This book was not what I'd hoped it be. While I found some sections interesting and useful most of the book felt like a listing of different conditions that MIGHT link to Long Covid but might not.
I feel like I learnt a lot about lots of different conditions which was interesting but not very helpful. l was left with a lot more questions.
This just didn't seem very legit to me. It was extremely repetitive at times, some typos and sentences that didn't make sense.
The author mentioned research they'd carried out but never actually explained it and there was no data or case studies shown or detailed.
There were sections where they'd mention a treatment, say that there was research or more research needed to be considered but then not show or reference any of the actual data.
There were also sections of text that had been highlighted as quotes but no reference to who or what it was quoted from.
The chapter about the Vagus nerve stimulator read like a badly translated user manual.
It was just all a bit odd.
I wouldn't recommend.
