A quick book by Tlyn with some plot twist was not expecting.
Draco and Tek are brothers. Draco more the hot head then Tek.
Draco has never been in love until he sees Hershey (Taylor). Taylor is in a relationship that she doesn’t realize is fake, dude is a married man.
Tek is a single father who loves the hell out of his daughter . His baby mother is trash because she to her not treating her daughter’s ear infection she lost her hearing.
Amina is Taylor’s best friend who is also death due to an incident that happened when she was younger. Of course Amina and Tek meet when baby girl goes to school for the hearing impaired.
Draco will take you on a ride you never know what’s gonna come out his mouth and what he’s gonna do.
Draco and Tek’s story entertained me from the beginning to end. The story is fast paced but I was able to keep up with the storyline. Draco literally went in head first to get Taylor to give him the time of day. He knew Taylor was settling and he was right there to save the day when she learned the truth. I thought Tek was a great father; he took on having a child with a disability and wasted no time learning how to care for her. I would have liked to see more of the couples together in the end but I did enjoy this one.
I liked the storyline but I don’t feel like the characters had enough build up. The whole book was fast paced which I don’t mind but like can we get a little character building? Amina and Tek relationship I feel like I got nothing from it. We never got more of his daughter or babymama. Good read just a little disappointed.
This was a really nice read. I loved the relationship between Draco and Tek their brotherhood was dope. They definitely had each other’s back to the fullest. That damn Auntie/Mama was a sick trip I am glad she got her karma for what she did. I loved Taylor she was a cool chick who was duped by an older guy when she was at her lowest but I am glad she was able to see him for what he was and find love and happiness with Draco. Amina was a sweetheart who had suffered a traumatic experience in her younger years that caused her to be deaf. Amina meeting Tek through the situation with his daughter was a great thing she found love as well from a man who definitely had her best interest at heart and stood ten toes down for her. I was also glad to see the person that hurt Amina and Taylor get their karma it was much deserved. This was my first read by this author but I can say I enjoyed it and will read more from her in the future!!!
This was too short but oh so good and extremely fast paced. Tek loved his brother so much that there is absolutely nothing he wouldn’t do for him. Every move he made was with Andra in mind. Andra in the other hand was so devoted to Tek and Nina that no one could tell him nothing about them, then he got his Hershey. Amina and Taylor were so good to each other and it was so uplifting to read about a character with disability that didn’t impaired her too much, still found love and devotion from a boss man/kingpin/gangster. Wished that the ending wasn’t so rushed, where we didn’t even read how Andra grovel to Taylor for disappearing for a week on her. We didn’t get a chance to visit the houses that both Tek and Dra took, then we didn’t get a chance to read how spoiling Nina was from Sympson and Berreta, but even with all that, it was a cute, refreshing book!!!!
Draco doesn’t trust easy and honestly I get it. When your mama out here trying to get with you, trust issues make sense 😭 The only people he really believed in were his brother and maybe a couple of his friends. The twist though? My man is a full-blown germaphobe, so watching him try to balance attraction and control was wild and funny at the same time.
Taylor was super green to the world after wasting years on an old man, just willingly taking the worm like it was part of her daily vitamins 😩 Seeing Draco fall first was dope, but him still entertaining that other girl while trying to push up on Taylor? Sir, please pick a side.
And Tek, I wanted more from his storyline. Him and Amina’s love felt like a throwaway add-on that didn’t really get the space it needed, especially in just 197 pages.
Still, I liked it. The story had moments that hit even if it needed a little tightening. 3.5⭐ because the potential was there and the messy parts definitely kept me entertained.
This was pretty good. It was pretty fast paced and the plot twist was crazy. Brenda was really a weird psychopath. Draco was a fool he kept me laughing and Tek was the calm to Draco’s storm. I loved the relationship between the brothers.
The ear infection situation with Nina blew me because no way her ear was infected and she didn’t cry to her parents 🙄kids often run fever and cry due to the pain but whatever I know it’s fiction but I like some realistically as well.
The brothers new relationships happened so fast I didn’t get them growing together it was just bam we’re together now bam we’re buying a house. I like to follow the journey of falling in love and that was missing from this read, still a good read nonetheless.
Had to be hard on them Tek and Draco to find out your Auntie kidnapped you because she was obsessed with your dad And sexual desire for her own nephew she was sick ok ..
I'm glad both of them Met women who were perfect match for them Amina was perfect for Tek and Nina Came in there life gave them both something both needed making them family.. Taylor Came in Draco life changed him because he didn't trust because his child hood thinking his parents were dead or didn't care about them all because Aunt was on sick stuff. But he eventually found love and happiness with Taylor..And now they also have the chance to get know there parents and have a family frfr
I like most everything about TLYN's books. I like how she keeps you engaged and the love the characters have for each other. I like how the main female characters are boss women who know how to stand up for themselves and take care of themselves. I like how the main male characters are all bosses and show love and respect to their females they truly love. What I didn't like was the profanity used and somewhat bullying attitude. Overall I love the love and the story lines. Lady T.
