That was f*cking beautiful. I loved this book from the moment I started it. Metanoia ripped my heart out and then put me back together in the best way possible. I WILL recommend this book always. To the author, never stop writing, you have an amazing voice and talent. To anyone reading this review while thinking about if they should buy and read this book... Do it, you will not regret it!!! 💕 This book will be reread 100%. I absolutely adore Elio (my top 3 book men) and Aurora!! Oh she's just amazing. This couple will forever hold a place in my heart and my soul. This book will make you shed A LOT of tears (in a good way) , whether it's because you relate to sweet Aurora or that you love them so much that your body can't handle it!!! 🥹 I am so blessed to read this book!💕 I feel so seen. 🥹❤

wow!! This book was so sad I cried a little bit, such a good short read and great book especially from a teenage girl, Bella Elizabeth you are gonna be one of the most successful author’s in the world and I’m calling it, the fact that this book was self published makes this story feel 100x real. Literally a genius.

Aurora—
I loved her character I just wish we had more in depth why she did these bad things to herself that’s the only part that felt missing. Also I wish she had more character development.

Elio— I also loved his character I just wish this book was 2 povs 😪 it would’ve been nice and probably a funner read if we could get his pov.

Some parts of the story felt like there were plot holes and the way the story started in the beginning was a little to fast paced and felt a little rushed, the rest of the book was amazingly written.

When Elio and Aurora met it didn’t really feel like they had chemistry? It also felt a little rushed

again as a debut book this is good and I can’t wait to see Bella Elizabeth other books and I’ll 100% be reading xx

i really think this author has a lot of potential. she depicts depression very well and i love the characters, but the story has some inconsistencies. for example she has a condition where she can’t speak but that’s only shown once throughout the book. i got the special edition and i loved the drawing of them. also i don’t know why but the layout of the book was weird, i love big text but some chapters it would be at the very bottom of the page or at the top. i wish it was longer though but it was an amazing book. i really really like her writing and i’m excited for the next book.

bella you are such an insanely talented author and i’m so glad i found your tiktok! this book was beautifully written and an emotional read i loved both aurora and elio!! only complaint is i would’ve loved a pov from elio for more on his backstory. also i know griffins getting a future book (sneak peak at the end has got me very excited for it) but i would love to see a hayes book some day as his relationship with aurora was so sweet

I thought this was going to be a real good sappy book, but what i got was a wattpad story. You can easily see and read that this book is written by a teenager, not that they cant be good, but there were lots of scentences that did not make any sense. The story also lacks depth, we dont get time to get to know the characters, and it is basically just the same chaper on repeat 30 times.
