stars

This series is so fun, perfect for when you want a romance that's funny, spicy, action-packed and also has really emotional moments. I am so sad this is the last book, but I think there are still spin offs so I can't wait for those.

I was so excited to read this book and I did not dissapoint.

It is so funny with so many moments that had me giggling. Our FMC, Kamari is so curious and funny.

She starts the book being a bit more scared and closed off but she blossoms into this super badass space pirate and I loved it so much.

The MMC, Fer'oon, starts as a big bad Pirate that is so grumpy and then he becomes so whipped by the Kamari is hilarious and so sweet.

Also loved the fact that he used chemicals to try and stop his feelings, it was so interesting. I wished it could had lasted a bit more just because hearing his thoughts while using it frantically to stop feeling his mate bond was amazing and funny as well.

I loved the ending of the book which had me so hooked I could not stop reading and the epilogue was perfection in my opinion.

I definitely recommend this book (and the three before it) if you want a short, spicy, romantic and fun adventure filled with emotional turmoil (specially the second book).

No lie, I wasn't expecting to get such a big ending to this series. At least not yet. I don't have a reason for this expectation, but here we are. Living the finale dream. (To be fair, there could be some setup for a future series here? Like, some things that happened had strings that could be pulled and we could get more. I mean, THIS part of the series was satisfactorily resolved, but there could be more?)

So. Kamari is just done with dealing with the things life keeps throwing at her. She doesn't want to stay planetside with a bunch of aliens who could find their special someone at any moment and leave her pining in the dust. So she does something about it. Something being stowing away aboard a pirate's ship and hoping she hasn't made the most boneheaded choice imaginable.

Turns out, her decision to stow away wasn't boneheaded at all. Sure, Fer'oon isn't thrilled to have a human aboard, but he reluctantly agrees to his crewmates plan and now she has a fake mate and a chance to see all that space has to offer.

Yeah, to say Fer'oon is less than thrilled by things might be an understatement. But he doesn't believe in fated mates and the human is oddly intriguing. Especially once he stops using chemical suppressants to keep himself in line. Now he can't stop thinking about how she smells. Or feels. Or whether she's happy.

So when the chance to stop the trafficking of humans from Earth presents itself, well, Fer'oon isn't thrilled to have Kamari put herself in danger, but he has to let his little human shine. After all, he wouldn't be a proper pirate captain if he played by the rules.

A fun (if kind of gross) ending to a fun series!

This is an exciting final installment in the Bubble Babes series. It’s the fourth book in the interconnected standalones, but I’d recommend reading it last to fully wrap up the overall plotlines and avoid spoilers.

FMC Kamari was just getting her life together on Earth, running her romance bookshop, when she was kidnapped by the Deenz slaver aliens. After being rescued and finding sanctuary with the Fi’lens on Earth 2, she unfortunately developed feelings for a male, only to watch him find his true mate. Seeking escape and adventure, she stows away on MMC Fer’oon’s ship. Fer’oon is a grumpy, augmented marauder who prefers using chemical suppressants instead of dealing with emotions, but he reluctantly agrees to let her stay aboard and help with their mission. A mission that, of course, requires them to pretend to be mates… and share one bed.

I loved this book! The adventure was exciting, and the couple’s grumpy/sunshine dynamic was so endearing. Fer’oon, naturally, is a big cinnamon roll beneath the tough exterior. Palermo did a fantastic job wrapping up the series while balancing the humor and spice the books are known for.

I’m sad to see Bubble Babes come to an end, but I’m thrilled there’s more planned in the universe with Soldiers of Sontafrul 6.

This was such a great edition to the bubble babes series! There’s nothing I love more than a big scary monster or alien man turn to goo over his mate. The dynamic between Fer’oon and Kamari was so cute, slightly at odds and then heating up as he stopped using the chemical blockers. And when he finally realized she was his mate, he was so flustered and eager he could barely hold it together. Desperate to please and also afraid of disappointing her. But our girl Kamari was determined to get the life she wanted, and that included being space pirates with him and choosing him. I loved her, I related to her so much; if my life was ripped away from me I would be determined to get my choices back too. And no books either, it’s time to make my own adventure!

The spice was also amazing, I love an underwater moment, especially when Fer’oon can breathe underwater. That was super fun and I loved how easily he would submit to Kamari. Never wanting to hurt her and waiting for permission, he was perfect and gentle while also giving her want she wanted. I loved seeing her find herself sexually as well as personally throughout the story. Ultimately, the plot of saving other humans was great and inspiring, while also getting to witness this whirlwind, action packed romance. It was heartfelt and driven while also being soft and love filled. I adored it!

I have been chomping at the bit for this book to come out, ever since we got that teaser at the end of book 3 where Kamari smuggles herself on board Fer’oon’s ship and LANDS IN HIS LAP. I mean, come on. A sexy morally gray space pirate? Those are some of my favorite words.

