GRIFFIN HE BOUGHT ME TO BE HIS WEAPON.What he doesn’t know is that a broken weapon cuts the deepest.
Alexei Malakov rules from a throne of ice. The Crowned Prince of the Bratva. A man who strategizes people the way others move chess pieces. And I’m his newest acquisition.
To him, I’m not a man. I’m an equation to solve. An animal to tame. A possession to break.
He watches me through cameras, studying my violence, waiting for the moment I’ll bend, kneel, obey.
He’ll be waiting a long time.
He wants loyalty? I’ll give him chaos. He wants submission? I’ll give him the thought he can’t control. He wants to own me? Fine — let him learn what it feels to crave something that bites back.
Alexei Malakov has never met a challenge he couldn't conquer. I plan to become the exception.

This novel is a standalone and can be read as such! It comes with a guaranteed happy ending. However, for readers following the series, this is the first book in the chronological order of the Tsars of Transgression interconnected universe. Welcome to where the chaos began.

I really enjoyed Filthy little fix and I was excited for this book but I'm not sure if the author uploaded the wrong copy or mixed up a previous version.
There are huge issues with scenes where the author writes the character in one position and then in another the second layer. Also I had thought Ivan and Alexei were brothers and Vasily was the cousin, but apparently that's not the case. There are just so many scenes where this feels like a first draft.
I tried looking for contact info to find the author as well but the author is a ghost. No email, no social media, nothing besides author pages on Kindle and Good reads. I tried to contact the publisher but neither this book nor Filthy little Fix have copyright pages in the books, etc
The author is a ghost. Which makes me believe either A, they're new to self publishing and this will eventually get resolved, or B the author was most likely cancelled for something and is trying to reinvent themselves.
I hope it's not the latter because I like the work but as it stands this book has too many continuity errors to be palatable.
I have to be completely honest, I’m very surprised of the improvement in this book! I already read Filthy Little Fix, I liked it in its strange way, but I wasn't sure I wanted to continue reading the saga. I'm glad I read the plot of Violent Possession and it intrigued me enough to read this book.
I like the autor really takes notes of the reviews of FLF and made an impressive work in here. (Read the autor’s notes).
Alexei and Griffin have my heart, if this is the HFN I can’t wait for the HEA. I love the communication, the love, explicit at the same time it didn’t, how the relationship evolution. I was scared for a break up act, but didn’t happen, I hope don’t happen in the future!
Love the dinamic, the investment in create amazing side characters, leaving space to bring more mistery. I feel all the feelings. For me this is a 5⭐️ book if you give the chance. The writing is impeccable.
Honestly, my only concern is the lack of lube use. I felt it all the time in my core 🫢
One of the best MM books I’ve read in a long while. The slow burn between Alexei and Griffin till they finally come together, keeps you on the edge of your seat. The storyline has lots of twists and turns and keeps you wanting to know what the next page is going to reveal. I loved it.
It was a bit slow and confusing at times, its definitely a Mafia book with a touch of romance on the side. The characters were all interesting. hundy percent recommend.
