Rage is a dark, steamy vigilante billionaire romance, featuring a strong vigilante heroine and a protective billionaire hero.

Dominic

Four months ago, my sister was assaulted by three men.

All this time, I’ve been trying to find the culprits with no luck.

The cops declared the case closed. The private detectives I hired gave up.

I was at my wits’ end when I came across them.

The Wildcats. A group of five vigilante women.

But only one Wildcat grabbed all my attention.

Crimson Tiger. Powerful. Deadly. Invincible.

Samaira

Code Name: Crimson Tiger

I was the fighter of the Wildcats.

I did whatever our client asked me to do—maim, torture, or kill.

No regret. No guilt.

So when the Korean American billionaire Dominic Park approached the Wildcats for help, I couldn’t say no. I vowed to find his sister’s culprits.

He wanted us to work together. I preferred to work alone.

He was an angry and guilt-ridden brother looking to avenge his sister. I was a raging lunatic determined to find the assailants.

He wanted to give me his heart. But how could I accept it when being with him could not only jeopardize the anonymity of the Wildcats but could also break my heart and shatter my soul?

I actually really enjoyed this book. It was such a refreshing read — dark, emotional, and full of powerful women who would literally burn the world for each other.

The only thing that bugged me a little was how quickly samaira trusted dominic. like girl, i get it, he’s hot and but letting him into the group and revealing secret places that fast? i just wish that part took a bit more time.

but honestly, that’s such a small thing compared to how much i loved the rest of it. The sisterhood in this book was everything. The way these women love, protect, and care for each other felt so raw and real and it made me smile so many times.

and Dominic… this man. He’s not your usual grumpy billionaire trope — he’s kind, thoughtful, and genuinely obsessed with samaira in the most heart-melting way. I especially loved how he always made sure to ask for consent when things got rough — that was such a beautiful touch. and what he did at the end for the group? my heart. 🥺

Samaira, on the other hand, She’s the definition of a badass. The crimson tiger. strong, fierce, loyal, protective, and still so full of love. Her possessiveness for dominic? yeah, I was living for it.

the story itself was so well-written, and i love how the roles were reversed — a morally grey woman, her saving the man, her taking control, being the protector. It felt fresh and so empowering.

I seriously can’t wait for the next book in this series — I need it right now. 😭

Ohhh my GOD. It's here. Finally. A book I wanted someone to write, POC main characters, vengeance, different body types (BIG MUSCCLESSSS AND TALL WOMEN) and ofcourse the most needed - emotional richness.

Tropes:
🐅 Indian FMC x Korean MMC
🐅 He's a Billionaire, she's his bodyguard.
🐅 Lots of hurt, lots of revenge.

If I were in any book, I would be a member of The Wildcats. They're so sweet together, they have their moments of warmth and rage combined, they're ferocious and it fits their group name. Everybody's unique and memorable. Samaira is officially one of my favourite Indian FMCs now.

I was lowkey worried if Dominic would be one of those annoying billionaires whose entire personality is money....which I was right. BUT GUESS WHAT he uses that money to do good for soceity. I can't tell you what he does by the end of the book but it's so much better than what I expected, I even put the book down and teared up a bit. Ugh I wish good billionaires were real. I hated that I read the book super fast because I got greedy. I wanted MORE AH. 😩 I love how freaky they get but they're immediately cute and silly afterwards. He's such a snuggly bear. Sometimes he suddenly remembers he has a crush on his girl and it's everything 😂 Samaira needs his softness in her tough life. Dominic and Samaira are a good blend of power and love, I loveedd that. She's quite literally like a protective Tiger. Their personas fit them. God I love The Wildcats 😭 I can't wait for the next books, I'm devoted. Hooked. I'm SO glad I'm in this Street Team.

Days after I finished my read, I missed them. This is probably a comfort story for me now. God I wish muscular women vigilantes were real.

I am happy that I applied for this book as a Arc reader, this book was clearly worth my time.

I always enjoy books with strong FMC and this book got ,A muscle badass Fmc how can I not sign up.

Honestly I dived into it with not much expectation because it was about revenge and a group of vigilante women who were helping other women who had suffered in the hands of monsters, that is the stuff I got to know through the tropes or blurb .Well author proved me wrong ,very much wrong it is not about just revenge or vengeance there is much more ,there is chemistry between main leads and very well written spice . Am a dark romance reader and I am totally shocked by spice and the way it was ,totally not expecting that but totally, honestly loved it . I could say I loved it too much and enjoyed it very much.