And it did not disappoint!

Right off the bat, I vibed with Kamari. And this story hit so many of my favorite tropes and micro tropes. I won’t spoil the details, but we get fated mates, fake mates with a grumpy MMC, and “touch her and die” just to name a few.

I would have loved for this to be a longer book, but there’s certainly a lot packed into the pages we do get. Self-discovery, adventure, a little bit of espionage. Progress within the over-arching trafficking plot. And of course, the very distinctive Bubble Babes humor that I’ve come to love.

I know I’ve already said it, but since it’s really my only complaint with the book, I’ll say it again: I do wish it were longer so we could have explored more of Fer’oon’s character and history. But for the length that it is, I was very happy with the humor, adventure, spice, and overall giddy feet-kicking. I would have inhaled the whole book in one day if I didn’t get impatient and squeeze a few chapters in the night before.

Vibes - Good Time, LOL

Takes to space marauding like a fish to water
I put off reading this book for so long because I didn't want this series to be over. This was a great end to this series while leaving the story open enough for more spin-off's.
Kamari and Fer’oon don't get off to the best start, seeing as she stowed away on his ship and fell out of the air duct directly into his lap. Fer'oon is on a mission to reduce the other humans that have been abducted, a stowaway with no knowledge of piloting or navigating a ship is the last thing he needs, even if he has to chemically repress his moods (more than usual) around her. The only way her presence on the ship can be explained at the ports is if she's his mate, so they "fake it" but there's nothing fake about the way he yearns for her.
Kamari has read enough books in her life that when her life turns into a pirate adventure in space, she just goes with it. I like how adaptable she is to the crazy shenanigans they get into. This book was more action packed than the others and had less smut but it was a fun, edge of my seat read and I can't wait to read more from this author.

I stumbled upon this series through my local library and promptly read through the first 3 books. When I found out that book 4 was released, I couldn't pass up at getting back to this universe that Petra Palerno created. I totally love Kamari's vibe and attitude. Like girl, I wanna be bestie with you! So when she decided she wanted more than what aliens decided her life should be from now on, I'm totally, "You go girl!" Of course our girl wasn't expecting Fer'oon, nor him her, LOL. I didn't know what to make of Fer'oon originally but he really warmed his way into my heart. He tried to fight fate but little does he know, it'll hit him back hard. Oh, but what a way to go right? LOL. And finally, the Deenz get what's coming for them. Justice served! I'm really sad this is the last book in this series. I'm just so happy I stumble upon it and started reading it. I totally recommend this book and series if you love aliens, sci-fi, space adventure, rom-com romances with a strong female heroine who can hold their own with a strong (yet vulnerable) male hero. Fingers crossed for spin-off since we have so many ladies and a whole universe to explore. Oh the possibilities!

A wonderful ending to the cutest series, The Bubble Babes.

This is book 4 and does a great job of ending not just this book, but the entire series in a HEA.
In this particular story our FMC, Kamari is on a mission to write her own story. Everything was obviously taken form her when she was abducted by the aliens.

Now, She’s doing whatever she can to do things on her terms. She stows away on a pirate spaceship. She meets the caption, you’ll need to read the story to see how they meet.

The captan obviously dislikes her and wishes she wasn’t on his ship, but they do have to play pretend mates though to complete their mission.

Turns out both their missions align so they can save the humans together. Obviously along the way they fall for each other. It is a steamy book, but like maybe a medium heat.

There is a great side-character that I hope we get a story about. There is also some funny lines that make you chuckle out loud.

Oh, and there is lots of adventure. Like these two get into a lot of trouble and have like two or three battles they have to blast their way out of.
It’s quick, cute, and adventurous a great ending to a great story.

Such a bittersweet feeling reading this book knowing it is the last of the Bubble Babes journey. I loved it though and am so glad I got to experience this series! This book had reluctant mates and fake dating, which are two things I go crazy for. I loved how this book wrapped up the series and thought the interconnected storyline was great.
I was going to take a half star off the rating because I do wish the main characters had taken a bit more time before succumbing to the bond, but that just may be me being selfish and wanting more time with Fer’oon and Kamari. I loved them coming together though and their dynamic. Kamari wanted to take the reigns of her life back and be in control of her future and I love how Fer’oon helped her do that even if he wasn’t too eager in the beginning (but he comes around eventually 😉).

I've been obsessed with the Bubble Babes from book one, and I can't believe the series has come to an end! It was bittersweet for sure. And what better way to close up the series but with pirate, oops I mean marauder, shenanigans in space!

I loved Fer'oon so much. He's such a grump but oh the heartbreak when you find out why he's got the mask and all those tubes. He didn't realize it when they met but Kamari was his perfect match. I love a good mate bond refusal and waiting for that perfect moment when they lose that fight. And oh did Fer'oon fall hard!

Kamari is such a bada*ss, too! She didn't remember what happened to her after her abduction, but she knew that a lot of human women suffered with the same fate and risked her life to keep that from happening again.

