Do you have disobedient children? Send them to me. I specialize in rugrats, gnats, and spoiled brats.
Parents bring me their worst nightmares wrapped in tiny shoes. Today, it’s Polly and Lucas, two spoiled little brats who tormented their new stepfather, Ernest, until he nearly lost his mind.
Most therapists would talk, listen, maybe scribble a few notes. Not me. I don’t waste time with gentle words or timeouts. My methods aren’t found in any earthly textbook. They’re otherworldly. Dangerous. The kind of methods that would cost me my license if anyone believed the stories. But no one ever does.
Because the truth is, I don’t heal children. I correct them. Permanently. So when Polly and Lucas sat across from me, rolling their eyes, daring me to try, I reached for my book of Fairymares & Nightales. And from those pages, I summoned the only creature guaranteed to break their rebellion.
Not the sweet fairy who rewards lost teeth under pillows. No. Her sister. Her darker half.
The Teeth Fairy.
*Parents Read this book first before you allow your kids to read it. I will not be responsible if your children are having Fairymares and Nightales!
Kids… I mean brats, gnats, and rugrats - beware! Dr. Truth was not playing with these disobedient kids and between him and the Teeth Fairy (the tooth fairy’s evil sister) their consequences are not to be tested! Lucas & Polly slowly learned this, but the question is will they listen or make Dr. Truth deliver good on his threat! I loved the comic relief in this story, some of the quotes were accurate but very comical. Really enjoyed this story & looking forward to book 2 of the Fairymares & Nightales!
So, I'm really at a loss for words right now. I was so proud of myself because I thought "oh yeah, the author thought he was gonna stump me with this book" only having to admit defeat once again with this authors story. Truly the stuff nightmares are made of.
4-4.5⭐️ This is my first book by this author and I know it won’t be my last! I enjoyed this twisted, yet unique take on the tooth fairy. I laughed out loud, was grossed out, and was a bit anxious while reading this one! I enjoyed reading how the story unfolded.
My only criticism is the age of Polly. When Ernest first met Dr.Truth, he said “They’re both teenagers,” but toward the end the mom said “Polly you’re twelve.” So, I deducted from my overall rating for that inconsistency.
I highly recommend this for anyone who loves dark thrillers!
Franklin Christopher has done it again! I will read anything this author writes- yes he’s that good! This short story is by far my current favorite. This one grabbed my attention from page one and didn’t stop until the last page.
Have unruly children? Send them to Dr. Truth- he will fix them in exactly one hour. Would you put your children at risk to save your marriage? This fast paced thriller had me on the edge of my seat the entire time and the twist at the end- mind blown!
The Teeth Fairy by Franklin Christopher is a riveting read with a brisk pace and unexpected twists. I was thoroughly engrossed, eager to discover the outcome. The conclusion was startling, and I would never have anticipated such an ending. This book inspires diligence in oral hygiene, prompting readers to brush and floss their teeth. I award this book 3 1/2 stars and look forward to the next installment.
A book about 2 teenage kids who don’t like rules; also don’t like to take care of their teeth. Dr Truth has the cure for that!
Did not expect the ending either. Great writing! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a short thriller that will have you so hooked you will get through it in no time.
Franklin did it again! I loved the suspense and twists. The description of the Teeth Fairy was top notch, my stomach was turning while reading and I don’t get squeamish easily! This was a perfect quick read and had me craving more! I know I’ve enjoyed the Fairymares and Nightales and can’t wait for the Hush Ghost! What other dark creatures are out there to reign in naughty children?
The perfect, quick, October Halloween read that you wont be able to put down! As a dental hygienist, I just had to read this and so glad I did! The suspense and horror of it made it impossible to put down. And the ending was definitely NOT what i saw coming!! 🤯 Read this book! Then pre order the next one!
This was a short novella but my goodness wasn’t it impactful! Perfect for spooky month but my lord it was creepy! If I wasn’t scared of the dentist before this one tooook it to a whole new level! Don’t miss out on this one it’s a quick read but worth it
Dark, brutal, and clever! Franklin Christopher turns bedtime into a blood-chilling nightmare. THE TEETH FAIRY is relentless, twisted, and impossible to put down!
