Alright, where's the camera? Because this author manages to write female leads that are scarily just like me.

But before we get into that, let's dissect the frame of this story before we look at the characters.

✨the plot:✨

oooooh man.....somehow this plot manages to be high stakes and cozy. Who would've thought? 🤷🏻‍♀️ In my mind this is the perfect combination. Because you can sit back and watch the story unfold and at the same time be on the edge of your seat because you want the characters to succeed so badly. Wolf, the love interest and Everly's best friend's brother is sent to live on Fletcher Mountain to rebuild his image after completely trashing it back in Ireland.

This is the perfect believable setup to Everly and Wolf's love story. Speaking of their love story, I was especially curious about Everly and where her story would take us. As the matchmaker, she was always involved in making everyone else's love story come to life, but what about her? I loved her as a character and saw myself in her to many times to count. First off, her mouth was always getting her in trouble. I have a tendency to blurt out whatever comes to mind so me and her were kindred spirits in that way. We both have dated a boring guy just because of convenience and then struggled in our dating life after. We were similar in so many ways I was looking around for the cameras the whole time I was listening to the audiobook.

Oh yeah! The audiobook was so well done! The Irish accents were just delicious and the multicast narration was an absolute treat.

🦎 Eeeeek!!! Also they were Lizard mom and dad and that was so incredibly cute. I loved that Amy Daws kept the theme of pet parents throughout this series.

Here's my one problem with this book though:
⚠️SPOILER ALERT AS WELL!⚠️

When Wolf admits that he was highkey stalking her back in uni, instead of Everly being concerned like a normal person, it was a turn on for her. Now I'm not in the business of kink shaming, I will never yuck anyone's yum, but it was the way that the author went about it. She had one scene where there was some primal play and a role-play where Everly was wondering through the woods at night in a skimpy outfit and Wolf was pretending to stalk her. It was such an odd scene and I don't know what to think about it. I think I would have appreciated it better if this was explored a little more thought out the book. It felt a little abrupt and out of place. Because it was just that one scene and then it was really never mentioned again. It just seemed out of place and odd.

Besides that little bump in the road, I really enjoyed this one quite a bit. It was very satisfying to see Everly find her happily ever after years of singleness.

Bad Boy Era by Amy Daws is the final installment of the Mountain Men Matchmaker series, and it was everything I wanted to wrap up the story of Fletcher Mountain. 💜

Everly has been such a charming and tenacious character throughout the series as she played matchmaker to all her uncles, so ending with her story felt like a full circle moment.

Everly has been off at college in Ireland for the past 4 years, and although she has continued her matchmaking hobby, she’s had no luck finding love for herself. But have no fear, her roommate/best friend’s rugby star brother is there to brood mysteriously at her. 🤭

The tension, the yearning, the adorable rescue animals! Everything just came together for me in this book. We get to see the whole cast of the series come together, as well as a cameo from Mac and Freya’s kid from Blindsided (my first ever Amy Daws book and an absolute banger)! At this point I just need to read her whole catalog, because I always have so much fun with these stories.

Although some of the third act drama could’ve been avoided, these are fresh out of college 22 year olds, so I easily forgave them for their nonsense. 😂 Overall this was just a giggly, kick-your-feet good time. 💜

Mountain Men Matchmaker Book 4

Book 4 in the 𝘔𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘔𝘦𝘯 𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘳 series is all about the matchmaker herself, Everly Fletcher. I highly recommend the audiobook - it’s a definite 5 star listen! Narrated by Erin Mallon and Connor Crais with Emma Wilder and of course,Teddy Hamilton, this is one audiobook not to miss. Erin is especially amazing in this one as Everly and Connor is outstanding (as always) but this time with an Irish accent as Conri (aka Wolf) the grumpy Irish rugby player. My suggestion? Get this in your ears right away! Full stop.

This book can absolutely be read as a stand alone, but experiencing Everly’s matchmaking skills for her Uncles in the previous 3 books in the 𝘔𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘔𝘦𝘯 𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘳 series is must reading in my opinion. Each story is both hilarious fun and heart melting. Plus there are so many animals to fall in love with!