Dominic the CEO,the billionaire was searching for his sister’s grapists and he finds out about this group ,A group of women who help women bring justice when the actual justice fails to. He had less hope but these women proved him wrong and Samaira was assigned to his case ,she had to work with him. There first encounter with each other itself made them attracted towards each other . Inbetween of finding the culprits they found each other.

Samaira our hot head tigress who enjoyed chopping of Men’s D*** ,Well what do you need more to know about her that itself makes her badass and fierce full.Well most of the men prefer small petite women that’s what Samaira thought until Dominic came in making all her assumptions wrong,Come on people we think same .But Dominic proved everyone wrong here with zero male ego he got beaten up by Samaira in ring and accepted the defeat like a true gentleman, huh a whole green forest here.

There was one scene where Samaira went like “someone had dared to touch what was mine” omfg a woman saying this, never imagined I will giggle and kick my legs when a Women gonna say this,I was like all hail to our mother 🤌🏼. The scene itself was marvellous like am watching some movie.

The one more dialogue which was so hot to listen from Samara’s pretty mouth “Danger has to get through me before it ever touches you” Mam take me please ,adopt me😭,That was so hot.🤌🏼🤌🏼

Where I always swoon about Mmc in dark romance books here am in love with Samaira ,how protective she was ,how fiercely good fighter she was,how she protected the people she loved with her all heart.

Dominic was equally good like how he never gave up on their relationship when Samaira was scared about them ,or to put her walls down around him.The one thing Dominic said which is stuck in my head and was proved right by him throughout the book “you might be in control outside ,but here I am the one incharge”(here mean bedroom) well well he proved it right in so many ways🤌🏼🤌🏼.

If our Samaira was tigress , Dominic was an only man who could put leash on a tigress😭😉.(iykyk)

Also the way vigilante group handled the mission did not feel like fake or overly done or boring at any point for me,I was hooked and intrigued in every scene. The descriptions abot everything was super good and intriguing.Like am watching some movie and I was really scared in some scenes that they will get caught.
They did not just bring justice to women they trained them ,who wanted to train themselves, protect themselves from monsters and predators.

Author created so many characters whom I wanted to see in real world, like a vigilante group who will bring justice to the women who had suffered in the hand of monsters.I bet all the women here has there own story to tell,I wish we could just all eliminate this kinda monsters from the world.

Also need a man like Dominic who got no ego when the women is stronger than him, when she can overpower him easily that man was proud of her ,world need such kinda men around.

Kudos to author for coming up with such beautiful idea and giving life to it.

I hope this book finds the right readers this deserves so much love.

So intrigued by Tara’s a little glimpses of story inbetween can’t wait for her book now🌹

Kindly read trigger warnings well before reading.

Claws, chaos, and catharsis. A fierce vigilante heroine, a haunted billionaire hero, sizzling chemistry, and a found-family of women who fight back with blood and fire. Dark, addictive, and unforgettable—this book LITERALLY BURNED!!

Nia Myst’s book― Rage is not a ‘romance novel’—it’s a storm, a fire, a battle cry wrapped in ink. From the very first page, it drags you into a world where justice is broken, trauma runs deep, and women take the power that society tried to strip from them and wield it like a blade.

We have our badass FMC Samaira, the Crimson Tiger—a fighter, a survivor, a woman who has forged herself into both sword and shield. She belongs to the Wildcats, a vigilante group of women who refuse to stand by when the world fails victims. They don’t just fight back—they hunt, they punish, they make sure the predators who slip through the cracks of the system never rest easy again. Samaira is unapologetically fierce, morally grey, and stunningly complex. She’s capable of violence, even cruelty, but beneath the rage is vulnerability, grief, and a need for connection that makes her profoundly human.
(I honestly haven't read a book with this concept in a long time & was absolutely stunned reading this one)

Then we have our MMC, Dominic Park—a Korean-American billionaire carrying his own scars, desperate for justice for his sister whose life was shattered by assault. When the legal system turns its back, Dominic seeks out the Wildcats, and in Samaira he finds not just an ally but a storm that matches his own. Dominic could have been a cliché billionaire hero, but the author refuses to reduce him to trope. He is powerful, yes, but also haunted, tender, guilt-ridden, and deeply respectful of Samaira’s strength. Their dynamic is electric: equal parts fiery collision and slow burn, built on chemistry that scorches and moments of tenderness that soften the edges.

