Wren is building her own empire on flashing lights and fearless smiles. In Vegas, she controls the room before anyone realizes they’ve stepped into it. Until her father’s past resurfaces with a deal she can’t ignore.
Luca is quiet where she’s fire - steady hands, sharp eyes, and a body built for restraint. He’s spent his life cleaning up other men’s mistakes. When an old land deal forces their families into a dangerous alliance, he’s prepared for strategy - not her.
What begins as a forced marriage meant to settle decades’ old feuds quickly spirals into betrayal and a desperate escape to the wild heart of Utah. Under peach trees and desert skies, the noise falls away - and what’s left is raw, undeniable, and terrifyingly real.
But what happens in Vegas doesn’t stay in Vegas.
When secrets surface and alliances collapse, Wren and Luca are forced to decide whether to preserve the legacy soaked in blood… or risk everything to rewrite it together.
Katie West grew up in the suburbs of Ohio and now calls the red rocks of Southern Utah home. She shares her chaotic, love-filled life with two kids, two dogs, a cat, and a very supportive husband - none of whom will ever read her books. When she’s not writing slow-burn romances with a spicy kick, she’s getting lost on bumpy backroads and fueling up on way too much caffeine.
This book did not knock politely—it kicked the door DOWN wearing strappy heels, holding a shot of tequila.
From page one, the electricity was scorching. Not the forced, overcooked insta-love kind. The real kind. Wren and Luca lock eyes and it was done. Chemistry that’s honest. Unfiltered. Immediate without being rushed. Just two people seeing each other exactly as they are and saying, “this is it.”
Wren is chaos showered in glitter. Loud, bold, and honest—a little feral in the best way. She isn’t afraid of who she is and makes NO concessions for ANYONE. When her father’s past drags her into the family business, her glittery banter turns into “ride or die” high stakes—fast.
Luca is quiet, structured, and strategic. He’s the enemy by circumstance, tied to a rival family because of his uncle’s choices. He’s control where she’s wildfire. And somehow, instead of smothering each other, they balance each other out. Opposites that click.
And you can just inject the arranged marriage trope straight into my veins. The yearning was top-tier. Luca’s truth about not letting her go again had me squealing in delight. Wanting her from afar and when fate throws them together? Just take me out already.
The spice was bold and confident. Definitely the spiciest of the Big Five series and I’m here for it. Neither of them holds the other back. Luca doesn’t tame Wren. Wren doesn’t dismantle Luca’s structure. They choose each other in the middle of chaos.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ || Oh my gosh, I went into this with no expectations and came out PLEASANTLY surprised. Usually the MMC stick out the most to me, and as book boyfriend material as Luca was, Wren is who stuck out to me the most. She was so relatable, and I’ve never come across an FMC like her! Thank you so much Katie West for the ARC copy of this book. It’s now out for everyone to read, and you should definitely be adding it to your tbr!!
I liked this book, I just didn’t love it. Nothing really grabbed me or kept my interest the way I hoped it would, and by the last few chapters I was honestly ready for it to wrap up. That said, Wren was fun and energetic, Luca was calm and steady, and they balanced each other well.
Wren, daughter of a retired mob boss forced to marry Luca a son of another mob boss who died years earlier? What could go wrong....? Well lots of things. As Wren is forced to marry Luca due to a legal issue of land ownership being only sold unless a marriage occurs between both families then them being sold out by Luca's Uncle Tony.
It looks like this duo has a lot going for them and this marriage has a mess start as Luca slept with Wren and left her?? You you'll be shocked what happens next!
Now on a scale of 5 I give this book a 4.5 there were definitely descriptive scenes that were (*cough* peach scenes) very immersive. It was like I could taste the peach in my mouth and all of a sudden I wanted fruit! I also loved how green flags were shown with Luca being a chill guy and you felt like he was wholesome even in the dirtiest scenes!
It was a great book and I even finished reading the book in two days!
