What a disappointment and missed opportunity. So boring. So basic. The dull text doesn’t always even correspond well with the photographs. The text that speaks of Jane as a young girl pairs with a photo of an elderly Jane, for example. I got this for my son, who is interested in Goodall, but I would recommend the illustrated picture book biographies such as “The Watcher” over this as it offers little that couldn’t be found by a two minute internet search. .

I thought the book was okay. It was an infomational book but it didnt have any cool information and only went over the basic aspects of her life. It would be a good book for younger kids to learn about her but you could get all this information from an article or two.