I was lucky enough to got an ARC of The Teeth Fairy. Franklin did it again! Umm what did I just read?? This book had me sitting on the edge of my seat! Definitely did not expect the ending. Who would have thought it would end like that??!! This book makes you want to jump up and brush, floss your teeth! Get ready for a fast paced twisty book! Get your copy on October 14th!
This was a short engaging read! It kept me fully engaged and intrigued. It was a pleasant surprise for me to see that it also connected to his other book the Reflection! I haven’t read anything I didn’t like by this author. Every book his has written left me shocked and wanting more!
This is a chilling, creepy, short story. I would have had this read in one night if it wasn’t for work. I give this read a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
In this book, you will meet the Tooth Fairy’s evil sister, the Teeth Fairy and Dr Truth, who loves “ scaring, unbelieving, and disobedient children into absolute submission and belief.” This book has twists and turns that you won’t see coming!
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need to go brush and floss my teeth….
“It’s because fear is one of life‘s greatest motivators.”
Dr Truth specialises in 'fixing' children. Disobedient ones, ungrateful ones, entitled ones. Polly and her brother Lucas are delivered to him by their Stepfather, Ernest. Ernest and his wife are at the end of their tether with these two brats, they've had braces fitted and paid for by Ernest and yet they refuse to look after their teeth by brushing and flossing.
Dr Truth spends time alone with the children and reads them a story from his book Fairymares and Nightales. From these pages emerges a Fairy. Not the cute lil Tooth Fairy though, it's her demonic sister, The Teeth Fairy....👀😱
After a 1 hour session, the children have seen the light and happily rush off to brush and floss their teeth and braces. Dr Truth has warned them both about telling ANYONE what happened - or the Teeth Fairy might get angry.
Their Mother and Stepfather are relieved and cannot believe what Dr Truth achieved with these awful children, they are polite, quiet, and appear submissive.
Will Polly and Lucas keep Dr Truths secret?
I mean, just LOOK at the cover!!!!! If you have read any of Franklin Christopher's books, you'll just KNOW you're in for a sick and twisted ride - EVERY. DAMN.TIME.
I just LOVED it!!! Hooked from the first page, the character's are vividly presented and the narrative is chilling.
Thanks Franklin Christopher, this is my 6th book of yours, keep them coming 😁
The Teeth Fairy by Franklin Christopher is a psychological suspense thriller with supernatural elements, something a little different from my usual reading choices, and I really enjoyed it.
The story follows Marissa and Ernest, along with Marissa’s children, Polly and Lucas. Ernest has reached his breaking point with his stepchildren’s lack of respect, while Marissa is willing to do anything to save her marriage. Enter Dr. Truth, who targets naughty children. As the story unfolds through Polly and Lucas’s experiences, Polly begins to believe she has encountered the Teeth Fairy. No one believes her, and she is dismissed as being crazy.
But is she really crazy? Or is there a dark supernatural secret lurking beneath the surface?
I love Christopher’s writing style and his fictional characters, they’re compelling and unsettling in all the right ways. I’m very much looking forward to the next book in the series, The Hush Ghost.
If you enjoy spooky, supernatural moments layered with suspense, I highly recommend picking up The Teeth Fairy.
The Teeth Fairy by Franklin Christopher 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This is such a fun, twisty, and creepy thriller story! I absolutely loved the darkness, teeth clenching suspense and intensity of this short read!!
When your kids are being difficult, disrespectful, or just not listening, you send them to Dr. Truth. He is the Dr who will straighten them out. Polly and Lucas are 2 teen siblings who are extremely disrespectful to their new stepfather, Ernest. He’s had enough with their bad behaviors and finally decides it’s time to get help. He turns to Dr. Truth for assistance. Dr. Truth is very specialized and successful in his practice. He instills obedience in children by using Fairymares and Nightales.
The ending of this book is fantastic and my jaw was on the floor!! The story is very well written and Franklin Christopher has quickly become a must read author for me!
*This excellent short story comes out October 14th and I highly recommend grabbing this one!!* 🦷🪥🪞🦷🪥🪞🦷🪥🪞
Wow, wow, wow & an extra wow - I finished this book in one sitting before doing a school run.
This story is based on 2 children called Polly & Lucas who are 2 children that don’t like rules and boundaries so they go to see a specialist called DR Truth who gets to work on their disobedience.