Everly has a great track record of matchmaking, even while she attended college in Ireland, but can’t seem to develop a relationship of her own. One of my favorite “Everly quotes” where she explains her lack of relationships . . . “𝒫𝑒𝓇𝒽𝒶𝓅𝓈 𝒷𝑒𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝓇𝒶𝒾𝓈𝑒𝒹 𝒶𝓇𝑜𝓊𝓃𝒹 𝓂𝑜𝓊𝓃𝓉𝒶𝒾𝓃 𝓂𝑒𝓃 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝓁𝑒𝓈𝒷𝒾𝒶𝓃𝓈 𝓂𝒶𝒹𝑒 𝓂𝑒 𝒶 𝒷𝒾𝓉 𝓉𝑜𝑜 𝒷𝓁𝓊𝓃𝓉 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝓃𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓇 𝓉𝒶𝓊𝑔𝒽𝓉 𝓂𝑒 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝒶𝓇𝓉 𝑜𝒻 𝓈𝓊𝒷𝓉𝓁𝓎?”

And then there’s Wolf, the twin brother of Everly’s college roommate. His last chance at playing professional rugby comes from an American team in Denver. He has to improve his reputation and what better way than to work on Fletcher Mountain at the Mount Millie Rescue Center. Of course this means working alongside Everly who he has tried to avoid for the last 4 years. Reluctantly, Wolf heads to America and so begins the heart warming, enemies to lovers, grumpy-sunshine slow burn romcom romance atop Fletcher Mountain.

And YAY, the whole Fletcher family is back! Everly’s hilarious overprotective uncles LOVE giving her their opinions about, well, everything. And when they meet Wolf? That first encounter in a drug store is laugh out loud fun. Luckily, Everly’s aunts are staunch supporters of both her and Wolf and help keep her uncles’ meddling to a minimum.

Everly secretly struggles with insecurities from her past, feeling like she’s “too much.” Your heart will hurt for her. She’s always only been focused on finding love for everyone else. Oh and Wolf has his own troubled past & initially hides his secret attraction to Everly by being obnoxious to her. He’s a grumpy & totally lovable rugby star who feels he doesn’t deserve someone like Everly. But when he begins to constantly reassure her that’s she’s definitely not too much. She’s just enough, LET THE SWOONING BEGIN! They are quite the unlikely duo and absolutely perfect for each other.

One of my favorite parts of this story is when Everly’s little cousin, Stevie, names Wolf “Nana”. And the chaotic scenes at the “Mountain Men for a Mission” fundraising auction that Everly organizes will have you smiling ear to ear.

We should all be so blessed to find a magical Fletcher Mountain. Until then, let’s just be happy to live in Amy’s 𝘔𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘔𝘦𝘯 𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘳 world. Everly and Wolf’s HEA is the perfect ending to this series. Bravo, Amy. Bravo.

This was so much fun.

I'm sad we didn't get more of the MMC'S past, and that his anger was glossed over? I feel like we didn't get enough information or resolution in that regard.

I didn't love that the FMC was so against believing her situation, even at the 3rd part of the book.

It was ridiculous, a little random, felt a little stitched together, but very enjoyable imo :)

I can’t believe it’s the end of an era. It’s such a bittersweet feeling. I loved this book so much and read it over 3 days (which btw is slow for me) because I wasn’t ready to say goodbye. The stories Amy Daws created for the Fletcher family is truly one of a kind. Each book takes you through a journey of love, loss, hope, joy and tears. I wouldn’t trade this book journey for anything.

I’m going to keep this review short and sweet since the book doesn’t come out until May 2026. All you need to know is this book is phenomenal. Seeing Everly grow right before our eyes and watching her come into her own was a joy to read from start to finish. This book is also hilarious. I don’t know how Amy does it, but she can always make me bust on laughing while reading her books and this one was no exception.

Lastly the addition of Conri and Cliona to our Mountain Men Matchmaker series was pure perfection. And I’m secretly hoping Cliona gets her own separate book one day. Listen I know it may not be in the cards but a girl can dream.

I need everyone to understand that me ending up reading this book was not actually a choice but a carefully orchestrated act of psychological warfare by the universe itself because there is NO reason I should still be here after what this series has already put me through. The first book was aggressively mediocre. Like not horrible enough to be entertaining, not good enough to justify the hype, just sitting there in the middle like stale bread. Then book two happened and I DNF’d so fast I think smoke came out of my headphones. Book three? Oh I wouldn’t touch that thing with a ten-foot pole after reading reviews. Actually make it twenty feet. Attach me to a crane. I was OUT. DONE. FREE.

