Single Mom’s Bodyguards checked every single one of my boxes and then some. Laylah Snow doesn’t hold back—this story is sizzling, intense, and surprisingly heartfelt.
As a single mom heroine, I loved how she wasn’t just some damsel waiting to be saved. She’s strong, vulnerable, and carrying the kind of weight that makes you instantly root for her happiness. And then come the bodyguards—military, alpha, protective to their core. Each one has his own edge, his own way of showing devotion, and together they create this delicious mix of heat and loyalty that had me hooked.

Bailey has to maintain contact with her abusive ex, David, due to the children. It should only be when he comes to collect them and drops them off every other weekend, but David is all about control, and he can't let the courts dictate how and when he sees Bailey. He may smile and convince others he is harmless, but Bailey knows how bad things can get with him. She thinks she is doing it for the kids; she doesn't want them to be embroiled in it all. Trying to be polite but distant in his presence, but David won't stop the harassment.

Bailey turns to her three childhood friends, who run their own Security firm, Orion. Sean, Wesley, and Huck were always in love with Bailey, even though they hid it. But seeing her now, they know that this job is going to be more personal than professional. Their feelings for her have grown, and they will stop at nothing to protect her and the children. But how far will David go to prove that he still has control over her, can still manipulate her from a distance, and will make sure she knows who she belongs to? Can the team stay one step ahead of him, or will they be playing catch-up constantly?.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Addictive! Laylah Snow has done it again! Single Mom’s Bodyguards is the perfect blend of heat, heart, and high-stakes suspense. From the very first page, I was hooked on Bailey’s story — a strong, loving mom just trying to protect her kids while facing a dangerous ex and an unexpected reunion with three men who once held her heart.

Sean, Wesley, and Huck each bring something different to the table — danger, intelligence, and pure, raw passion. The chemistry between all four characters practically crackles off the page. I laughed, cried, and definitely fanned myself more than once!

What really makes this book stand out, though, is the emotional depth. Beneath the steam and action, it’s a story about second chances, healing, and rediscovering the strength within yourself — and the people who never stopped loving you.

If you love protective alphas, emotional slow burns with explosive chemistry, and a heroine worth rooting for, this book is an absolute must-read. I couldn’t put it down!.

This was another great story by this Author who writes a really good reverse harem with depth. Bailey and her ex husband, David are at odds on how their relationship will be, especially when it comes to him, having visitation to his children and him crossing the line as far as court orders, I can concern, so she turns to her her three childhood friends, who run their own Security firm, Orion. Sean, Wesley, she asked them to help protect her from her ex. All three guys have been in love with her for a long time, and now basically their chance in pursuing Bailey in a romantic way. The story is full of action, drama and hot bedroom scene and eventually a happy ending for all four.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Bailey, Sean, Wesley, & Huck. After going through a rough time in her person life Bailey is standing strong before the press. The problem she has though is someone doesn't want to let her have the comeback that she deserves. After Bailey is threatened by her ex she and her manager go to Orion and ask for bodyguards to protect her and her children. Sean, Wesley, and Huck know they are good at their job. They never planned on the one thing that could derail their concentration. Can they all find a HEA or will outside forces make sure that never happens?

Another amazing story by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I really liked this book! With enough character building and backstory, and the central plot line that is enough to not make the story feel like it needs padding to feel bookish, this was a very solid read. I loved that they had a relationship prior to this book starting (so yes very much a second chance romance, which is top of my to be read always tropes list), and I love that the guys are such sweeties with her kids. With the holy trinity of MMCs, this book is steamy and dreamy with an HEA that will leave you very much satisfied.

The connection between these four is seamless. Though they’ve been apart from their star for years, it’s instantaneous and smooth.
This why choose hits on domestic abuse, though the character doesn’t get the help for herself or her kids like she probably should, justice is served.
Just the right amount of suspense and unstoppable green lights.

This story was a little dark and for some it should probably come with a trigger warning.
I skimmed through to the end of the book because I kind of just wanted it to finish.
This was my first time reading this author. I may read another book, however, this book just wasn’t the one for me.