Now what I felt like needed to change was the scene with the confrontation felt rushed and too easy for the main characters to not have repercussions. The evidence was found by Luca and he saved it and then showed Enzo who believed him immediately after the sister of Enzo said yes it's real? I did expect Enzo to torture Tony not a quick *pew* to the head. However, it was a good read one I haven't had in a while and I can't wait to read the other books Katie creates!

Katie West absolutely hit it out of the park with this next installment in the Big Five Series! Wren is a glitter-loving firecracker, and Luca is the smooth, sexy bad boy you can’t help but fall for. When decades-old tension between their families forces them into an arranged marriage, sparks fly immediately. What starts as a duty quickly turns into something neither of them expected… and watching them fall for each other was everything. If you love 🥵🥵🌶️🌶️, a Vegas setting, mafia romance, and arranged marriage drama, this book delivers on all fronts. The chemistry is electric, the tension is top-tier, and the passion is undeniable. Just like the others in the series, I devoured this in one day! I’m equal parts excited and sad for the final book — I’m not ready to say goodbye to these characters. TROPES ✨ 💍 Arranged Marriage ⚔️ Rivals to Lovers 🖤 He Falls First 👑 Mafia Families 🛑 Touch Her and Die
“There’s nowhere you could disappear to that I wouldn’t find you. And I wouldn’t stop looking.” ❤️
All In, No Exit brought a whole new aspect to the Big Five series: mafia romance 😍 oh my gosh, I was obsessed from the start! Wren and Luca’s chemistry was so electric and their story fit them perfectly!
If you like: 🎲 Mafia romance 💍 Forced marriage 💕 He falls first 🌵 Desert hideout plan 🤝 Ride of die couple
Then this book is for you. This is forced marriage and mafia family war meets sexy desert escape 😘
I would like to thank Katie West for sending the book as an ARC.
This is my first mafia romance read and I think it might have just opened a new genre for me. The action grabbed me from the start and the spice added an extra layer. The character development was top-notch and the characters were so relatable. I was completely devoted to this story. Although it's part of a series, it can be read as a standalone. I loved the strong female lead, Wren, with her quick-witted comebacks. The banter was fantastic. I give this book 4 stars. Happy publication day! Highly recommend. H
STANDING "O"- Literally & figuratively. Get in bitches, we goin to VEGAS!! Just WOW🤩. I knew I was going to love Wren's story based on the lil sneak peeks of her character throughout the series and Holy Hell I love being right! First off I had absolutely NO chance once I read the damn dedication page. Katie already had me tearing up: "for the ones who were told to be quiet, and chose not to be. The world needs you exactly as you are."
Overall this book just hits me on such a personal level. So much of how Katie describes Wren just rings true... most of my life, I've been told I'm "too loud", or "lower my voice", I have a "big" personality, or that "extra" charismatic, extroverted self is just ALOT. So being told in print that its okay to BE ME, hits harder than 1 would think.
Deep dive into our leading lady- Wren is so unapologetically herself- pretty much if you can't handle me, fuck off. She's pink, disco balls & glitter, wearing her bold, loud, fun loving personality as armor, a shield, protection. A way of being seen but being the one controlling the narrative. "Because if I controlled the room, the room couldn't control me" How being seen was safer, considering her fathers past line of work, she should've been a "mafia princess" but never actually was.
Luca has ENTERED the chat😮💨🔥... & I mean we had NO clue where this hot, quiet, tattoo'd wet dream of a man came from?! But boy are we thirsty💦 but then we find out he's actually Leo's older brother🤯?! #sorrynotsorry for that lil spoiler, but he was actually in book 1 at the wedding, maybe not fully mentioned or elaborated on... but sneaky Katie, I see what you did there👀. So rewind 6mos to Isla's & Leo's wedding, Luca & Wren actually hit it off & in true wedding fashion have a lil steamy encounter leaving Luca complete gone for this girl. Except he finds out who she is, specifically who her dad is. Making a choice to walk away in means to protect her from any blowback headed her families way. But by essentially ghosting her he becomes her public enemy douche #1.
