1 Star - DNF'd the book
2 Star - The author took time to write & publish the book but it was missing something. The grammar was bad. The editing was bad. It wasn't worth finishing but I finished. Would not recommend.
3 Star - It was meh. It was just okay. It wasn't terrible but wasn't worth recommending.
4 Star - Worth recommending but will probably forget about it after a few days.
5 Star - Roman Empire. Plays like a movie in my head and will never forget. This is the type of book I will promote all over social media.

We love FMC who knows what she wants and craves. It all started with a Tweet post, and he obliged ! MMC is obsessive and possessive and dangerous and loves the chace. 2 perfect ingredients for a Halloween stalker dark romance! I cant wait for more from Simone Sumner

This book was DARK, delicious, twisted, and so freaking addictive I couldn’t put it down. Fallon’s one little tweet spirals into this game of shadows and obsession that had me on the edge of my seat the whole time.

The masked stranger??? LORD HELP ME. The way he watches her, follows her, teases her—it should be terrifying but instead it’s HOT AS HELL. The tension had me squirming, the push-pull between fear and desire was perfection, and every single scene felt like my heart was racing out of my chest.

Fallon’s vulnerability mixed with her curiosity made it so easy to fall into her perspective—I was right there with her, craving every glimpse of him, every dangerous step closer. The way the fantasy blurred with reality??? OBSESSED.

Simone’s writing is sharp, intoxicating, and laced with that perfect mix of erotic tension and thriller vibes. It’s obsession, it’s surrender, it’s dark romance at its absolute best.

WILD. DARK. HOT. I couldn’t look away

This book is like Halloween candy laced with danger — you know you probably shouldn’t indulge, but once you start, it’s impossible to stop. Fallon’s innocent tweet sets off a chain of events that’s sexy, suspenseful, and totally addictive. And the masked stranger? Pure dark fantasy material.

I’d give it a solid 3.75 stars — super entertaining and fast-paced, with just enough bite. There were a couple of moments I wished for a bit more insight and depth into the characters’ motivations, but honestly? I was too busy enjoying the ride to care much. The atmosphere was perfect for a spooky, seductive read.

If you’re into taboo vibes, tension-filled chase scenes, and stories that blur the line between fear and desire. #StalkMe is exactly what it promises — a dangerously fun read. 🖤👀🎃

I really enjoyed this book! I found the writing to be very well-done and the characters well developed from start to finish. The initial plot-hook was entertaining and frankly relatable so it definitely had me invested in seeing what would happen. I honestly couldn't get a read on whether I liked Crowe at first but he grew on me throughout the story and the way he toyed with Fallon had me pining more I care to admit. I loved the slow escalation into what felt like an absolute fever dream of a finale. I think the major scene toward the end was pulled directly out of a fantasy I didn't know I had but now here I am looking up abandoned carnivals like it's a totally normal search. Great read overall!

Simone had my attention from page one.  We start off seeing Fallon's Halloween fantasy posted to the internet. She thinks nothing of it until.... someone seems to want to give her that very fantasy. And her fantasy is not all that she hyped it up to be.

I could not put this book down. I had to read it all in one sitting.  It had the right amount of drama and spice. This book kept me so captivated.

This dark, twisted little novella is like temptation wrapped in shadows... you know you shouldn’t give in, but once you do, there’s no turning back. Fallon’s innocent tweet spirals into a deadly, obsessive game with a masked stranger who’s equal parts terrifying and irresistible. The tension between fear and desire had my heart racing, and the atmosphere was perfectly spooky and seductive. While I wished for just a little more insight into the characters’ motives at times, I was way too busy enjoying the wild ride to care. Dark, obsessive, and deliciously addictive—this story delivers exactly what it promises.

I was lucky enough to be given a code for this to listen on audible for free by one of the narrators and I will forever be grateful for this because what a book. The only reason I've given this 4.5 stars instead of five is that in parts the main characters were a little repetitive and it did feel like it had copied a few elements from Haunting Adeline, with the 'run little mouse', fair ground and mirror maze however it was vastly better written than Haunting Adeline and I loved it more as well. Amazing book, really well written and narrated beautifully as well.

Be careful what you wish for! We follow along as Fallon casts aside any self preservation she may have and allows herself to be hunted and claimed by the man in the mask. Crowe may be watching from the shadows but once he’s set his sights on Fallon, he’ll stop at nothing to have her.

My only negative about this book is that there wasn’t more of it! Such is the nature of novellas.

This quick read will have your adrenaline pumping and you Google searching your closest abandoned fairground!

Stalk Me by Simone Sumner hooked me from page one. Dark, obsessive, and deliciously twisted — just the way I like it. The tension never lets up, and the possessive energy? Whew. If you're into morally grey obsession with just enough romance to make you question your sanity, this one delivers. Simone Sumner writes stalker vibes like it’s an art form. Consider me fully watched… and not even mad about it.

While drinking, Fallon made a post about wanting to be stalked and pinned against the wall while being taken. Crowe saw the post and was all too willing to comply.

There is a lot of spice. Alot of darkness. I really enjoyed the book.

My only complaint is that I wish there was more of a plot line. Other than that, I felt the book was very well written and was a really good read.

For a quick read, and a dark stalker romance, it has enough of a plot for a full book, but instead is just a spice filled novella. Definitely quick enough to read in a couple of hours, I enjoyed the fact that her friends were in more than one chapter, and that the book had brought warning to social media but slyly.

Fallon has zero self preservation skills and finds herself in the dark with a masked stranger and even though she should absolutely not want it and should 100% be terrified, theres something about the stranger that makes her feel safe, seen and wanted.
Crow is the definition of touch her and d1e, hes been obsessed forever and now shes in his sights... hes not letting her go.