Dominic Park may have billions, but it’s Samaira who owns every inch of this book. This is dark romance done right: filthy hot chemistry, knife-edge danger, and a heroine who’ll kiss you one second and cut you the next. Their scenes? Scorching. Their banter? Addictive. Their love? A battlefield and a sanctuary all at once.

But this is not only a love story. It is a vigilante thriller, a morality play, and a cathartic exploration of rage as survival, as rebellion, as healing. Myst takes us deep into the missions of the Wildcats, crafting scenes that thrum with danger and adrenaline. Torture, violence, and raw justice collide with friendship, loyalty, and the fierce bonds of women who have each other’s backs. The found-family element is luminous: the Wildcats aren’t just fighters, they are sisters forged in blood and defiance.

And yet, for all its fire, Rage is not without heart. Between the violence and vengeance, there are moments of laughter, connection, softness, and yes—steam. The spice is abundant and well-earned, woven seamlessly into the story rather than tacked on. The intimacy between Dominic and Samaira is more than physical; it is the slow, deliberate act of two people scarred by life daring to let someone else in.

Of course, Rage isn’t an easy read. It carries heavy trigger warnings: assault, torture, vigilantism. It asks its readers to sit with discomfort, to look squarely at pain and the broken systems that enable it.

What makes Rage extraordinary is how it refuses to simplify. Samaira is not a “good girl” in disguise; she is sharp, bloody, and unrepentant. Dominic is not a savior; he is a partner, a man who stands beside her instead of over her. Together, they form a love story that is not about rescuing, but about recognition—two storms colliding and finding calm in each other’s chaos.

By the time you close the final page, Rage has done more than tell you a story. It has forced you to feel—anger, ache, hunger, triumph. It has taken vigilante justice, wrapped it in dark romance, and lit it ablaze with ferocity and passion. It is not soft, but it is beautiful. It is not simple, but it is unforgettable.

Rage is for readers who crave fire over fluff, who want their heroines unapologetically powerful, their heroes unafraid of strength, their romance hot enough to burn, and their stories unafraid to bite. Dark, dramatic, and utterly addictive.
If you're into “dark romance,” “revenge plot,” “billionaire trope,” or “strong female fighter”, this book is the ONE! If you like your books bloody, breathless, and downright sinful, Rage will ruin you in the best way possible!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙨) 🔥
𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢: 4.5/5 ⚡️
𝙏𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙨: 𝙫𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙚 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚, 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙁𝙈𝘾 𝙭 𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙈𝙈𝘾, 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙘𝙚𝙙 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙭𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙚, 𝙛𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮, 𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙠 𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚

When I tell you Rage by Nia Myst caught me off guard, I mean it. I had been in a serious reading slump when this ARC landed in my inbox, and honestly? The first 20–25% didn’t fully hook me. I was distracted, not clicking with the plot or characters yet. But I am SO glad I pushed through, because once I fell into the rhythm of this story, it had me absolutely glued to the pages. This wasn’t just another dark romance. It was a rush of adrenaline, sizzling chemistry, and an unapologetically badass female lead I won’t be forgetting anytime soon.

Let’s start with Samaira.
My GOD. This woman is everything. A fierce, muscle-packed fighter, part of an underground vigilante group known as the Wildcats, Samaira dedicates herself to helping women failed by the justice system. She’s not some “broody assassin” stereotype either she’s complex, layered, vulnerable under her armor, but absolutely merciless when it comes to protecting her own. Her protective streak, her hot-headed temper, her complete lack of apology for her strength… I was living for every second of it. And then the moments where she drops lines like “Danger has to get through me before it ever touches you” or “someone dared to touch what was mine”—that’s the kind of female alpha energy we RARELY get to see in romance. It had me giggling, kicking my feet, and muttering, “Yes, QUEEN,” every single time.

Then comes Dominic. At first, I worried he’d be one of those cardboard cutout billionaires whose entire personality is their bank account. But Nia Myst completely flipped that on its head. Sure, he’s wealthy, powerful, and absolutely oozes alpha energy, but it’s not shallow or performative. His money doesn’t make him arrogant; it makes him resourceful. He’s hunting for his sister’s rapists, out of options and desperate, when he stumbles across the Wildcats. And instead of dismissing or undermining them, he actually respects what they do.