Unfortunately for me, I had already requested this ARC/ALC before discovering that this series was apparently evolving into a full-blown literary dumpster fire, so suddenly I found myself trapped in a situation entirely of my own making. And honestly? That’s on me. I need to stop believing in the good intentions of book series that have already shown me red flags. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me four books in a row and suddenly I’m the problem.

Because WHY was Emma Wilder not the lead female narrator if we’re already replacing Teddy?? Why was she brought in just to do that questionable Irish accent for Wolf’s sister while Erin remained the main female narrator terrorizing my ears for hours on end? I’m sorry but I genuinely cannot stand Erin’s narration style. Every sentence ends with this weird breathy “uh” sound that made me feel like I was being hunted for sport by vocal fry itself. It's like she’s permanently recovering from running a marathon while simultaneously trying to seduce the microphone. It drives me INSANE. If she had been minor supporting cast? Fine. Survivable. But as the LEAD? Absolutely not. Connor Crais was out there fighting for his LIFE trying to carry this audiobook on his back. His Irish accent? Incredible. Top tier. Delicious. The man did everything he possibly could with the material he was given. Unfortunately the material he was given was…this. And not even Connor’s beautiful voice could save me from the absolute narrative demolition derby happening around him.

And Teddy Hamilton? My beloved? My king? Apparently he was in this audiobook somewhere but I genuinely never made it far enough into certain chapters because I refused to listen to Erin narrate them. So congratulations to this production for somehow making me miss out on TEDDY HAMILTON. That should honestly qualify as a criminal offense.

And then there’s the actual story. Lord help me. Why are fully grown married women in their THIRTIES with children immediately lusting after Wolf upon first sight like he descended from the heavens shirtless on a dragon? Every interaction felt so unserious. I could not take anything seriously because the characters themselves barely felt like actual people. Everly especially has genuinely zero personality outside of being a “matchmaker,” which the book keeps insisting she’s soooo good at despite all evidence suggesting she should actually be legally banned from giving romantic advice. Every five minutes it’s “omg Everly the matchmaker!” meanwhile I’m sitting there like babe maybe focus on developing a singular personality trait outside of meddling in other people’s relationships badly.

Like genuinely tell me ONE thing about Everly besides matchmaking. You can’t. Because neither can the author apparently. Every five minutes someone’s reminding us she’s SUCH a matchmaker and soooo quirky and obsessed with love meanwhile I’m begging for literally any other identifiable trait. A hobby. A fear. A favorite food. Tax fraud allegations. SOMETHING.

And don’t even get me STARTED on the math because apparently numbers are optional in this universe. Everly is supposedly 22 years old. Cool. Fine. Except she also has a 12-year-old brother whose mother used to be her nanny when Everly was ELEVEN??? So what exactly happened there because unless someone discovered time travel halfway through the timeline, the math is not mathing. At all. I genuinely paused the audiobook to recalculate because I thought maybe I was losing my mind. Nope. The timeline is just held together with glue sticks and blind confidence.

Also Ethan did NOT act like a 12-year-old boy. I felt like I was watching one of those sitcom kids written entirely by adults who haven’t interacted with an actual child since 2009.

And the thing is, this wasn’t even entertainingly bad in a fun popcorn-trainwreck way. It was just exhausting. The characters felt hollow, the dialogue felt unnatural, the timeline made absolutely no sense, and the audiobook experience itself became an endurance challenge every time Erin started narrating again. I literally found myself avoiding entire chapters because I could not mentally handle listening to her voice anymore, which is maybe the worst thing I can say about an audiobook considering THAT IS THE AUDIOBOOK.

Connor Crais and Teddy Hamilton, I love you both deeply and I’m so sorry this happened to you specifically. You deserved better. I deserved better. Honestly even Wolf deserved better because somewhere buried underneath all this chaos there maybe could’ve been an interesting character if the book wasn’t so busy making every woman within a five mile radius act hormonally possessed in his presence.

At this point this series and I need to part ways permanently before one of us snaps.

This book is so cringe - and not in a good way. It was honestly painful to get through.

