Coop has been undercover when they stumble along Mia his lost love that he left to protect.
“Go have a wonderful, happy life,” I cut her off. “Find someone who deserves you. Have those kids you wanted. That house with the garden. Be happy.”
This is one wild and crazy ride with evil bad guys and non stop action. This series and its predisesor never disappoint. It’s always a pleasure to dive into a new story. Keep them coming!!

Cooper is the third book in the Warrior Security series and is a standalone. But I highly recommend you read the previous two books (Beckett and Lachlan) in the series so you will be caught up on who is who and what has happened.
Cooper is a small town romantic suspense book that tells the second chance romance between Ryan "Coop" Cooper and Mia Thornton. While I don't want to spoil any of the juicy details on how these two meet, they bump into each other in the most unexpected places and circumstances. While danger is literally at their doorstep night in and out, these two embody the saying, "love conquers all." There is nothing he wouldn't do for her and vice versa. Cooper takes you on a roller coaster of a ride with all the twists, turns, steamy goodness, and crossover characters and scenes.
If you were on the fence to one click this book, this is your sign to go ahead and preorder this book and dive in once it hits your kindle. I read this book in one day and I was on the edge of my seat swiping left so I can find out what happens next in this book. Josie Jade is a talented author who know how to get you hooked while falling in love with the characters that make you feel like a part of the family.
I have loved reading the Resting Warrior Ranch series and am loving the spin off series of Warrior Security!!! Can't wait to read the next book in the series, Travis.

Another fantastic adventure in the Warrior Security series. This is Ryan Cooper - Coop's story. Ryan Cooper is former military, considers himself broken from life's curveballs, has found his 'home' with the Warrior Security family and has accepted that this is life now in Garnet Bend. An undercover mission as an arms dealer is just another day. Mia Thorton has been dealt a rough hand. She had life all figured out until Ryan Cooper returned physically from a mission and ended up walking away from her. This devastated Mia and life compounded afterwards with a few challenges that left Mia feeling broken. Fate has decided to give these two a second chance after six years but the game is real and the stakes are deadly but can love truly conquer all? A great story with lots of highs and lows that kept turning theae pages and absorbing every word. Ryan and Mia, I fell in love with them both and totally enjoyed the roller coaster ride their adventure took them on. I absolutely love returning to Garnet Bend and cannot wait for the next adventure, to see this mismatch family grow and be apart of next warrior finding their HEA. Enjoy!

Mia’s life has not been the sunshine and roses Cooper imagined for her and she bares the physical and emotional scars of the challenges she’s faced since Cooper left, fate may have thrown then back together but can they sell the deception that will keep them alive? Buried feelings are still there, and whilst Mia barely recognises the man Cooper appears to have become Mia’s instincts push her to trust him.
It’s emotional and gritty, action packed and edge of your seat at times, you will not be disappointed and won’t be able to put it down as you live the roller coaster of Mia and Cooper’s second chance.

Fast paced and attention grabbing suspense! The third book in Josie Jade's Warrior Security series brings us Coop's story. He's undercover with a dangerous militia when he reconnects unexpectedly with the woman he used to think he'd spend forever with. Thrust into danger and an uncomfortable situation, Mia shows her strength and keeps her head through it all. I enjoyed both characters and their backstory and the danger was top notch. I wanted a little more once they were safe and reconnecting. It felt a bit rushed and glossed over of the trauma and past they shared. I'm looking forward to more to come in the series and highly recommend this series as well as the Resting Warrior Ranch series that it spun off of to anyone who loves former military guys who share great friendship and brotherhood after returning home and having to deal with trauma and life after service as they each find their forever love.

Many books begin slowly and then pick up the pace as you go (think biking up a hill and then going down the other side). Some books are like a roller coaster -- the slow climb to the top and then a series of drops and swirls. Cooper -- prepare to hit the ground running or, more accurately, starting at the top of the roller coaster and hitting all the drops and twirls and upside downs. A page turner at it's best. One warrior is undercover and a survivor is found in the wrong place and wrong time. They have history and working together was the only way to survive. I cracked the book today and did not stop until I finished it. Wow. Josie Jade is one of my authors who I reserve a day to read her new books (otherwise I will stay up late, late, late to finish her books). Bravo!!!

What a great story! Josie Jade combines intrigue, suspense, drama and danger with deep seated emotions that will keep you turning the page to see what happens next. Coop and Mia have a history, albeit a splintered one, so when she appears right in the middle of his undercover assignment they're both surprised. Talk about being at the wrong place at the right time. Protecting her means claiming her though. Will she go along? There are surprises in store for you with some real "hold your breath" moments. Inner strength drives them both as well as a chance to set things between them. Great reading made better by the appearance of familiar faces.

Ms. Jade has done it again. This book had my heart racing with Mia and Ryan/Coop Cooper: a dangerous mission he was under; and then to see Mia after all this time. The men he was with were bad men. He had to think fast on what to do. Mia wasn’t sure what was going on. So Ryan told them she was his. It seemed they weren’t sure about that. Ryan had to sell it, and had to make sure Mia did as well. The cover he had was very important. His family is important to him, and Mia is too.

Your past always comes back and bites you and sometimes your current is worse. Leaving her behind, now undercover sees past lovers come face to face and they need to forget the past to stay alive. Working together they work out their past and make plans to exit current situation so they can have a second chance. But things don't happen that way. Learning to lean on new people, joining forces just might get them there. A wide ride, a real page turner.

Wow, just wow!, I am absolutely blown away by this book. The writing was superb describing poor Mia’s car accident and the way she suffered when Coop put her in the closet, actually had me almost in tears, very powerful stuff.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book. Cooper and Mia accidentally re-meet at a site he’s been scouting with his fellow thugs ad he works undercover. Unfortunately, his companions don’t need witnesses… what comes next is literally a walk on the edge - for both of them. Him keeping her alive while doing so for himself as well. Fast paced and always on the edge. Great story.

Mia in the wrong place wrong time has stumbled onto the compound and Coop knows her and now is trying everything to keep her safe. What a roller-coaster of a ride.