That respect extends to Samaira, too. Watching Dominic, a CEO with all the privilege in the world get wrecked by a woman in the fighting ring and accept defeat with zero ego? A whole GREEN FLAG forest, honestly. And the fact that he’s not threatened by her strength, but rather turned on, proud, and protective of it? Ugh. Men, take notes.

Their chemistry is explosive from their very first encounter. The banter, the tension, the way Samaira tries to keep her walls up while Dominic keeps gently but firmly pressing against them, it was addicting. The spice? Way hotter than I expected. Like, genuinely shocked in the BEST way. Dark romance readers are going to eat this up because it’s intense, yet balanced with moments of softness that make their bond feel real and tender. One minute they’re burning the sheets down, the next he’s being this snuggly, goofy, smitten bear who forgets he’s supposed to be intimidating because he’s too busy staring at his girl like she hung the moon. And Samaira, who never thought she could be loved for who she truly is, needs that softness more than she ever realized.

The vigilante justice plotline was equally gripping. This wasn’t some over-the-top, cartoonish revenge fantasy it felt authentic, dangerous, and tense. Every mission had me on edge, terrified they’d get caught, yet cheering them on with my whole heart. I loved that the Wildcats weren’t painted as “flawless superheroes”—you can tell each woman has her own scars, her own story, her own reason for fighting back. That rawness gave the book so much weight.

And can we take a moment to appreciate how refreshing it is to read a book where the woman is the true powerhouse? Usually, in dark romances, it’s the MMC who carries the brooding, violent, protective energy, while the FMC plays the softer balance. Here, Nia Myst flipped the dynamic. Samaira is the tigress, the danger, the fury. Dominic is the grounding, steady force who keeps her from burning herself out. Together, they’re this unstoppable storm of rage, tenderness, lust, and loyalty.

One of my favorite elements was Dominic’s character arc. I won’t spoil it, but by the end, he makes a choice with his money and power that had me actually tearing up. I was so ready to roll my eyes at a stereotypical billionaire redemption, but nope—Nia Myst gave us a man who uses his privilege for good, and it was such a cathartic payoff.

The writing style itself had such a cinematic quality. The action scenes, the romance, the heat, even the quieter moments, it felt like watching a movie unfold in my head. And while yes, the beginning dragged a bit for me (likely more due to my slump than the book itself), once it picked up, it was non-stop action and emotion until the end.

By the time I finished, I didn’t just want the sequel.
I NEEDED it. I’m hooked on the Wildcats now, fully invested in every woman in this group and desperate for each of their stories. Because if Samaira’s book was this good? I can’t even imagine what Nia Myst has planned for the rest.

𝑰𝒏 𝒔𝒖𝒎𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒚:

𝑹𝒂𝒈𝒆 is raw, bold, and electric. It’s not just about vengeance—it’s about justice, strength, vulnerability, and what happens when two people with very different forms of power collide. Samaira is the kind of FMC I’ve been waiting YEARS for, and Dominic is her perfect match—not because he tames her, but because he lets her roar and still chooses to stand beside her.

If you love:
✨ badass heroines
✨ men who respect powerful women
✨ vigilante justice with heart
✨ swoony spice + genuine tenderness

…then this book is going to own you.

Huge thanks to @swipethebookpr and @niamyst for the ARC and for letting me join the Wildcats journey early. I’m obsessed. Bring on book #2. This series is about to become my whole personality.

Rage didn’t just give me feelings, it gave me a whole personality crisis.
5 ⭐s, would emotionally implode again.

This is the literary equivalent of an espresso shot to the soul: dark, bold, and impossible to put down. It’s got vigilante justice, emotional chaos, and a heroine who radiates pure power.

The pacing? Ferocious. The writing? Sharp enough to draw blood. The themes? Female rage, found family, revenge, and the messy gray space between right and wrong.

I would recommend to anyone who enjoys justice served flaming hot. 🔥🔥

I loved that they had a crush on each other the whole time. They were so cute! 🥹 THE YEARNING??? CHEF'S KISS. 👩🏻‍🍳💋

🇬🇧

Dominic quotes:

"God certainly took his time creatig this woman."

"My cheeks heated at being caught staring, and definitely not at being called pretty."

"She looked like she could slam ten guys twice her size with no effort. But when she smiled at me, when she reassured me with that surety in her eyes, she looked like the warmest person to ever exist."

