Four siblings. A pumpkin farm in trouble. One season to fall in love—or lose it all.
Nestled in a sleepy Alaskan valley, the Carver siblings are fighting to save their family’s struggling pumpkin patch. One more bad season could mean selling the land to their infuriatingly smug neighbors.
But autumn has a way of working a little magic—especially when love is in the air.
Pumpkin to Talk About When Tricia, the new girl in town, takes a seasonal job at the Carver Family Pumpkin Patch, she expects muddy boots and minimum wage—not her brooding new boss, Quinn. He’s determined to save the farm. She’s determined to make him smile. Falling in love wasn’t in either of their plans. But they may just be exactly what each other needs.
Go Big or Gourd Home Handyman Dylan has always been the steady one. Until his childhood best friend Taegen re-enters his life. When a story assignment traps them overnight in the woods, old sparks ignite and new dreams take root. And when Taegen inspires his most daring idea yet, he’ll risk it all for the farm... and her.
Easy as Pumpkin Pie When Quinn invites celebrity baker Katelyn to host a weekend pop-up at the farm, his brother Chase—the resident chef and control freak—is not amused. But one playful dessert bet turns into late-night kitchen sessions, sticky fingers, and more than a few sweet temptations. Rivalry never tasted so good.
The Harder the Fall Single mom Lanie has no time—or interest—for romance. Until single-dad firefighter Van appears with a smile that melts her defenses. When the siblings’ last-ditch effort to save the farm is on the brink of disaster, Van steps up to show second chances are real.
By the time the leaves fall fade, the Carvers will have to decide if love—and a little pumpkin-spice magic—can keep their family farm alive.
Pumpkin Spicy is a collection of four brand new sweet and spicy romance short reads. Read it if you enjoy grumpy sunshine, friends to lovers, rivals to lovers, and black cat x golden retriever romances with plenty of heart and spice to warm up your autumn nights.
This was a collection of four different couples. Three brothers and their sister is trying to save the family pumpkin farm. A happy ending for them all. All the stories are enjoyable reads
1. PUMPKIN TO TALK ABOUT (4⭐): achei bem legal. Quem é o pai do Huck?".
Oremos!
4. THE HARDER THE FALL (4.5⭐): Ok, preciso admitir que essa hsitória me surpreendeu.
There are books that make you swoon, and there are books that make you feel home. Pumpkin Spicy by Kate Tilney does both. It’s the literary equivalent of a warm blanket, a mug of cider, and the first crisp breath of autumn all rolled into one sweet, steamy, and deeply heartfelt collection of interconnected love stories.
Set in a charming Alaskan valley, Pumpkin Spicy centers on the Carver siblings as they fight to save their family’s pumpkin farm—and, in true Tilney fashion, find love in the most unexpected ways. The premise feels simple, but the emotional undercurrent is anything but. Each novella explores a different shade of love: the slow burn, the rekindled flame, the rivals-to-lovers tension, and the quiet, healing comfort of second chances.
✨ In “Pumpkin to Talk About,” Tricia and Quinn bring opposites-attract energy that glows like firelight. She’s sunshine with muddy boots; he’s all work and no warmth—until she cracks him open with laughter and kindness. Their chemistry is cozy and crackling, the kind that makes your cheeks hurt from smiling.
🔥 “Go Big or Gourd Home” gives us Dylan and Taegen—best friends turned something much more. Their reunion story hits deep, blending nostalgia, vulnerability, and the ache of what could’ve been. Tilney beautifully captures that moment when friendship tips into love and there’s no going back.
🍰 “Easy as Pumpkin Pie” delivers pure enemies-to-lovers delight. Chase and celebrity baker Katelyn’s kitchen chemistry practically steams off the page. Between flour fights, flirty dares, and stolen bites of dessert, their story is equal parts funny, sexy, and tender.
❤️ “The Harder the Fall” rounds things out with a mature, second-chance romance between two single parents, Lanie and Van. It’s gentle, grounded, and full of hope—the kind of love story that reminds you it’s never too late for joy.
What ties these stories together isn’t just the Carver family or the farm—it’s the feeling of belonging. Tilney writes with such warmth and authenticity that you can practically smell the cinnamon in the air and hear the crunch of leaves underfoot. The sibling dynamics feel real—messy, loyal, and full of heart—and the small-town setting becomes a character in itself: a place where love grows right alongside the pumpkins.
Pumpkin Spicy is more than a romance anthology. It’s a celebration of second chances, of finding love when you least expect it, and of holding tight to the things that matter most—family, community, and a little pumpkin spice magic.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) If you love small-town settings, big emotions, and the cozy glow of fall romances, this is the book to curl up with. Each story leaves you smiling, sighing, and maybe even believing that autumn really is the season for love.