Because "loyalty was currency and betrayal got you buried" & nobody gets to just walk away. In true mafia fashion, the past cant stayed buried when you still have enemies & that's what Luca's uncle Tony is. And because he's a petty greasy old man with a decades long bone to pick with his ex-bff Frank(Wren's dad), he enacts a legal clause for a property deal forcing an 'unholy' union between Luca & Wren... (and were HERE for it). Oh & Katie wasn't playin' when she said this was her spiciest book yet!🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ and I don't think I'll ever be able to look at peaches the same way... IYKYK. if you're ALL IN for: 💖mafia families 🪩arranged marriage- rivals x to lovers 💖he falls first 🪩baddie club manager in heels x quiet mafia daddy 💖touch her & die 🪩Vegas glitz x Peaceful deserts + smart, fun & witty dialogue- do yourself a favor & READ THIS BOOK! Though this is book 4 out of the Big Five series, its different enough that it can be read as a standalone(I will say though it’s nice to have background since these characters are intertwined in the previous books). If you're already into the series this book is honestly a breath of fresh air with how different it’s structured. A million stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!! Thank you so much Katie for sending this ARC🫶🏽, it’s honestly a top read for me for the year. Congrats on absolutely KILLING IT👏🏽 & grateful to have the opportunity to be apart of your ARC team! #fangirl4ever #noexit
I am a big, big fan of Katie West’s Big Five series and I was super-thrilled to be chosen again as an ARC reader, this time for Book 4 in the series, ALL IN, NO EXIT. Like the others in the series, this book is a standalone and can be read regardless of whether you’ve read the others. This time, we get a little more of Wren. She is back in Vegas, her hometown, doing what she does best…looking fierce, being the life of the party, and taking no prisoners while she has a good time running her bar. Well, that is until her father’s past rears its ugly head. Frank has always kept his daughter away from his mafia past, but not this time.
ALL IN, NO EXIT is a bit grittier and harder edged than the previous books. There’s a little more sexiness and chaos to Wren’s story. Alliances are tested and we meet Luka, a calm guy who means business, someone who belongs to and works for another family. It turns out Wren and Luka have met before in quite the memorable way. A forced marriage is drawn up to settle old disputes and bad blood, but things do not go as planned. Like the other books in this series, we visit one of Utah’s Big 5 National Parks. This time Capitol Reef and the towns of Torrey and Fruita come in. If you don’t know me in real life, I will tell you now that I am a National Park nerd with a special place in my heart for those in Utah. Even if I hadn’t spent time in the area, West captures the beauty and feel of the area which I certainly appreciate. I enjoyed ALL IN, NO EXIT and it has a lot of fun aspects. We have a mafia romance, fun characters, wit, a great setting, family drama, a rivals to lovers situation, and of course, Vegas, Baby! The story of Wren and Luka is one you’ll be happy to dive into.
‘I wasn’t protecting a deal. I was protecting her. Even if she never forgave me. Even if it ruined me.’
I just had the time of my life. What a wild, unforgiving, sparkly ride.
Mafia baddie meets mafia daddy 🥵🍑 with a spicy getaway bag and peaches 🤭 No in all seriousness… A mafia romance with banter and serious chemistry mixed with some big vegas energy. This Big 5 book was so different from the rest in the best way.
“I made the mistake of letting you go once,” he said. “That’s not happening again.”
Luca and his yearning for Wren from afar? SWOON. Luca was the perfect control to her chaos and I felt their chemistry through the pages. The will-they-won’t-they had me hooked.
“If this were a different life,” I said , “we’d bone all day and live off peaches.”
This was my first mafia romance and I can confidently say I’m now hooked. Loved the mic drop moment at the end. And I loved how the story ended. The plot was *chefs kiss*
“If you ask me that one more time, I’m going to grab my f*cking v*brator from my bag and take care of myself.”
Katie!! Thank YOU for the honor of Beta reading a second Big 5 book. I’ve loved this ride with you and it just keeps getting better.
If you’re into mafia romance, playful banter and a “who did this to you” moment, this book is for you!! Mix in some mafia family wars and delicious tension, you get a wildly good time.