I hope we see more of Gashna in future books in this world. He seems like such a sweetie.

What a fun, wild ride in space from start to finish.

Kamari is beautiful both inside and out— sassy and sharp she found her place through this novel. I cheered her on this whole entire time while Fer’oon took his sweet time realizing she was what he was looking for the entire time.

Fer’oon may have been conflicted until that fateful moment but he really was swoonworthy. Asking for permission, trying to fight the inevitable he does not believe in? Swoon. Bright as the twinkling sky as soon as all was clear and known.

The storyline itself was great. Constant action, high thrill and tension you could cut with a knife, all the while making you laugh SO hard the entire time. The marauder aspect was well heard and I loved how this story ended with all the HEA, plus some.

I will say, I would go to that alien party. You’d see me smash that green button about… a million times.

Fun and flirty. With a side of heavy emotions. This is a space pirate adventure with Fer’oon (emotionally distant alien) and Kamari (human looking for adventure).

Kamari sneaks onto Fer’oon’s ship and stows away. When they come face to face he’s furious. But his crew mate convinces him to let her stay and to protect her he should pretend they are mates. We all know how well pretending goes….. and this follows along those lines.

It’s sweet and spicy. And Kamari comes into her own. She gains confidence and falls hard. While Fer’oon falls harder. The adventure keeps the story moving and the romance is the cherry on top.

I really enjoyed the Bubble Babe series. And can’t wait to see where the spin offs take us.

The title says it all. What's not to love about a story of a bookstore owner being abducted by aliens, becoming a space pirate, and becoming her own kickass heroine, and falling in love along the way? I have said it already and it is worth saying again: I have loved every entry in this series more and more as we have seen more and more of this world. Petra's writing is laugh-out-loud funny. I love our alien species, I love the setting, I love the concept. These are such fun, quick reads. While I am sad the main series is over, I can't wait to see where Petra takes us next. A big thank you to Petra and her incredible team for gifting me an ARC of this book. I am so glad we're getting spinoffs.

I love the bubble babes series and was so happy to get into the last book of the main series (side stories confirmed to be coming). I loved the FMC, she's a go-getter and sure of herself, even though she shows moments of self consciousness, she always relies on her own sense of self over the opinions around her. Our MMC goes from intentionally blocking his own feelings to giving into "fate" when he realizes he's falling for Kamari. I would've like to see more of the emotional side of letting go of the crutches he used all his life to becoming absolutely devoted to Kamari, but I loved seeing that side of him

Petra! You have done it once again! I was so happy to finally be back in the bubble babes universe! We’re met with Kamari, who is a book girlie like a lot of us and she’s taken by those damn Deenz lol I love how she’s such a headstrong woman! I loved that, like me Kamari was not afraid to be brave but also afraid at the same time and was not intimidated by getting her hands dirty with work! Then we have Fer’oon who thinks he’s going to get out of fate by not falling for such a beauty(but I mean com on what’s not to love). Another character I loved was Gashna 🤣 as soon as we got to know him he reminded me of Korg from Thor: Ragnarok. When Fer’oon said “That’s what mating means. Your fight is mine. Your grief is mine. Your purpose is mine. Even if the stars give me a thousand lifetimes; I promise to spend every one following you into the dark. There’s no one else I’d rather save the universe with than you.” I melted because how beautiful 🥹
It’s such a bittersweet moment knowing this series has come to an end but also, I cannot wait to see what else is in store. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of it! If you’re looking for action, laughs and smut these are definitely for you, you will not be disappointed! Also grab some tissues because you may get a little teary eyed ( I know I definitely did)

Fer’oon and Kamari

Bubble Babes for the win! I’m so thrilled I got to read this book from the author—she was recommended to me, and it was a fantastic choice. It was such a fun, funny, and swoon-worthy read, but it also brings to light something serious and important like human trafficking.

I’m a total sci-fi and alien buff, and this book totally hit the spot! Now, I’ve got to dive into the other three books in the series. Gotta run! 🤣

I think Kamari is my favorite heroine from the series! I can relate to her feelings of isolation, watching everyone around you find their happily ever after, and feeling like you’ve been forgotten.

Kamari taking her future by the horns and going off on a grand space adventure with a grumpy alien captain was an absolute blast.

I can't believe I finished this in one day but I couldn't help myself. We had space pirates, on a space pirate adventure. I've been looking forward to our space pirate getting his own story since we first met him in Opals story and this did not disappoint.

If you like space pirate adventure (with a side of fake dating that leads to spicy stuff) This is the perfect read.

A phenomenal conclusion to the OG bubble babes series! Kamari is a badass, and Fer'oon is half space pirate--sorry, marauder, half cinnamon roll. This story is fast-paced, action-packed, and has just the right amount of spice. You can't go wrong with Petra's engaging sci-fi romance, and this book is no exception!