Talk was serious when the family decided that this season could be their last at Carver Pumpkin Farm. The four of them, Quinn, Dylan, Chase, and Lanie, would look at the numbers when this season ended and make their final decision about selling their pumpkin farm to their nasty neighbors. This would be their 5th year of failure.
In 🎃 PUMPKIN TO TALK ABOUT, they have hired a new girl, Tricia, who moved to the area a few weeks ago from San Francisco. But it doesn't take long for the first disaster when a bus full of children expecting a field trip pulls up outside the office a week sooner than scheduled! Karen from next door walked up and insulted Tricia about being disorganized as she was trying to deal with the chaos that just arrived. When Quinn came up to help, Karen stormed back to the parking lot, Tricia counted the 3rd grade students to verify the expected number, and joined Quinn to deal with the kids. Quinn told her about the apple canons they fired off, and his wish to have more than bullseyes to hit. So Tricia planned to tell him she had a double major in marketing and art, so she could paint villains or whatever he wanted on the targets. Her mission will be to make him smile. But falling in love surprised both of them!
In 🎃 GO BIG OR GOURD HOME, it's Dylan's turn to be surprised. Taegen, a childhood bestie, returns home and they head for an overnight trip to the woods so she can write a story. You will need to read this one to see how she gives him an idea that might help to save the farm!
In 🎃 EASY AS PUMPKIN PIE, Quinn invites a celebrity baker, Katelyn, to the farm. His controlling brother Chase, their resident chef, gets grumpy at the competition. Will he toss Katelyn out of his kitchen? Or will everything turn out well when.... (I'll let you read and enjoy this one on your own)!
And finally, in 🎃 THE HARDER THE FALL, we have Lanie's story. She is a busy mom... until she meets firefighter Van. How will he help them save the farm? Grab your copy and dive in! Will they be successful? Could love find a way?
The four Carver siblings are trying to save Carver Family Pumpkin Patch. Their neighbors, Chad and Karen, want the land and are trying to sabotage their efforts. They need to finish this season in the black to keep the pumpkin farm. Quinn is the oldest and feels the most pressure to make things happen. Dylan has his own workshop and creates attractions for the farm. Chase is in charge of the kitchen and Lanie is in charge of the front office.
Pumpkin to Talk About – Quinn and Tricia – Oldest sibling and the new office/marketing hire – I had a feeling that these two would make a great team.
Go Big or Gourd Home – Dylan and Taegen – best friends in school, reunited for an article about the pumpkin farm – I wondered if their friendship would be renewed and possibly become more.
Easy as Pumpkin Pie – Chase and Katelyn – established baker and the TikTok baking star – I loved that they kept stealing glances at each other while baking.
The Harder the Fall – Lanie and Van – single mom, office manager and the new fire chief, a single dad – wanted them both to have a second chance at love.
Overall, I wanted the Carver siblings to save the family farm and be happy.

Pumpkin Spicy by Kate Tilney is pure autumnal romance magic. From the moment you meet the Carver siblings fighting to save their pumpkin farm in an Alaskan valley, you’re enveloped in cozy sweater weather, cider-scented nights, and the slow burn of love that feels just right. The interlinked stories — from the gruff boss and the new girl, to childhood friends-to-lovers in the woods, to a dessert-rival turned irresistible, and a single mum finding hope in unexpected arms — each deliver heart, heat, and a resounding happily ever after.
What I loved most: the way Tilney captures both warmth and spice, the found-family dynamics, and characters who feel real and lovable. If you want a romance that wraps you up like a blanket and reminds you that love really is something to give thanks for, this is it. Highly recommended.

Pumpkin Spicy is a super cute box set featuring 4 siblings and the partners they each come to love. The Carver Family Pumpkin Farm sounds magical, and the Carver siblings are each working hard to save their legacy and paradise. I adored seeing their family, their struggles, and their personalities from each of their perspectives. Having all 4 stories back to back was awesome, as we get to watch the overarching series plot unfold as each sibling falls head over heels in love. A quick and fun fall read with mild drama and splashes of steam!.

So much to do at Carver Family Pumpkin Patch, it's like an actual amusement park. I would visit. Siblings work hard with their significant others to flourish and gain much-deserved success. Neighbors keep messing with their reputation in the public's eyes; some sabotage is done because of known motives. Every time that happens, one of the newly established romances is tested quite soon while their connection is still new and fragile. Some of them reacted better, some worse.
