Tracker has watched his brothers fall one by one into their happily ever after. Truthfully, they’ve made love look messy. He’ll stick to his computers.

With a shared love of hacking and knowledge, Zeus and Tracker have spent way too many hours together. As the owner of a kink club, Zeus is accustomed to being the most desired man in every room. Plus, he was literally bred to steal hearts. Oddly, Tracker is completely immune to his charms. No amount of time together has led to more than friendship. His disinterest in Zeus has Zeus as intrigued as he is baffled. One way or another, Zeus will crack his shell.

Tracker loves spending time with Zeus. They have a ton in common. Zeus is nice and fun. Not to mention wicked and crazy smart. He’s Tracker’s best friend. Sometimes, Zeus flirts too much, but that’s just who he is. Not that Tracker would know if the guy ever flirted for real. He’s only dated online. Tracker has no desire to change that.

Tracker is the sixth book in Charity Parkerson’s Killers Inc. series, where hired assassins and their ilk find the love that finally saves them. These are best enjoyed when read in order.

For all their dark backgrounds and violence, these men are just huge marshmallows looking for love.

This one was....

....not my favorite. I wanted this story really bad, but I feel like I didn't get a story. Just spice.

Tracker has watched his brothers find love and is convinced he’s better off sticking to computers. His closest bond is with Zeus, the charming kink‑club owner who seems irresistible to everyone except Tracker. Their shared love of hacking has made them best friends, but while Zeus is determined to crack Tracker’s emotional shell, Tracker insists he’s only interested in online dating and nothing more — even if Zeus keeps tempting him to rethink everything.

This story delivers a powerful, emotionally charged bond between Tracker and Zeus — a connection so intense it borders on obsession in the best, most heartfelt way. Their love is threaded through every interaction, and watching two men who clearly adore each other try to navigate feelings that big is incredibly compelling. I especially loved how the book handled Tracker’s emotional journey. His feelings often hit him harder than he knew how to process, and that vulnerability made his growth all the more meaningful. Zeus’s unwavering devotion only amplified the depth between them. A strong, passionate, deeply connected pairing that makes the entire story pulse with emotion. This was an MM story with mature content.

It was great to get a more in-depth look at the inner workings of Tracker and Zeus's minds. I truly love these two, and they both deserved all the best that life could give them, but...

Yeah, there's a but... as always, when I am looking forward to one of my favorite characters getting their own story, I sabotage the whole thing. Why? Why do I do this to those poor authors who must write the vision that they see, not the one that I see? 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤔

Looking forward to more stories to come from this intriguing series!

I have enjoyed every book in this series but I have to say Zeus and Tracker are perfection. I have been waiting to see who was gonna tame Zeus and show him the love he has needed the best part its Tracker. They can both show each other the love they have needed and find that true once in a lifetime love. ❤️❤️🥰

Back on track after I was left a little disappointed by the last book. I absolutely adored Tracker, he was so lost and I loved watching him come into his own. And Zeus, what can I say? I've been a fan of his for a while, but it was so nice to see the 'real' thing. These two were so great together and the story nicely sets up Foster's book which is up next.

A 1 hour novella. Writing was telegraphic and like from a teenager which is weird and disappointing because I have read good stuff from this author.

rushed

I was most excited for Zeus’ story but it felt like we’ve barely gotten to know him. I was really hoping for more but I was left feeling like I’d missed something.
