Sage? My girl didn’t stand a chance once Alaric... the Black-Ops experiment gone wrong, half-man half-nightmare... showed up with claws, bloodlust, and that delicious “you’re mine” energy. I gave this book 5 ⭐️ and I don’t give them out lightly. I would easily give Ghosted a 9/10. As near to perfect as a book can get. It knows what kind of book it is and it plays towards it.
Ghosted follows Alaric and Sage. Alaric is half ghost and half man. Sage is a foul mouthed mechanic, and she gets the attention of something evil and otherworldly. Alaric destroys the entity and saves Sage. Unfortunately, for Sage, Alaric becomes obsessed with Sage, and he begins haunting her in an attempt to possess her.
This book is a dark horror romance retelling of Danny Phantom. Alaric is smart, witty, and had me laughing throughout the book. Sage is gruff, foul mouthed, and doesn’t put up with anyone’s sh**, even Alaric’s. The give and pull between the characters is fun, playful, and hauntingly full of spooks.
This book is well worth the read. As always, make sure you read the trigger warnings. It’s a must, cause they’re all over the place. And if that doesn’t scare you off, and you like spooky, give Ghosted a read.

I wonder how Moony comes up with these stories! This Danny Phantom-inspired book was entertaining and fun, but also dark and gory!
Sage is marked for death. Her life as a mechanic is a little dull, but she likes fixing things. When the haunting begins, she finds runes and sigils all over her house and looks for help.
Alaric is having a good ol' time living his non-life. He is pulled to Sage and saves her, then ends up haunting her to get her to give in. He loves teasing her because he knows she is his. His obsession is entertaining!
This book combines entertainment, gore, and true to a Moony book, a good amount of smut!
If you're a fan of hauntings and Danny Phantom, then this book is for you! But even if you've never seen Danny Phantom, you will still find enjoyment reading this book! 😉

Best read all year
First read by Moony Luve and it’s probably my first book read this year that I don’t think five stars is enough. I loved the way she wrote. I loved the banter. I loved the unhinged darkness. I loved the realistic reactions from Sage because who the h*ll is happy to be haunted even if the dude is good looking? I loved the evolution of her character and Alarics and I loved watching them develop together through the book. It had just enough plot and world building to paint the picture without being too heavy. It’s been a long time since I’ve read a book from an author and felt so immersed in the story because of the verbiage and sentence structure choices they picked. It was so descriptive in the best way possible. I genuinely loved it. 6/5 ⭐️ 3.5 🌶️

And that ending!? I hope to see more from this pair in the future. This book and these characters will be stuck in my mind, perhaps I have a ghost boyfriend…

Ghosted is a dark horror romance retelling of Danny Phantom. Alaric, half-ghost and half-man, saves Sage, a foul-mouthed mechanic, from something evil but then becomes obsessed with her, haunting her with both wit and menace. Their banter is sharp, their tension spooky, and the story is equal parts creepy and fun. Definitely worth the read, but don’t skip the trigger warnings because THEY. ARE. EVERWHERE. If you love dark, spooky romance, Ghosted is for you.

I really enjoyed this quick Danny Phantom inspired read. I loved the tension in the first chapters and the horror elements. I was so on edge! The way that Alaric haunted Sage until she finally gave it to their dark romance, was done so well. I’ve never seen Danny Phantom, but I really enjoyed this read and don’t think you need to have experience with Danny Phantom to enjoy the book.

All I gotta say is Moony nailed it once again. Growing up watching Danny Phantom and her twisting it into a dark horror romance with that little bit of banter and the horror elements of it, freaking perfection I never knew I needed it that much and I am literally obsessed. Can’t forget all the smut. 😈Anyone else still have a crush on Danny Phantom or is it just me? Ghosted made that crush 100 times more better specially the adult version.🤭
