I’ve read this a four for the evidence but what do you recommend you get the book rather than listen on Audible? Liz doesn’t have the most expressive voice, but I wasn’t sure whether it was actually an AI version because it was quite hard to listen to

For me too much science - liked the chapter summaries esp the mind one.Its is good but you need to set “day” time to read x