2 stars for the things I liked;
- Rugby the bearded dragon
- A 6 foot tall FMC
- Everly and Cliona and their friendship
- the audiobook narrators did a good job

Those are two generous stars because the list of things I don't like is muuuuch longer.

Read this book if you like:
- Men with anger issues who say they're "working on themselves" but don't
- Women who take more responsibility for fixing a man's issue than he does and a man who treats her terribly in return
- The anger issue rebranded as "protectiveness" so apparently it's hot now
- An MMC whose entire personality is grumpy broody guy who can't carry a conversation
- The outdated trope of a man liking a woman so much that he's mean to her "for her own good"
- An FMC who has very limited sexual experience and doesn't ever self-pleasure all so that the MMC can do sex miracles.
Personally, I'm tired of these tropes.

I've adored Everly this entire series. I was hoping she would be getting her own book and she did!! The match maker finally gets her match, and he's truly the perfect match even if it took them a bit to figure that out. I loved every moment of Conri's grumpiness paired with Everly's sunshine. They are a true grumpy x sunshine moment. This book had the full Fletcher family involved with their unending support for Everly. It was an excellent combo of finally getting Everly's story with Conri, while also being the perfect series ending and wrapping up the Fletcher family's story.

I loved the audio and Conri's gruff Irish accent added such a deeper level to the story telling. I've done this whole series on audio and it's definitely the move for the best experience. 10/10 highly recommend this book and the full series!

I’m IN LOVE with this grumpy Irishman, I fear 🥰 👨🏻‍🦱🇮🇪. Amy outdid herself with this final book in the Mountain Men Matchmaker series 🏔️💞. THIS is how you write the “grumpy x sunshine” trope 👏🏽!

FMC Everly is a little “too much” - too tall, too outspoken, too anxious, but she is a ball of love & sunshine 🌞 and a people-pleaser to a fault. And MMC Conri (“Wolf” ❤️‍🔥) is a grumpy rugby player who is actually sweeter than his 6’5 brooding exterior would let on, and SO protective of the people he loves. A “bad” boy with a secret heart of gold? YES PLEASE 💛!! With everyone in the world afraid of being ‘cringe’, Wolf says it best, “Cringe is sexier than cool because at least you’re trying”. He was all words of affirmation in action in this book and I ATE IT UP 😜🍴 (it is my top love language after all 😉), and he was the exact right match for Everly and her overthinking.

They both had solid character development and THE SPICE was 🤌🏽✨. The side characters were so cute and it was a great reminder of how much I love this crazy Fletcher family. The “found family” trope can be a little much sometimes, but Amy created a group of folks you can really root for and it felt more authentic than in some other romance novels I have read. They had a lot of sweet and funny moments in this book and it was just the right amount of side character interactions without detracting from the main romantic interests.

My biggest (and BEST) takeaway from this book is that you are never too much for the right person 💓. As Wolf so eloquently put it, “…not because she’s perfect. But because she’s real and messy and unfiltered. Cringe, not cool. And there’s an incredible bravery there that makes me fucking desperate to embrace. She is her own person through and through, and I admire the fuck out of that” 🥹

So CHEERS 🥂 to all my fellow awkward, anxious, overthinking girlies- may we all find the ones who truly see and love us, and they become completely obsessed with us 💖💫

I’ve been waiting for Everly’s story and Amy Daws absolutely delivered. She’s been the behind the scenes matchmaker for everyone else, so watching her finally get her own chaotic, chemistry filled love story was so satisfying.

Enter Conri “Wolf” Reilly. Irish, broody, covered in tattoos, and very much living up to his bad boy reputation. The tension between these two is immediate and constant. He acts like she’s a nuisance but looks at her like she’s his next bad decision, and honestly that dynamic never gets old.

I loved the forced proximity with the animal rescue setting. It added heart and gave us softer moments that balanced Wolf’s rough edges really well. Watching him slowly unravel around Everly was chef’s kiss. He tries so hard to stay in control and fails in the best way.

On audio, this was next level. Erin Mallon is always fantastic, but Connor Crais with an Irish accent? I was not prepared. It added so much depth to Wolf’s character and made the tension even better.

This is flirty, a little messy, full of banter, and packed with that addictive Amy Daws energy. Everly getting her bad boy era felt earned, fun, and very worth the wait.

