Hi, I am Elizabeth and thank you for viewing my book page.

From a very early age, fitness and nutrition have been very important to me. I was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes aged 8, which has forced on me the importance of health in my day to day life. From an early age I have been experimenting with various types of exercise and diets to discover the impact on my own body.

Through my books I hope to share this knowledge with you and to provide you with a good understanding of the diets and some novel and helpful tips to help you achieve your health and well being goals. Hopefully I can act as a filter for you as to what works and what is just a gimic (raspberry ketones for instance!).

If you will allow me, I would love the privilege of helping you towards your health goals.

This book is portrayed as a sweet novella. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time reading, in my opinion. While the premise of the story was decent, the third person narrative and numerous grammatical errors significantly reduced the quality of the story. That being said, even if all the errors I could see were fixed, the story was lacking in emotion and natural flow. I felt like I was reading a story someone summarized and left some things out for the sake of time. While novellas are short, they can still tell a great story if done properly. This book was simply not written properly.

ok writing but not correct to period

A governess attends a ball at her employer NOT invited by employer… duke wrote to king due to servant complaint … if you don’t mind inconsistencies like that, it’s prob an ok book… but don’t call it a regency!
