Catch of the Season

A traditional fisherman. A passionate wildlife photographer. A Christmas collision neither saw coming.

Nate Kowalski lives by the tides and the catch. The third-generation crab fisherman works Silver Sound's waters with respect for tradition and zero tolerance for interference. When seals start disrupting his crew's livelihood, he's ready for a fight.

Kate Sullivan came to Alaska to capture the wild beauty of marine life through her lens. The wildlife photographer believes in protecting what others take for granted. When her seal research puts her on a collision course with the town's most stubborn fisherman, sparks fly—and not the good kind.

But Christmas has a way of softening the hardest hearts. When the town's boat parade forces these fierce opposites to work together, Nate and Kate discover that tradition and progress don't have to be enemies—and that sometimes the most unexpected partnerships create the most beautiful magic.

Fans of Carolyn Brown, RaeAnne Thayne, and Sherryl Woods will fall in love with this opposites-attract romance that celebrates both heritage and hope.

A sweet 30-minute Christmas romance you can read while warming up by the fire.

Set in Silver Sound, Alaska—the charming small town from the Love in Alaska series where romance blooms even in the coldest winters.

“Catch of the Season” by Nina Potter

-In snowy Silver Sound, Christmas brings photographer Kate and fisherman Nate together on opposite tides. I received a free copy and am voluntarily sharing my honest thoughts.

Eleanor has matchmaking magic causing sparks to fly between conservation and tradition. They learn that love, like the ocean, thrives on balance and understanding.

A cozy, heartwarming Alaskan holiday romance that leaves you smiling, even if a touch repetitive at times.

An enjoyable, sweet Christmas treat. Nate and Kate are on opposite sides regarding conservation and the livelihood of the fishermen. Of course Eleanor works her matchmaking skills to bring them together and learn to compromise.

I received this book from the author and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Christmas in Silver Sound where once again Eleanor Matthew’s puts her matchmaking skills to work. Can environmentalist photographer Kate find a way to change her stance. And will Nate work towards a solution for the sake of the community, fishing and the seals. Another great story set in Alaska.

Another sweet read in this series. A quick read, that gives you that warm fuzzy feeling. Did feel that some of the facts were repeated a little bit too much. I received an ARC and freely leave this review.