Lots of twists and turns and I never expected that ending at all. This book had me reading to the very end in one sitting I just couldn’t put it down.
All I’ll say is there’s defo no giveaways on twist that happens, another fantastic book by Franklin Christopher.
P.s 100% read the epilogue at the end of the book it’s a shocker ❤️
P.p.s this book also has a connection to The Reflection by the same author if you’ve not read it yet RUN…… don’t walk to read it
If you're anything like me, you're constantly searching for a book that doesn't just entertain, but truly keeps you absolutely glued to your seat because it challenges everything you thought you knew and then completely flips your entire perspective upside down.
You need to check out all o Christopher Franklin’s books… especially his newest release. I was completely blindsided when I came face-to-face with the Tooth Fairy's sinister, nightmare-inducing twin: the Teeth Fairy.
It's the first book in his new series, Fairy Tales and Night Scares. It’s a quick read that I couldn’t put down. I'm already hooked and desperately waiting for the next installment. You seriously need to check this one out if you want a guaranteed thrill.
If you are looking for a shorter and creepy read before Halloween - this is for you!
My friend Franklin Christopher has done it again! Another 5 🌟 piece of work. The twists keep coming until the end. This story will have you checking your teeth very carefully before bed, doing double takes as you pass mirrors and possibly not sleeping comfortably at night again.
He has packed so much into these 88 pages - I binged it in under 4 hours the other evening. I cannot wait to see what the next story will bring in this series.
I don’t know how to feel about this. Was it creepy? Yes. Was it good for a really quick Halloween read? Yes. But was it good? Honestly I’m leaning towards no. It felt like reading a story someone wrote for a high school writing class. And there’s nothing wrong with that, but it didn’t feel like a publish worthy book in my opinion. There were inconsistencies, the dialogue felt awkward and unrealistic, and the story just felt clunky overall. No hate to the author or anyone who likes this book! It just wasn’t for me.
OMG!! He did it again!!! This is a short story, but it had me hooked from the very first page all the way until the end!! I honestly had different thoughts throughout the book on the who & why, but the ending shocked me as I would have never guessed the who!
I’m so grateful that I was able to be an ARC reader for this book & many more to come hopefully!
Definitely would recommend this short story! Go pre-order it now! Run don’t walk!!
The Teeth Fairy had me hooked from page one! Fast and exciting read! Who knew the Tooth Fairy had such a dark twisted sister?! Franklin Christopher delivered an another addictive story I couldn’t put down. I’m obsessed and NEED more from the Fairymares and Nightales series ASAP!
So glad I was able to get an ARC for this one. Always excited for what Franklin would write next. Run and preorder your copy now!!!
1..2.. The Teeth Fairy's coming for you 3..4.. Better leave a light on 5..6.. Never sleep again...
I rarely give 5 stars. but this gets it cause it has creeped me out! Fantastic Read!! I finished this in one sitting as I couldn't put it down! I'm now debating turning on a small light as my room is super dark, just to go to sleep! LOL If you like creepy stories, this is definitely for you! Can't wait for the next installment!
I’ve been in a reading slump lately, and I got this today and read it all in one sitting. I really enjoyed this book I Couldn’t stop reading ! Love this authors writing style ! I’ll be ordering a physical copy just to have in my collection. Even though it’s a short story there was so much that happened, can’t wait for more of the fairymares and nighties series.
HOLY MOLY CANNOLI YALL! The twist and turns are soooo wild; it left my head spinning! When I thought I had it all figured out I WAS DESPICABLY WRONG! The ending had me with my jaw hitting the floor!!! I’ll be waiting and sad for the next one to come out!!!
YOU’VE DONE IT AGAIN!!!!
Engaging until the very end and had me on the edge of my seat!!!!!
This 88-page horror novel was a quick and chilling read. I flew through it in one sitting, but the best part was the ending. It delivered a shocking twist that I genuinely did not see. I cannot wait for the next book in this terrifying series!
Haunting and quietly terrifying, The Teeth Fairy transforms a familiar childhood legend into something shadowy and unknown. Franklin Christopher builds tension through subtle unease, leaving readers questioning what’s real and what’s imagined. It’s eerie, atmospheric, and lingers like a half-remembered nightmare.