🍑 Mafia Romance 💍 Forced Marriage 🍑 Who Did This To You? 💍 Banter 🍑 Mafia Family War 💍 Betrayal 🍑 Cabin Hideout 💍 Vegas Setting
Katie… you crush it every single time. Each time I read one of your books I think it can’t possibly be better than the last, but it is. The style of writing is amazing and the story’s she tells through her writing are always so captivating.
All In, No Exit is the fourth book in the Big Five Series by Katie West. The book focuses on Luca and Wren.
We originally meet Wren in Always Have Alway Will when she attends Isla’s wedding. She is feisty woman who doesn’t take $hit from anybody. Wren is the daughter of a retired mafia leader, so she’s no stranger to danger.
Luca is our MMC whose uncle is a rival of Wren’s father. The two had a falling out and now Luca’s uncle is cashing in. Luca and Wren need to marry in order to keep the peace, but things aren’t always as they seem.
I was absolutely blown away by this book. I loved how strong Wren was when faced with problems that weren’t hers. I loved how Luca knew at first sight that Wren was the woman for him. I loved how protective he was over her and how he took care of her.
This book was unlike any of Katie’s previous book and I am OBSESSED!!! The mafia vibes and over the top possessive had me kicking me my feet. Wren is such a badas$ woman. She just accepted that this was her life now and she ran with it. Luca might be my favorite MMC of hers. The way he risked everything including his own life for Wren😍😍😍.
I absolutely cannot wait for the next book, but will be so sad this series is over. Thank you Katie West for the advanced copy. Love you 💕
“Vegas hits different after you’d buried a body in an orchard.”
Okay, Katie, I see you!
This book hit different than books 1-3 in all the best ways. Old Vegas mobster families meets the calm quiet of peach orchards against majestic mountains.
There isn’t a single part of this book that didn’t have me holding my breath. From cover to cover this book didn’t let up. Wren, is fierce, loud in the best ways, protective of herself & her family, dressed in glitter, and ready to take on the world alone but Luca had her stutter stepping. Luca, the calm to Wren’s chaos… stoic, calculating, structured at every sense of the world, and Wren has knocked him to his core.
Rival mob families, not of their choice, and thrown into the chaotic battle of old blood and memories. Forced together in a way they hoped would be different, but couldn’t imagine dealing with anyone else. They scream opposites attract in the best way.
Their spice and connection are out of this world. From the first time they meet it’s electric! Spiciest book of the Big Five so far, but it’s Wren - did we expect anything less? You know Wren brings a different vibe than the rest of the Taylor family and her book leaves nothing on the table. Danger around every corner dressed in sparkles, and ready to burn the world for a clean slate. This book brought it all! I giggled and kicked my feet in one breath, and was left gasping and not able to read fast enough in the next! I’ve loved every book so far in the series but I have to say Wren & Luca are my favorites! They are All In, No Exit and I here for the ride!
* Thank you Katie for this ARC opportunity; it’s truly an honor!
“I protect what’s mine ...wife,” I said evenly. - Luca
I am so happy I got to read this ARC! All In, No Exit was actually my first book by Katie West, and it definitely won't be my last—I’m already adding the rest of the Big Five series to my TBR for sure. This story really had it all. It’s packed with everything I love: enemies to lovers, forced marriage, and those gritty mafia vibes. I loved the "new generation" taking over and watching the downfall of the old guard, all while navigating constant double-crossing. It even had a barely-there Romeo and Juliet vibe that I thought was such a great touch.
Katie did such a good job telling the story at a steady pace; I was hooked from start to finish. I usually prefer a bit less spice in my reads, but even though there were some spicy scenes, I didn't feel like they were overdone at all. They actually flowed really well with the plot and felt like they belonged there. If you’re a fan of high-stakes family drama, forced proximity, and intense loyalty, you are going to enjoy this book!
“I was ruined before I met you,” I said honestly. “You just changed what that meant.”
I really, REALLY enjoyed All In, No Exit. It gives you lots of mafia vibes without going in too deep. Wren is pulled into a world she never knew existed because of her father’s past.
I loved the history between Wren and Luca. Their banter was everything. Even as opposites they fit so perfectly. Luca never tried to tame Wren and Wren always supported Luca as he expressed his feelings.
