I’ve always been curious about the “why” behind everything. Why we think the way we do, and why society is structured the way it is. This book felt like someone finally put that whole thought process into one place. Beyond explanations, it also gives you fresh questions to ask yourself, especially about how things might shift as technology evolves and AI becomes part of our reality. It’s thought-provoking, grounded, and leaves you reflecting on how much of your life is driven by instinct, conditioning, or choice. A surprisingly memorable read.

Don’t let the phrase “operating instructions” in the book title scare you as "too engineering". This book balances well intellectual rigor with human warmth, fun to read in fact.
What makes this book interesting is the author’s openness and curiosity in examining across different disciplinaries, exploring cultural, science, genetic inheritance with modern touches. Where others prescribe solutions, Anton provides an elegant framework—the MIND and TRUE systems—empowering us to forge our own paths.
This book is a “goodread” :)

Simply an eye opener! Most of the time we don't question ourselves how and why we react a certain way to certain things. This book really helps to bring back the reflection on how humanity works behind the science, philosophy, and social aspect. I definitely recommend it to anyone trying to figure out why and how things are happening it the life and your brain in particular!

I manage complex tech activities, but managing my own stress and my kids? That is the real challenge! 😂 This book is a total game-changer. It brilliantly decodes the "cultural code" we inherit and helps balance our deep traditions with the crazy AI future we are heading into .
