Drunk Gets Wild
You know that crap about “If you love something, set it free”?
Yeah. Bullshit.
My philosophy? If you love her, corner her and drown her in so much charm she forgets why she was mad at you in the first place.
That was my foolproof plan, anyway. Me, Danny Drunk, bringing the fool part—as per usual—and Murphy’s Law of Epic Fuck-Ups handling the rest.
Which, I suppose, is how my plan to win back the beautiful but bullheaded Inspector Frankie Cruz went from fuck yeah to yeah… fuck in the span of one romantic beachside gesture.
You know, it seemed simple enough. So how it spiraled into a category-five shitnado that climaxed with me shouting homicidal promises in front of what felt like the entire population of Paradise Isle is beyond me.
Definitely not my finest moment.
But what came next? Oh… that was a whole new level of clusterfuck.
By the next morning, I was public enemy number dumb in a crime so juicy the island gossip line was practically melting. Next thing I know, I’m staring across a metal table at Frankie. Suddenly, I’m the most notorious criminal on the island, framed for something that earns you a one-way ticket to a concrete box with a toilet that’s seen things.
Horrible, germy things.
So now it falls to me, my legally blind boss, and my fossil-fueled backup squad to figure out who’s playing this dirty game of extortion.
Some asshole thought they could make me their stooge. Well, I’ve got news for them. They’re about to find out they messed with the wrong Drunk.

Once again, my buddy Al and I are back for another Caribbean-flavored misadventure. More action, more adventure, more profanity, more ass-kicking. Now, as usual, I’m not the type of guy to tell you what to do or how to do it. I will tell you that while this story can stand on its own two feet, it’ll make a whole lot more sense if you start the series from the beginning. But you do you, bro.
Drunk Gets Wild is rated R for chaos, cursing, and clusterfucks.
But it's rated A+ for entertainment value.

I freaking love this series and this was another fun story! I think we need at least one a year! I love the characters, the humor, the dialogue, the found family aspect, the mystery - and the drink recipe! These always make me want to retire at a beach resort!
Strange note about this one: two chapters near the end were labeled differently but were almost identical - and it felt like a huge scene was skipped. When I went to check out the drink recipe, it linked to a page where the missing chapter was. You'd think it would be easy enough to make the actual change in the e-book? Instead of hoping people went to check out the recipe and happened to click on a link (that didn't even say anything about the missing chapter)?

Best Drunk yet
Had me laughing and crying. Great story through and through. Can’t wait for the next adventure. Everybody has to get Drunk.

Contents contain Language of a uneducated goat but humor is 5+ stars
I have read all of the Drunk series and have immensely enjoyed visiting the island, the characters, and their problems. I love the author's truthful humor regarding the geriatric characters'ageing issues. I laughed until I cried. I am eagerly anticipating the next book.

Another great book
The Drunk series is a fun, and funny, series. The dialogue is fast-paced and witty, and I’ve borrowed more than one expression from each of the books.
I look forward to the next book and finding out what ridiculous situation Drunk finds himself in. I know, don’t end a sentence with a preposition. Whatever.
I think Birdie is a great character addition, by the way, and I’m not talking about the parrot.

Another great Drunk!
I've read all the books in the series and they keep getting better. Love Drunk's humor. All the characters are great and very believable. Al definitely has his hands full keeping Drunk in line. All the old crew are really funny as hell, even got a kick out of Shmutz . I would recommend this book highly to anyone who likes action and humor in a Caribbean island setting, or any setting. Cheers!!

Drunk Gets Wild, I've read every book of this series and I find it highly entertaining! I binged read the first five books and then read the next three over a period of time. This last book was fun, exciting, laugh your ass off funny with a great story line! If you like raunchy adventure and crude humor this is for you!

Good read
Always a nice to be able to unwind with a good Drunk book. After a whole lot of blood and guts in the other books I read it's good to only have a little in the Drunk book.

excited that the crew returned
It feels like this book was able roses up some storylines and shake off some of the ongoing stale relationships and rivalries in order to move the remaining characters into a new era of adventure

Another great Drunk adventure
I really enjoy reading these adventures by Zane Mitchell and envy the paradise that they are set in. Drunk in Paradise has several twists and turns that keep you reading and not wanting to put it down.

Drunk and his adventures are the best
This was the longest book so far, but so worth the read. Many twists and turns and even a couple new characters. Now, waiting for book 9!

Always a fun beach read!
I’ve read the whole series. They’re all great! Slapstick and zany with some fun criming mixed in! I’ll be ready for the next one.