It's finally Everly's book and it was my favorite one yet! Amy Dawes is an auto buy author for a reason!! Seriously this book was so freaking funny and had me cackling the entire time. I really loved Wolf and how deeply he felt for those he cared for. And him just rolling with Everly's neice calling him Nana 🤣

The audiobook narration was everything! If you are able to listen to it, I so recommend doing so! It really brings all of the MCs to life. 6 star read!

This was my second time to enjoy this story! The audiobook added so much to depth to the characters. I truly can’t recommend it enough. The full cast includes Erin Mallon, Connor Crais, Emma Wilder and Teddy Hamilton. Conri’s accent was DIVINEEEEEE! 🤭

This was such a overall fun read! I see Amy Daws’ books everywhere and I was so excited to finally read one. This book was not only hilarious, it also had the perfect undertones of a coming of age story/finding yourself.

“It takes a lot of confidence to be so utterly yourself all the time. Don’t ever be less. You’re exactly enough.”

Everly was obsessed with matchmaking others but completely hopeless at finding love for herself. I loved her so much. She was surrounded by so many wonderful people and family members. Her protective mountain men uncles were hilarious.

Conri “Wolf” started off so grumpy but he was hiding a center of pure ooey gooey sweetness! He is a notorious hothead on the rugby pitch and it caused him to have to try to reform his image by going to Colorado. His relationship with his sister was so special to see. Their bond and twin connection was amazing.

“She tastes like the perfect kind of sin. Like an angel who fell from Heaven and begged for a romp with the devil.”

This man had been secretly obsessed with Everly for YEARS! (Think lite stalking!) 🤭 When their secret hookups start, omg, the HEAT! 🔥 (The primal play scene? 🥵🫠 OBSESSED!)

The animal sidekicks in the story were priceless! Seeing Wolf become a bearded “dragon daddy” was so unexpected! I’m telling y’all. Wolf’s heart was solid gold. His interactions with Stevie were the best!

“That man gets me. He gets every little dirty part of me. And apparently, I get him too.”

I throughly loved this story and now I can’t wait to go back and read the previous books! Reading this one first just made me so curious to see how the other couples came together! If you are looking for a fun, hilarious & spicy romance, you should definitely add this to your TBR!

I absolutely loved this book. It is about Everly who recently graduated from university in Ireland. She's leaving her best friend but taking her best friend's twin brother back home to Colorado with her. Wolf aka the sexy rugby player who is forced to volunteer at Everly's family rescue and her best friends twin has more to him than his grumpy exterior.

I have so many feelings about this finale to a series I absolutely devoured. I’m genuinely at the point where I need a book club for this one because there is so much to unpack.

Thanks to The Hive, I was lucky enough to receive both the eARC and ALC, which made for the perfect immersive read—and wow, was it worth it.

Everly has been woven so intricately through the previous books—always present, yet somehow just outside the spotlight—so finally seeing her step fully into her story and claim the happy ending she’s been quietly setting up for everyone else felt incredibly rewarding.

Amy Daws delivers her signature banter and humor here, with just the right amount of spice sprinkled in. And the spice? It actually serves the story instead of distracting from it, which I always appreciate.

While this can be read as a standalone, I’d strongly recommend reading the rest of the series first, even if those are out of order. The book does a solid job filling in past details, but the emotional depth, and especially the character motivations, hit much harder when you’ve experienced the full arc. Without that context, some of the “why” behind decisions may feel a bit thin, particularly given Everly and Wolf’s younger dynamic compared to the more mature couples in earlier books. That’s not a flaw in the writing, t’s just the nature of a series payoff.

Now let’s talk audiobook—because it was perfection. Harlequin Audio truly went all out with a multicast duet narration, and it shows. Erin Mallon, Connor Crais, Emma Wilder, and Teddy Hamilton all bring something special, creating such a rich listening experience. Teddy Hamilton is always a favorite, but it was especially nice hearing him in a supporting role while Connor Crais absolutely delivered as the primary male voice, with a delicious Irish accent that did not go unnoticed. Erin Mallon was fantastic as Everly, perfectly capturing her youthful energy without ever becoming grating. She’s one of those narrators you can listen to for hours.

I highly recommend this moderately spicy contemporary romance. The audiobook definitely takes the crown thanks to the incredible cast, but this story would be just as enjoyable in print.

