SCREAMING at that ending. So glad Chase doesn't keep up waiting long for books because I need to know what happens next NOW.

This is book two of the series and Noah and Benji are just as intense and sweet as book one! I love them together so so much.

This one was maybe a little angstier than book one, and our poor Benji goes through it with Noah right alongside him.

I loooooved the spice in this. Do check the CWs but we had some new kinks and it was all just very well done.

The actual plot was also plotting! Not going to lie I was on the edge of my seat at times.

I love this series so much and I am so excited for the final book!

The follow up to 'Sour Candy' where we left Benji having a terrible altercation with his landlord, fortunately Noah is there to soothe his body and soul, (emphasise on body, there's and awful love of sex here). Here they now want revenge on the person who tried to destroy Benji's world, Noah's brother. It's a good tale full of drama and heartache, I did find the sex a wee bit of over load, I admit to a little bit of skimming at times, I was more interested in these two men's love and woes. All in all a really nice story and we have the last of the trilogy to come, which is good as we were left on a rather surprising cliffhanger.

2nd book in the Sour Candy series. Which I thought was going to be a duology, but here we are at the end of book two with a cliffhanger. I should’ve done some research 😅

Anyway, I like the story and the characters enough to keep waiting to see how it all ends. In this one, Benji and Noah get better at opening up, their relationship feels more solid, and Noah’s brother Michael somehow gets even more insufferable.

We get a bit more of Max (love that kid), and of course, plenty of sexy times. Honestly, I think this book is even hotter than the first one.

Now I’ll just be here, waiting impatiently for the next one.

I devoured the first book and immediately started this second one, and I'm falling more and more in love. I really need this third book as soon as possible 😩🥺
And please, author… this third book has to have lots of scenes of Benji calling Noah Daddy, please, please, I've been waiting for that since the first book. And it's better to end with Benji happy and a wedding scene lol
