This book would have received five stars but the section on stereophotography and the examples shown were horrible. It's not that tough to get good 3D photos of clouds under the right circumstances, however, those shown did not work very well.
Storm Dunlop provdes some insight into weather patterns that could help a photographer of any level and any type of camera. I felt like I gained a better understanding of cloouds (a favorite subject of mine) and f-stops, but beyond that, it didn't give me the sort of information I was looking for.