No notes. What an absolutely beautiful end to this series.

Getting to read Everly’s story feels like the icing on the cake to the Mountain Men Matchmaker books. Her passion for love and family has been the staple of each book, and finally getting to see her grow into herself and accept her own happily every after was just perfect.

Wolf is just so lovely. I get why people are so obsessed with Rugby players now. I adored how he was Everly’s hype man, the way he never let her talk bad of herself, and showed her that being “too much” is never enough for him.

Also, Amy, I beg/demand for a story about Cliona – I loved her SO MUCH and I think the book world needs a story about a badass female athlete who gets a chance at true love (and revenge? please??).

Amy always knows how to deliver a good time, and this book was no exception!

She brought the spice, the mountain man found-family vibes, and a story that felt fresh and unique from start to finish. The setting was immersive, the characters were easy to root for, and the emotional connections between everyone really made the story shine.

There’s just something about a rugged mountain man mixed with a strong found-family dynamic that works every single time for me, and Amy absolutely nailed it here. Such a fun, cozy, and swoony read!

I was so happy to finally get to read Everly’s story. She’s always been the one making sure her uncles find their happy endings, so I felt like it was her turn to find love. Everly is back on Fletcher Mountain, helping Trista open her animal sanctuary. She didn’t expect her best friend’s attractive brother to be working there with her. Conri “Wolf” has lost his rugby prospects back home, known for his fighting nature. His only chance to fix his reputation is to join a team in Denver while helping at the animal sanctuary. Conri is determined to stay away from Everly, believing she is a distraction. But the more time they spend together, the more Conri can’t stop his growing feelings for Everly. Can Everly enter her Bad Boy Era and find the love for herself that she has helped so many others find?

Bad Boy Era was the perfect way to end this series. It was great to catch up with all the characters we’ve come to love and see how they’ve changed over time. Still, what I enjoyed most was the chemistry between Everly and Wolf. Their banter was hilarious, and I kicked my feet like a schoolgirl watching Wolf shed his rough exterior as he let his feelings known about Everly. I highly suggest the audiobook because Connor Cais, with his Irish accent in some scenes, was 🥵. If you have read any of the Mountain Men Matchmaker books, this is must-read.

This was the story I was waiting for. It was very high drama (honestly the whole series is high drama LOL) which I didnt love but also makes sense for Everly. I loved seeing characters from the last books growing in the background of this book. I love series like that.
I will say this book (and the others in the series) are a bit long for my liking for a romance but it was cute.

Amy Daws never disappoints! As a massive fan of her books, I was so incredibly excited to dive into Bad Boy Era, and it gave me everything I wanted and more. Returning to Fletcher Mountain for the fourth book in the Mountain Men Matchmaker series felt like catching up with old friends, especially since we finally get to see our favorite resident matchmaker, Everly, get her very own happily ever after!

Everly is her usual bubbly self, and Conri “Wolf” Reilly is a brooding, tattooed Irish rugby player who is trying to clean up his bad boy image. When forced proximity lands them both working at the animal rescue center on Fletcher Mountain for the summer, the banter and sexual tension skyrocket off the charts. Watching this big, tough athlete completely melt for Everly and turn into a total softie for the rescue animals had me literally kicking my feet and giggling! I never knew I was into bearded dragon daddies but leave it to Amy Daws to help me discover new kinks!

Of course, it wouldn't be a Fletcher family book without the rest of the chaotic, hilarious, and fiercely overprotective crew making an appearance to stir up some fun small-town drama. As sad as I am to see it end, this was truly the perfect ending to the Mountain Men Matchmaker series!

Wow, I can’t believe this series is now completed. Bad Boy Era is a heartwarming conclusion to the Mountain Men Matchmaker series. Amy Daws has a gift for writing mental health in a way that feels real and relatable. At this point, I look forward to those emotional layers just as much as the romance.

I know Daws based the series from the Seven Brides for SevenBrothers tv show, but I got a lot of Mamma Mia vibes from this book specifically.

Bad Boy Era should be read after books 1-3 in the Mountain Men Matchmaker series due to the recurring involvement from the previous main characters. Although books 1-3 could be read in any order. Last On The List is not required to be read before Bad Boy Era, but I highly encourage everyone to read it to experience Everly’s first successful match making story.