"Her smile, her voice, just her mere presence seemed to keep my monsters at bay."

"Every logical thought about the consequences of kissing her evaporated from my mind as everything within me begged and screamed for just a touch. Just a taste. Just fucking once."

"Good girl."

"She was the goddess of death, delivering her justice to the worst of humanity. I wanted to pray at her altar, fall on my knees, worship her till all her rage, all her violence seeped out of her."

"What's your address, baby?"

"There, grabbing a coffee at the bar, was the woman who tortured my every waking and sleeping moment."

"I'm done pretending I'm not obsessed with you."

"You wonderful fucking woman. You are giving me and my family the justice we need, and I'm forever your going to be your puppet."

"Girlfriend, huh?" "Feels too casual, huh? How about my lover? My life? My woman, whom I'm so fucking obsessed with, I could write poetry about her?"

"My life, as it is, is I don't get to spend it with you."

"Let me love you. Because even if you don't, I'm afraid it's too late. I'm in love with you, baby. I'm in love with every inch of the crazy jealous, protective, soft, powerful, kinky parts of you. And I refuse to stop. You understand?"

"I thought I hated seeing you hurt. But tears? Baby, these can kill me."

"I'm going to shower you in dimonds and silk. I want to fulfill every one of your desires, no matter how big or small. You name it, and it's yours, baby."

"Could you be more vague, Mr. Whoever The Fuck You Are?"

"My little girlfriend is going to kill you."

"Need to spend all my days loving you."

the wildcats completely stole my heart. they had me hooked from the start. five fierce women who take justice into their own hands when the system fails? absolutely yes. samaira was such a standout for me. she is strong, determined, and impossible not to root for. and then there’s dominic, billionaire ceo (who doesn’t like a billionaire ceo? duh) and boxer who’s desperate for justice for his sister. the way he cared for his sister and later for samaira made me melt. the moment their paths collide, everything changes. their chemistry was explosive, raw, messy, and beautiful. it felt so addictive to read.

and i have to be honest here, i’ve only read two dark romance books before, the cat and mouse series books and i absolutely hated them. i gave them 1 and 2 stars only because of the plot and mystery aspect. i had sworn off dark romance after that. but rage changed everything for me. it’s dark, yes, but it’s layered, emotional, and so well-written that i couldn’t stop reading.

this book is more than a story. it’s an experience, that lingers long after you’ve turned the last page. her writing is simple but never plain, immersive but never overdone, and it grips you in a way that feels effortless. i genuinely loved every second of it. and the dedication.

I’m VERY interested in how this plays out🙂‍↕️) Please be mindful of the trigger warnings this is a DARK story and can be a lot for some readers🫶

Oh MY GOSH

Vigilantes ? Check.
Billionaire hottie? Check.
Kill for each other and their families? Check.
Spice to die for? HELL YA.

This was everything I knew it would be.

RAGE brought anger, violence, and gore, but it also brought revenge, justice, and peace. These women, the WILDCATS, are everything I needed and more. I cannot wait for the rest of their stories.

Samaira? God she’s hot. She’s protective. She’s jealous. She’s feisty. She’s PERFECT.

Dominic ? YES SIR. WHATEVER YOU SAY SIR.

The spice? I wasn’t ready for one part. It was yummy as fudge.

Oh and the extended epilogue? OOP

Overall, 5⭐️, 3 🌶️ !

Thank you so much to Nia and team for allowing me to read an advanced copy of RAGE!

It's a no doubt 5 Star read.
A Dark Romance where She is Morally grey, Hell Yeahhh!!!!!!

Not much authors dare to write this reverse trope but NM has done a very good job. It was utter perfection. Each and every character has been written so beautifully that you'll fall in love with them. The Storyline is just not romance but way more than that. The Dialogues were chefs kiss. The writing style was so easy to read and grab. You'll just flow with the book.

Samaira, AKA Crimson Tiger has a traumatic past and she seeks support, that's when she came across Lena and they form a group named Wildcats to support all those women who has suffered from men and was denied justice. They bring justice to innocent women and change their life.

Dominic, a real estate businessman is seeking justice for his sister, who was raped brutally. Unfortunately, the system failed to deliver the justice and that's when he decided to go to Wildcats. They help him find the culprits. But in the meantime, he falls in love with Samaira. Their journey is so powerful and passionate that you'll never forget.

The book shows reality of women's suffering and how they are denied justice. It not just romance and trust me you'll not regret reading this book. It's absolutely worth it.

