I was hired as an editor for this book, so I don't think it would be fair for me to write a full review or even give a rating, but I did want to give the book a little shoutout on here:
Go pick this up if you have an appreciation for introspective and poetic stories, because this one is a perfect example of that, especially since it also manages to never lose the momentum or tension of the plot. This book puts a lot of care into portraying Indian mythology and customs in a natural and authentic manner, and it does so without it ever feeling like the intricate background bogged down the pacing. It's a book that surely lives up to its promise of being interesting.
