Good read, there are some meaty concepts in there that makes you reflect and think about how are you showing up. It was also challenging myself about my motive in my leadership. This is a quick read that has a lot of impact. I will say there are a lot of concepts that you can’t just carry thought the book, it’s as if you need to sit in a class and marinate in it to execute it on a high level.