I have read all the previous books by the author and they were cute romcoms but this right here is a masterpiece. NM got out of her comfort zone and tried something new and we'll should support her.
I'm so grateful to author and the PR team for sending me the ARC. I was counting days to read this book.

Rage is the first book in the wildcats series and I must say Nia did a wonderful job starting off this series. I was so excited for this book from the moment it was announced, and l am so glad I had the opportunity to ARC read this story. I am absolutely obsessed with this series and l can’t wait until the next book is released. Dark Romance is not usually my go-to genre of choice, but I really enjoy this book so much that once I picked it up, I was unable to put it down and I ended up binge reading the whole book within 24 hours. I would say that everyone needs to review the trigger warnings of this book before picking it up as some of the topics that are discussed in this book can be trigging and it is always good to be prepared. While I don’t usually read book with such strong female characters and I was obsessed with the FMC Samaira of this book. Samaira is a part of a five-woman vigilante group who target men that have hurt woman and have gotten away with it because of the justice system. Dominic Park is a Korean American billionaire who is trying to get justice for his sister but has not been able to find the culprits. So, he reaches out to the wildcats for help. The chemistry between Dominic and Samaira is amazing, you can tell they are attracted to one another from their first interactions. I really enjoyed that Dominic was not threatened by Samara’s strength but is proud of her for everything she is doing and supports her at every turn. Also, while he knows and respects Samaira strength, he is still very protective of her. I love now much of an Alpha male he is and even though he is an Alpha male his ego and pride don’t ruin his and Samira’s relationship especially when she beats him during sparring. While I was not satisfied with this book because I was obsessed and I would not complain if the story kept on going the ending was written perfectly as all the issues were resolved and Dominic and Samaira’s story was perfectly tied up. But I was also glad that Nia still left some problems open to continue to the next book. Honestly, I can go on and on about this book and never be done praising how good it is. I cannot stop thinking about it and will have to reread it soon, but fingers crossed we get the next book faster than I expected as I can’t wait to deep back into this world. Also, I will love any glimpses of Dominic and Samara get in the rest of the series

ARC REVIEW

Girll lemme tell you the feminine rage and boss ass queens in this book is AMAZING yes! Samaira can step on me along with Oppa Dominic. Just UGH YESSSSSSSSSSS. I think I would consider this more contemporary than dark romance. It does have some dark themes, but not too dark themes you would find in a dark romance book. This is a revenge story, with healing elements. To my folks who felt they never got justice to what happened to them, this is for you.

While I enjoyed the story, I will say the writing style was simplistic, definitely no in a bad way, but I did catch how certain things were repeated when it was already stated in a previous sentence.

An example:
She gulped but eyes darkened, "Alright."
I squeezed her throat lightly. "This okay?"
She licked her lips and nodded. "Yes."
I loosened my grip and ran my thumb along her cheek.
"Spanking?"
"Yes, please"
"Calling you my slut?"
Her eyes darkened. "Yes," she whispered with hooded eyes

Maybe that's just me, but I noticed it a few more time when a characters eyes were "narrowed." I liked the spice but definitely with time I'm sure the spice will get better. Side note, WHY WAS THE BREEDING KINK SO LATE TO COME IN. I FELT GASLIGHTED. I get it was a "micro-trope" BUT STILL. YA GIRL IS A FILTHY READER OKAY. LEAVE ME BE.

Oh, I totally forgot. I wonder if there was an error in the beginning of the book with Dominic. I am curious if he was originally supposed to be white or half-Asian because it's stated he has "blue eyes." So I was thinking maybe he's mixed raced... Until I continue on reading that I believe both of his parents may be Korean, albeit his mother is Korean-American. So I'm going to assume it was supposed to be changed but the author and editor forgot.

Anyways, the characters were really good and had good depth I feel was enough for me to connect to them. I almost teared up when Samaira was reunited with her family after 13 years. It was beautiful and healing.

Summary: Dominic only had one goal in mind: to take revenge on the people who assaulted his sister. He would scour the ends of the earth to find the scums and bring justice for his sister. But when four months go by, eveyrthing feels like a dead end. The cops aren't helping, and private investigators are coming up short. He eventually stumbles across a secret group of vigilantes who help those in need when the justice system failed them.

