When pictures fall out of a rain-soaked envelope as Chelsea Waters is delivering mail on her route, she sees one of her postal patrons tied to a bed, sporting a black eye. Knowing that the woman’s husband is out of town, and convinced that the woman has been kidnapped, she decides to find her and somehow rescue her.
