Pam and John set their wedding date while Sandra and Dan Chua move in together, Grandmothers Bernice and Nelda fall in love, not with each other, Lisa and Cara meet new men, and Jack becomes a distant memory. Hopefully, he'll stay that way.

Too many characters, stilted writing. To much back and forth between characters/ situations. I struggled to finish. I know it's fiction, but it was not even in the realm of believability. Will not read more by this author.
I am totally on to book 10, These books have me addicted! I go to sleep thinking about what is next for Pan, and I wake up ready to read about her days and her reactions! Why are these books not offered in a set? It irritates me because I am ready to go right to the next adventure! This author, Suzanne Jenkins is now embedded in my heart with Beverly Jenkins, Bridgett Manie, Brenda Barrett, Brenda Jackson, and many other great authors. Yes, Suzanne is my second non Black author. Well-written, structured, and captivating!
Dan Chua , what can I say he had Pam then moved to her daughter Lisa, he's now left her and moved in with Saundra. Dang he gets around and so does all his mates. Better than todays SOAPS (stories) I just can't stop reading.
Just when you think everything is good another surprise from Jack arises!! I am really enjoying this story and all it involves. Continue the great writing Susanne!
I've read every one of the Pam series and each one gets better than the last. But I do have to say this one was exceptionally good. I loved it from the very beginning to the end and what an ending!!! Now I can't wait for the next one to see what is going to happen next.
Pam is finally happy, content and seems to be over Jack. Violet is doing great and has found a guy who loves her. The grandmother's are doing great with their new lives and Lisa it seems has moved on too.
The party for Pam and John had a few surprises and of course Sandra had to show her butt as usual. What's new with that?? LOL Still hoping her and Dan will disappear and little Brent can be with his family without having to deal with either of them.
This story has held me captive from the very first book and I hope it keeps on going for a while yet. I am so happy for Pam and John and each of the family members who have moved on with their lives. They do deserve to be happy. I still laugh out loud when it is mentioned about Cara hitting Dan over the head with an iron skillet. That is just to funny and so deserved. What a jerk he was. But I have to admit that he was honest with Lisa when she asked him about loving her. Wondering what happened between him and Brent's ex though. Is there something there in the future that is going to come out?? I am so hoping so. I can't stand Sandra and hope she gets what she deserves so bad.
The ending left me in total shock. I was not expecting that one and want the next book to be out like yesterday. I am so hoping that Pam will not let anyone ruin her new life. I'm hoping someone is sent packing without a dime and she tells all herself.. It is another great from the Pam of Babylon series that you don't want to miss. Of course you do need to read them all to appreciate each story..
I gave it another big 5 stars because it is worth it and I loved the story so much. My honest review.
Once again Suzanne keeps the Pam saga alive with new characters and how their lives intertwine. I could not put the book down and anxiously await the next. A must read series.
I have enjoyed all these books - starting #10 - the editing is HORRIFIC, though! (the last 2 books being the worst) I guess when you write this much and this fast....did figure the twist at the end about 1/2 way through - a rarity.
I was thrilled to find another addition to the Babylon series, and enjoyed it just as much. After reading all of the earlier books, you feel like one of the family inside of those books.