ARC REVIEW

This was my first offcial Arc. I did sign up for this and um so glad that I did. Cz this book completely blew me away. I honestly didn’t know a book like this existed, and now I can’t stop thinking about it. From the very first page, I was pulled into the world of the Wildcats five fiercely strong, fearless women who take justice into their own hands when the system fails. Samaira, Lena, Sloane, Naomi, and Tara 5 badass laidiss. They aren’t just characters; they are warriors, protectors, and sisters in arms, and I found myself cheering for every move they made.

Samaira, the Crimson Tiger, the muscle mommy is my new obsession. Who's morally grey, fiercely protective, and unapologetically ruthless when it comes to punishing the guilty. She’s seen darkness, lived through it, and still chooses to fight for what’s right, even if it means putting herself in danger.

And Dominic Park… oh my god. Dominic Park. CEO, billionaire, dimples that could kill, and the kind of man who worships the ground Samaira walks on. Dom is her perfect counterpart. Like hell yeah she's the crimson tiger but Dom tames her tigress energy,(and he really had put a diamond leash on the Crimson Tiger😭
I mean daddy sorry?daddy sorry?) and adores her without ever diminishing her strength… I literally could not 😭🔥.

Their chemistry is unmatched. The sparring, teasing, and playful banter between them had me laughing and swooning at the same time. And the romance? Spicy doesn’t even cover it. Dominic making a designer suit just for Samaira I mean yeah iykyk , the heat in those scenes is next level. it’s passion mixed with trust, devotion, and vulnerability.

The plot had me on edge from start to finish. My heart was racing constantly. One moment you’re gasping at the sheer intensity of the Wildcats’ actions, and the next, you’re melting at the way Dominic supports, protects, and loves Samaira fiercely. Seeing Samaira open up about her past the trauma she endured, the family she left behind, and how deeply it connected her to Dominic’s sister’s situation was incredibly emotional. The way Dominic helps her face her past and reconnect with her family made me tear up.

And oh my god, the swoon factor! Dominic buying the top 10 floors in Manhattan for Samaira and the girls, just so they can live safely and freely, is the ultimate billionaire romance fantasy, but it’s also a beautiful reflection of how much he cares not just for Samaira, but for the sisterhood of the Wildcats. The dynamic between them is perfect.Samaira knows she rules the relationship in her own way, but in intimacy, Dominic takes charge, and it’s hot & real.

I also loved how the story balances action, romance, and emotional depth. The Wildcats are incredible. They’re not just background characters; each woman has her own strength, personality, and role in bringing justice. The way they support each other, tease each other, and fight together is inspiring and so heartwarming. It makes me so excited to see the rest of this series, to learn more about each of the Wildcats, their missions, and the way they continue to challenge, protect, and love.

It’s a story about justice, healing, love, and strength, and it had me laughing, crying, swooning, and holding my breath all at the same time. I’m beyond excited to read the next books in the Wildcats series and dive back into this world of fearless women💪🏻

It’s been days since I finished Rage, and yet it still hasn’t left me. My heart is full, my mind is spinning, and I can’t stop thinking about Samaira, Dominic, and the fierce, unforgettable sisterhood that is the Wildcats. This wasn’t just a book—it was an experience.

Dark, raw, empowering, and emotionally layered—Nia Myst delivered something that is not only thrilling and steamy but also deeply healing and human.

Samaira Sharma!!! She is a powerhouse of a woman—badass, brave, fiercely protective, but also incredibly vulnerable beneath all that armor. Her character felt real—not just a fighter, but someone who turned her pain into purpose. She’s Crimson Tiger for a reason. Her strength radiates, but what moved me most was her heart.

And then there’s Dominic Park—CEO, billionaire, Korean, and nothing like your typical alpha romance MMC. He’s emotionally grounded, respectful of boundaries, quietly powerful, and deeply supportive. He doesn’t just fall for Samaira—he loves her strength, celebrates it, and stands by her without ever trying to control her. That boxing ring scene where she wins and he’s proud? That alone deserves a standing ovation.

Their chemistry is unreal. The banter, the slow-burn tension, the heat—it’s all there. But more than that, the emotional intimacy is what makes their relationship unforgettable. There’s fire, but also softness, vulnerability, and a deep connection that feels earned.

The Wildcats stole my heart. This isn’t just about one love story—it’s about sisterhood, justice, rage, healing, and found family. Lena, Naomi, Sloane, Tara, and Samaira together are a force of nature. Watching these women rise, protect, and fight back gave me chills. Their bond? Uplifting, empowering, and so incredibly well-written.

