This is not a book for people who have been on a spiritual and self-growth journey for a while. As a Shamanic Practitioner I was already familiar with journeying and using it for growth. There were a couple writing exercises that were helpful to me but overall the book didn't have anything new to offer. I think it would be perfect for someone just beginning on their spiritual and healing journey.