Luca was absolutely gone for Wren from the moment they meet in Utah. His protective instincts never waiver, he’s all in for Wren. Even when Wren is hurt she still feels so strongly for Luca. Out of all the arranged marriages she could have been put it in, not soon after they are married she is truly glad it’s Luca and not anyone else.
This is a fun, emotional mafia (light) romance with the perfect amount of romance and suspense! The spice be spicin’ - wont be thinking of peaches the same again ;)
A huge thank you to Katie West for the early copy! I have loved the Big Five series so much. This one is most definitely different from the rest.
Katie, you did it once more. I literally say it with each book but this one was my favorite.
Wren is funny and out going. There’s the inkling of mafia ties but you never know if it’s a joke or true. Until now. When her dad’s past catches up to them and she gets roped into the family business.
Things get crazy, fast. That’s where you meet Luca.
Luca is structured, well thought out and trying to figure out the next move, the exact opposite of Wren. He’s also in the family business, but is the enemy to Wren’s family.
Not by choice but because of Luca’s uncle, they get roped into an old deal that brings the two of them together, in marriage.
The rest of the story is crazy and fast paced, with a splash of death and a whole lot of spice. Wren and Luca aren’t your typical mafia romance couple, but they are my favorite.
This was my first time reading Katie West, and I really enjoyed her writing style. It’s a very fast-paced and short read—perfect if you're looking for something quicker than the typical 300+ page novel. I loved the character of Frank. The fact that he chooses a regular life with his wife and daughter over the dangerous mafia world shows what a great father and partner he is. The chemistry between the leads felt like "love at first sight," especially with the way they kept staring at each other during their initial meeting at a wedding.Luca’s instinct to protect Wen right from the beginning was a major highlight. It was also really satisfying to see Luca and Frank praise Wen for how she handled Tyler.Overall, this is a very good, short mafia romance. It balances the intensity of that world with genuine moments of love and loyalty .
Wren and Luca are everything you want in a mafia romance: layered, intense, and completely magnetic. Their stories intertwine so seamlessly that you feel the weight of their shared history and the tension of their future in every chapter.
This is a forced marriage, he falls first, mafia romance done right. Their families were once close, but broken alliances fractured everything. Their marriage is meant to be the mend old wounds and forge a fresh start, a new beginning. But when one mafia head crosses another, the fragile peace shatters. Lines are drawn, loyalties are tested, and a new generation begins to rise. 🔥
The tension? Immaculate.
The chemistry? Off the charts.
The spice? 🌶️🌶️.5 — perfectly balanced without overpowering the story.
I’m officially seated and waiting to see what Katie West delivers next. 👏✨
This book had me on the edge of my seat! This story follows Wren and Luca, who got caught in the crossfire of a decade-long family feud. I loved their dynamic so much! Wren’s spontaneous energy and Luca’s ‘calm and controlled’ demeanor 🔥💯👀
Watching their love story unfold is something you’d expect in an “arrange marriage trope but Katie West made their connection feel organic and earned. I also loved how the book didn’t only revolve around their love story but also about family and loyalty.
This is the first book I’ve ever read with a “Mafia” trope and it didn’t disappoint! All In, No Exit is the 4th book in The Big Five Series. I’m so glad these are interconnected standalones because I am for sure reading the rest of the series.
ARC review. You guys, this series keeps getting better and better. All In No Exit is my favorite of The Big Five! It is number 4 in the series so I suppose that could change. The MFC Wren was written so well, her personality could easily be obnoxious but the way she is written is so good and I absolutely loved her!! Luca is the yummiest MMC in these books in my opinion, what a delightful character. Very hot and bad ass while also being grounded and sweet. The storyline took a more intense and dark turn and I was a big fan. I can’t wait for the last book release!
All In No Exit is out February 24 on KU and in paperback.
A little different in tone but still deeply connected to the Taylor family heart. Forced proximity, complicated legacies, and a love that burns fast and fierce. He falls harder first, calls her “wife,” and the tension is immaculate. She’s a strong FMC who knows what she wants. Beneath the organized-crime backdrop is a story about identity, loyalty, and choosing your own future.
