She’s seeking a second chance at peace. He’s guarding a secret that could shatter his solitude. Can a spring storm bridge the gap between their two worlds?

Bailey McAllister has finally returned to the quiet beauty of Coral Canyon, determined to plant roots and find redemption. Haunted by a heart-wrenching choice from her past, she’s focused on her new veterinary clinic and keeping her defensive walls high. The last thing she needs is a distraction—especially one as handsome and quiet as her next-door neighbor.

Reeves Durham values the simple, solitary life he’s carved out on his ranch. He was all set to expand his property until Bailey swept in with an offer he couldn’t match. While he plans to keep his distance from the fiery newcomer, a sudden spring storm changes everything, leaving them forced together for survival until the skies clear.

In the stillness of the storm, an undeniable connection ignites. Reeves’s calm, steady nature provides the safe harbor Bailey has secretly prayed for, while her spirit and vibrant small-town family network offer him the sense of belonging he’s never had.

But Reeves is hiding a life-changing secret: his quiet, blue-collar exterior masks a secret celebrity identity with millions of followers. As his two worlds begin to collide, he fears he’ll lose Bailey, who’s made it very clear she doesn’t thrive in the spotlight.

Can Bailey lower her guard and trust the one man who offers her unconditional acceptance? Will Reeves’s hidden world drive them apart, or can they build a future together?

I really enjoyed reading this no spice Christian contemporary cowboy romance. More than just the end of this series, it is a long-awaited HEA for Bailey, which has been up in the air for so many books. It is the culmination of multiple series and such a satisfying conclusion with so many points of view from characters we have loved for decades in this fictional world. I was so excited with our meet cute for these two in the last book – and by meet cute, I mean life-threatening situation. I devoured this book and loved all the different perspectives and seeing Bailey really come into herself and find healing after all that has gone on in her life. This finale is stuffed full of faith, family, and forgiveness. I really enjoyed the survivalist aspects with our MMC. He is a new character to come into this group, but I loved how everyone brought them both in and gave him a new family. While it is always bittersweet to leave a series, I am excited to see what Isaacson will move on to. The romance is just kisses, intimacy level 1.

First if all this book as a stand alone was FANTASTIC. If this is your first book in this family saga, you will be OK, it s a GREAT book and the author explains all the majorly important details of the back stories. If you are are like me and have been along for the whole ride of this series, you are in for a real treat!! Bailey is one of those characters that we have loved for ages, and have been waiting for her story, waiting until the last, was just perfect! Bailey has had a hard time in her life and struggled with the people in town and realizing that she could even deserve their love and friendships, this book is about redemption after sin and hard choices, even though said choices were the right ones. Bailey has had a lot of pain in her life, and she needed a special man to come into her life. Reeves is that man! He does have a career that puts him in the spotlight and that is hard for both of them. But they will find a way to figure that out and both of them figure out if they can be accepted into the Young family. This book is wonderful end to a wonderful series, we will miss this whole family, but Bailey's story was PERFECT!!

Bailey made a decision years before that resulted in heart-wrenching and lasting repercussions. After years of agonizing emotional struggles and separating herself from painful memories back home, Bailey slowly has healed and returned to her family and her small town. Readers of the Coral Canyon books have watched Bailey’s story play out for quite some time now and I think that they will agree with me that this was a very hopeful and satisfying way to finish the series. People mess up, sometimes in ways that leave scars behind, and they need forgiveness and grace. This was Bailey’s wonderful redemption story. I have learned from and grown to love the fictional Young family featured in this series and the Whitaker and Hammond families whose stories have been interwoven here and there. I’m so sad we have come to an end to their stories. I’m going to miss them. Hopefully they will turn up in a new, later series by the author. She surely knows how to craft good characters and family sagas! Highly recommend! I received a ARC from the author. All opinions expressed are completely my own.

I will not forget Reeves and Bailey’s story for a long time.

The Coral Creek cowboy’s has been a ride and a half. I laughed, cried and fell in love with all of the characters once again. It was so wonderful to visit them again.
Reeves and Bailey’s love story had an unusual meeting and kept going from there. Both characters had various problems they needed to work on. Reeves was the closest thing to being a hermit that I have ever seen. Bailey was constantly running from problems she didn’t want to face. But in this moment in time she actually wanted to run to someone and hold on for dear life. She had convinced herself that she didn’t deserve a love, children and a happy ending. She met Reeves and he did everything he could do the keep her close and safe in his arms.
I loved this story and I really am so sorry that it had to end. I really enjoyed the 2 extra chapters, six months later and one year later. You can never go wrong reading one of Liz Isaacson’s books, you will enjoy each book you read

OMG!!! I have been so looking forward to reading Bailey’s story, and I was not disappointed! The chemistry between Bailey and Reeves sizzled and sparked from the very beginning, even as Reeves never knew what love was. I loved how Bailey has learned not to count on others for her happiness. She has worked hard to control her mental health. Reeves and OJ bonded from their first meet and had wonderful interactions. Plus, the interactions with the entire Young family along with Bailey’s family are off the charts! You definitely find the meaning of the word FAMILY in this book: you work through the hard stuff together; you laugh together; you cry together; but mostly you pray together and for each other, all rooted in LOVE for each other. I’m ready to start reading Bailey all over again. It was that good!
I will miss all the folks in Coral Canyon and hope at least some of them show up in a new series or two.

