THE MATCH LIST is a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, opposites-attract, girl gets her best friend's brother romance. Zoe is a sassy and creative dating app creator. Eli is a hunky lawyer who is her bestie's brother, and her current roommate. The two are both attracted to one another, but initially don't act on it. When she asks Eli to help her make the terms and conditions sound sexy, he agrees. Sparks soon fly between them as their chemistry is pure fire. We got such a happy ending too. This was a fun, fast-paced, sweet and smutty read.

I think Katie J Blake is my newest favorite writer! I love these short stories that are amazingly perfect. They draw you in, hold you hostage and then leave you sated and happy.
This story is about Zoe, a dating app creator who is living with her bff’s brother, who she desperately tries not to look at like that.
Eli is an attorney who loves legal contracts and jumps when Zoe asks him to help her make her T&C sexy. But will his he’ll turn him into a walking, talking zombie with blue balls or will she finally break under pressure and allow him to ruin her with his bossy legal voice.
Katie has a way of writing a full story in only a few short pages. I usually don’t like short stories because they feel incomplete. But this book was amazing, start to finish.
I love how you got to know each of the characters and how drawn to them she made me feel. The chemistry was off the charts hot and the tension could be cut with a knife.
When they finally did come together it was sizzling, mind blowing, ridiculous! And I was here for it!
If you’ve never read anything by Katie J Blake please check her out. Her writing is amazing and you can crush a book in an hour. P.

She's his perfect match. - Eli's crush on his roommate Zoe is given full reign when they agree to beta test her dating app. He knows the longings of his heart. He just needs a chance to clue her in without scaring her off. But she's not prepared for the storm of passion that is unleashed by the surprisingly dominant man. His declaration that she is his comes too soon for her to accept. As her app takes off, their closeness wanes, her lack of attention too much for Eli to bear. The wedge between them is eventually removed, their HEA a sweet coming together.
This is a fun shorty, entertaining from cover to cover. The MCs are great together, whether in friend or lover mode. Their desire for each other is super hot. My second read by the author, definitely not my last.

Zoe and Eli are housemates that decided to test out the dating app Zoe has created. As a lawyer, Eli has offered to help her make the Terms and Conditions legally sound but "sexy." Like Zoe, he's good at what he does and delivers. What can go wrong when she spends so much time working with her best friends brother?
This is a quick little short read that has a small plot and character development. If you are seeking a really developed plot and characterization, this may not be satisfying. However, if you like a short read with a little of both, this may be for you!.

I absolutely loved this book, it was clever, well written, the perfect balance of slow burn build up and spiciness which I was so not expecting given the shorter length. I read it one sitting, could not put it down, I absolutely loved Zoe and Eli, the characters are so compelling and I was instantly invested, the way their relationship builds and unfolds is perfection, highly recommend and will be looking for more books from this author!.