This story holds true to the tone and writing style from the previous in this series. You can feel all the emotional pulls and tension, while feeling like you are sitting in the scene. Thank you to the author for this ARC.
All In, No Exit (The Big Five Book 4) By @authorkatiewest ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌶️🌶️ This book! It pulled me in and held me captive. We learn about Wren, her zest for life, her protective walls, and her heart. Her father is a former mob boss, but there's unfinished business.
Luca is a calm, reserved, magnetic force she can't deny. An all too brief encounter at a wedding, they're reunited six months later and he's got some explaining to do.
Love at first sight, instant attraction, opposites attract, dual obsession, both a bit morally gray, arranged marriage but playing for keeps, protective MMC, and mafia families are sure to keep you turning the pages of this incredible story.
This was a great fast pace book. It kept me captivated after chapter one. I was so unsure of what I was reading but that just made me want to figure it out and I’m so glad I did. Luca and Wren are perfect together, they round each other out just how you want. The spice was good, not too much but definitely written for adults. I received this book as an A.R.C. Looking forward to reading her other Big Five stories. Which on a note are interconnected standalones, so you can read any of them without the others
What’s not to love, a chance encounter at a wedding, a quick marriage, Las Vegas and mob ties. A love story set in Las Vegas between Wren and Luca. Wren is fiercely independent, single and loves working at the bar she owns. She meets Luca at a wedding and the sparks fly. But Luca takes off after finding out who Wren’s father is. Fate has them meeting up again, due to an arrangement made by Wren’s father. I enjoyed this book and this is a new author for me. Thank you Katie West for my Advance Reader Copy. This is book #4 in The Big Five series.
This was the best wild card in the BiG 5 Katie 🃏 Ahh I’m so glad her story was next! The last book had me so curious about her family and what was really going on with her connections 👀
That flashback!! Getting to see more of their history and their flirtatious ways had me smiling the whole time lol. Things got intense so fast! The mafia, the arranged marriage 😮💨 I love that it felt realistic. She clearly feels something for him, but she’s not fully in love yet… and Lucas? He just knows she is IT! Watching her slowly fall for him was everything. The flirting and banter in this book was SO good. It’s not your typical love-hate dynamic ...it’s different, but in the best way. This was definitely my favorite book of the series! But of course cant wait to read book 5 🖤💫
This was my first Katie West book & I was blown away! The characters, the storyline & the SPICE were top notch! Wren is glitz & glam, while Luca is steady & measured - making them the perfect balance for one another! Their sexual chemistry was undeniable from the start, but their love for one another only grew through their shared family troubles and forced nuptials!
Thank you to the author for the e-arc of this book. I DEVOURED this book in one sitting. I absolutely loved Wren from the very beginning of this series, and I knew her story would be my favorite. Every book in this series has been amazing, but this one tops them all for me. I love Wren, obviously, and I absolutely adored Luca. He'd do anything to make sure Wren was safe, even if it means crossing his own family. I'm not sure how Katie will top this one, but I can't wait to find out.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
I absolutely loved this book. I usually don't read mafia romance but Katie West's stories are so good. Wren and Luca are so opposites attract that they just work. Wren is loud while Luca is quiet. You feel all their emotions as if you are there with each character. This book is an adventure where they are both all in with no exits.
After ARC reading book 3 in this series (Plan On Me), I was so excited to have been granted an ARC for book 4: All In, No Exit by Katie West. I absolutely LOVED it! Wren and Luca were adorable, and they made the best out of a messy situation. The mafia twist for this one??? *chefs kiss* 🤌 Despite reading the book after 2 am, I absolutely DEVOURED this masterpiece in one sitting. From early on, it was obvious that the book was a step up from the last. It was spicy, intense, and fun in all the ways that tickled my brain. I wholeheartedly believe that this is the best one yet!
I was hooked on this series from the second book (where I started/was introduced) and it just keeps getting better. The characters and storyline of the book is amazing and sucked me in very quickly and I cannot wait for the next book to be added ti my shelf! Absolutely loved!