I feel like I’ve been waiting forever for Bailey’s story! We met her many books ago, and caught glimpses of her along the way. A great part of her redemption began in the book called Bryce and I felt like it was completed in this story.

Bailey has had a hard life. She made some very tough decisions and is learning to deal with the aftermath of those. As the story continues, we see her being brought into the folds of the Young family, and I specifically loved the interactions with Bryce and with OJ. One of my favorite scenes had to do with the “good news” text thread.

Reeves is Bailey‘s neighbor, but he’s also hiding a bit of a secret. I love watching their relationship develop. I won’t spoil it with too many details, but it was truly precious watching her redemption be made complete. What a wonderful story!

I feel like I have waited forever for Bailey’s story, and it was worth the wait, although sad since it is the end of this family saga I will miss. Bailey and Reeves are neighbors who have only had polite conversations until a severe storm and flooding brings them together, then you can feel the chemistry between them. I loved how their relationship slowly formed and how they were able to forgive each other for the wrongs they felt they had done. Their romance is so sweet and swoony, with fun conversations and tender moments. This story also shows how the Young and Whitaker families have grown and what is now happening in their lives, weddings, babies, trials and faith make this a beautiful and wonderful wrap for this fantastic series, a story that I loved and highly recommend reading!

I absolutely loved this book from start to finish. Bailey’s return to Coral Canyon, her haunted past, and her determination to start over with her new vet clinic made her such a relatable and easy-to-root-for heroine. The forced proximity during the spring storm was the perfect setup for her and Reeves to slowly open up to each other, and their emotional connection felt genuine and earned.

Reeves’s calm, steady personality paired with his shocking secret celebrity life added a fun, modern twist to the classic small-town romance. The tension between his hidden world and Bailey’s need for a quiet, spotlight-free life kept me turning the pages. This is a warm, heartfelt story about trust, belonging, and second chances—and I’d happily give it 5 stars.

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book which I received from the author. All views expressed are only my honest opinion. Bailey McAllister has returned home and opened a veterinary clinic. Her next door neighbor, Reeves Durham is famous for his video channel on outdoor camping, but is a very private person and dislikes crowds. They begin dating after they are thrown together during a weather emergency. The large Young family continues to enfold both of them into their family. A touching finale to a captivating family saga .

Sigh…the last of the series and such a beautiful tale of living and learning and loving. Bailey’s story reminds us that good often comes even through the consequences of our poor choices and that God can take our heart-wrenching mistakes and bring us through in ways beyond our imagination. Isaacson is a master storyteller and her characters are relatable, full of life and emotional depth that draws one in page after page.

Absolutely loved it

I have so enjoyed this series and hate to see it end. Bailey's story is the perfect ending. I loved watching her grow and watching things come together for her and Reeves. These two are so good together and for each other. I loved catching up with the Whittakers and Young's and seeing how the families had grown. A wonderful read that I didn't want to put down.

I received this book in advance, truly loved it and I voluntarily leave my review.

Bailey and Reeves are a sweet couple. Their story is about finding home, a place where they feel peace. While this is the final book in the series and there are a huge number of characters it can be read as a stand alone. Really enjoyed reading about all the characters and seeing how they all have opened their hearts to Bailey and Reeves and tried to show them love and acceptance can come from anywhere. Great read!

Outstanding conclusion to the Coral Canyon Cowboys series that includes catching up with many beloved characters and their lives. We have loved (and disliked at times) Bailey for years and it is heartwarming to see how she turns her life around. This is a wonderful read with romance, adventure, and all the feels. Excellent read.

It’s finally here and I love the ending. Such a story of redemption and how the mistakes of our youth can both shape us yet refine us. Yet God, the finder of lost people, can take hold of us and grant a peace that only He can give. How I’ve loved being a part of this family, the Whittakers, the Young’s and all of the happenings in Coral Canyon. Thank you for such a wonderful journey.

I have journeyed with Bailey through her relationships with Graham and Laney, then with Bryce and OJ, and now with Reeves. I appreciate how her process has evolved over the years, leading her to better accept love and feel more comfortable with her accomplishments and identity. OJ is the typical teenager.
I always look forward to catching up with my family.

Wonderful

I can hardly believe this is the last in this series! That makes me want to cry! I have loved each of these families, the Youngsters and the Whittaker and the Hammonds! Still think the dancing wedding was the best, but I've loved each of them. Great stories, super author!

Great finish

Another great family series. In true Isaac son form, this is a truly warm story that finishes the story around Bryce and Bailey. It is heartwarming the way their relationship and extended family handle things. Truly a feel good about life and the way it should be lived.

Bailey has been a troubled character since the beginning of this wonderful series. I love that she moved back to Coral Canyon and me Reeves, her next door neighbor and mountain man. Their story is filled with emotion as they turn their faith to the Lord and learn to accept love and support from their families and the whole noisy Young family. Delightful!

Coming home isn't always easy

Bailey has been searching for home and forgiveness for a long time. Reeves has been searching for home and comfort in his own skin. Liz Isaacson story of finding and receiving what the Lord has provided for us is beautiful. Another wonderful addition to the world of Young Family.

The perfect ending to a wonderful series! Bailey's story was complicated to say the least. I'm happy she finally found the one for her who would love her through any circumstance. I hate for this series to end, but this was a good place to end the series