A fast paced standalone about young adults growing into maturity, due to life circumstances! I especially enjoyed using hearing impaired characters, there's so many forms of communication, but sign language is truly special to me. Tek made is baby girl a priority! Draco went for what he wanted with no apologies. Ami a '& Taylor/Hershey were truly friends/sisters! Those that needed to be dealt with met their demise! Great read, loved the ending!
This story took you for a wild ride. Some of the things that occurred were crazy. But, deep down inside you know when something seems off, stay true to that feeling.
Jealousy is a bad drug and can cause devastating consequences.
I loved that the men knew what they were feeling and was able to show and tell. I also loved the humor that was part of the story.
This was a good one. There wasn’t a lull in the book, the surprises kept you invested, brothers Tek and Draco were comedic relief. The way they came for Amina and Hershey was all gas no brakes. The birds were definitely birding and the snakes were all around, but handling that was light work for Tek and Draco. I would love to see more of them in the future. Happy Reading Y’all!💋
I loved it this book was everything from the beginning to the end. I loved the fact that Taylor and Andra got together I loved them as a couple. I also love Tekaiden and Amina together. I didn’t feel bad about Prince Doughboy and Meka or the crazy aunt they most definitely deserved to die
It was actually a good read. The book held your attention from the very beginning. Draco was one disrespectful dude🤦 He didn't care what came out of his mouth. Tek was the level headed brother and one good dad. It was crazy when their father found them, I teared up a lil bit lol. Their aunt was one crazy lady and she deserved what she got in the end.
Draco tail was something else but I loved that he remained true to himself. Tek was the perfect big brother. Brenda has some true issues but I’m glad the boys finally got they family. Prince and Doughboy got what they deserved smh. Amina, Niña and Taylor we’re just some beautiful souls and deserved happiness!
Draco a hot ass mess dude just didn’t care what he did or said. I was definitely entertained the entire story with his character alone. Teak was more levelheaded but just as crazy. I was a little suspicious of their mom’s behavior in the beginning but the wrap up made it all make sense. I’m definitely going to wrap up my weekend with more stories from this author.
Hunni I have enjoyed working my way through T’Lyn catalog! Draco definitely had no remorse for what we did and lord know Tek tried his best to balance his a$$ out lol! The Plot twist tho was another story definitely no Remorse there! Perfect title for this book!
Brenda was a straight looney toon. How you kidnap your sister’s kids and pose as their mother cause you’re in love with the father, who doesn’t even look at you like that. People are really crazy. Glad Andra and Tek found Tay and Amina. Doughboy was sick preying on young girls. Prince was crazy and weird. All got their karma in the end. Good read.
Draco was the true definition of a crazy, unhinged man who went to hell behind his family. He really could have used a therapist though because he had the worst anger. This book read really fast hut it didn’t feel like it was being rushed and I appreciate that. For me T’lyn can’t miss with the pen. Another good one.
A quick Friday morning read! Draco is disrespectful AF! His mouth had me cracking up but if a T’Lyn man will have one thing it’s audacity! I liked how things were written with Nina and Amina. They were happy and Nina still felt full of life which was cool. There’s lots of twists and turns, plenty of drama in a short package!
This story was decent. My biggest issue was all the ERRORS. I wanted to end the book so badly because there was an error in almost every paragraph or sentence. It truly ruined the reading experience. And the inconsistencies and pacing of the story threw me off as well. Anyway if you take away all the wrong this was a decent story.
No Remorse was a cute, quick hood love story about two brothers, Tek and Draco, finding their way and falling in love. I did take some points off for the grammar errors, but since this is one of T’Lyn’s older books, it’s understandable. I really enjoyed the little plot twist with their parents—it added a nice layer to the story and was written out well.
A fast-paced story with action and mess happening in every chapter; however, there were way too many errors that pulls you out of the story from time to time.
I enjoyed the plot twist with the mother.
A lot of street and hustling mentality with not much character development. Draco was possessive and disrespectful and I preferred Tek’s character instead.
Oh how I enjoyed reading this book. Love me some Tek. He was Bae FR. Now Draco hotheaded self just needs to grow up some more. They both loved their women. I’m glad they found their family as well. Great job.
I'm not going to even lie I was kind of on the fence with this book for a while. But miss book the story definitely starts to turn up and the plot gets to turning. So I'm glad that I kept reading because it turned out to be a good read.
This one interesting story and I loved it. it had quite a few plots and twist. Once I started reading it I could not put it down. A couple of time I had to go back and reread because I thought I missed something. Great job.
I loved me some Draco. He could be a spoiled brat sometimes but he had me laughing the whole time I was reading. Tek was such an awesome big brother. I loved their relationship. Definitely read this if you're thinking about it.
I loved this story. Draco is crazy as heck but Tek was somewhat of the calm. That aunt was weird as heck and Draco was right about her. Taylor was a good match for Draco to and Amina was good people as well. I would like a follow up on them.
Whoaaaa to go after ya bosses lady is bold but it proved to be his best move what I loved about this book was it featured a love from someone who had a disability that was dope to me….the signing in the book was it for me; dope touch