And the plot? Sharp. Fast-paced. Unflinching. Nia Myst doesn’t shy away from dark themes, but she handles them with such care and balance. The mix of vigilante justice, action, emotional recovery, and slow-burning romance is done so well. The story feels both intense and comforting, painful but hopeful.

Thank you to Swipe the Book PR and Nia Myst for the eARC copy of Rage to read and review!
I knew as soon as I read the synopsis that this book was going to an absolute banger and it did not disappoint.

Badass vigilante women, POC main character representation, a tall FMC and absolute women empowerment? Hell to the yes! Just please read the trigger warnings for your mental health because the details are intense!

Samaira is a member of the Wildcats, an all women vigilante group whose goal is to rid the world of all the slimy men who think they have the right to abuse women. When Dominic comes to be in contact with them on account of seeking revenge for his sister, Samaira is quick to accept, especially having been in a similar situation. What she doesn’t expect is the immediate connection between them. When she becomes his bodyguard while on the case, the tension grows and soon all the walls she built around her heart are falling.

This was an absolute ride from the start and I am obsessed with this whole group of queens. Samaira being this badass Indian powerhouse with the strength to knock down anyone who comes after her was everything I didn’t know I needed in an FMC. And when she meets the man who drives her crazy with need, let’s just say things get hot hot hot.
Dominic was also a shock to me. Sure he’s this billionaire whose main drive in life is money but what he does with that money is everything and more. Truly an empathetic character who proves he’s worth it all. The way he cared for Samaira even knowing how strong she was, making her feel loved and appreciated, ugh my heart is still swooning.
There were some hard parts to read so as mentioned, check those trigger warnings, but wow what a phenomenally written story overall. I can’t wait to see these wildcats in more action and meeting their people like Samaira and Dominic.

This story is dark with triggering topics but filled with such justifiable violence that I could not get enough. A group of women from various backgrounds have formed a vigilante group to kill and destroy men that have hurt women and children. The foulest of men finally getting what’s owed and it’s bloody and vicious. I had a great time. Literally, in the first few pages a penis was chopped off a rapist and I was buckled in ready to enjoy the ride. This story focused on Samaira and Dom. Samaira is a “muscle mommy” who can kick ass and has the body to prove it. She is RAGE. She helps Dom track his sister’s attackers and their relationship blooms. It’s insta-attraction but with a slow burn. But dang, it burned like a forest fire when it got going. The name “Dom” is appropriate as he was a kinky man. *sweating commences* I had a great time. The story was engaging and I kept wanting to come back and finish it. I loved the Wildcats (the vigilantes) and their found family situation. I loved the body positivity and the fact that she claimed her power which was backed by muscular arms and thighs. I loved that Dom cherished her as she was and could handle her without changing her. Dom was also *obsessed* with her and who doesn’t love that? He was also a billionaire but one willing to give money to fix the problems of the world. *finally* Read this if you like stories with action, revenge plots, feminine rage, found family, and open door spice.

I received this book as an ARC because I couldn’t handle waiting for the release due to the excellent promotion on IG and begged the author via DMs. It was worth it.

I’m fuvkingggggg OBSESSED!!!!

This is epic and definitely first for me .

In this book, you’ll find:
Muscular, morally grey FMC ✅
Billionaire romance ✅
Secret society ✅
Dark romance ✅
She’s his bodyguard ✅
Found family ✅
She saves him ✅

Chat chat CHATTTTT!!!! The hell if you don’t pick up this book right now or add it to your TBR, I’m blocking youuuuuu. This book is a must for every dark romance reader. You think you’ve read something similar and that it’s old news? NO. NOOOO. This is something else.

This story follows five girls who created their own world to save women from men who assaulted, hurt, r@ped, and abused them. They act when the law fails to do so — and guess what? They’re better than the damn law.

Sami… she’s bomb. Fire. A sexy freaking war machine. We always read about the man being the one who saves the FMC and brings her justice — but this story is different. Sami, the wild tigress, is the one who brings Dominic’s family the justice they deserve. She’s the one who saves him from danger… and beats his a$$ in the sparring ring. And you know what else? She makes him fall for her like a damn pathetic man.

Dominic is every freaking girl’s dream. Tall, muscular, older, and a billionaire who seeks help from five powerful women to bring his sister justice. But what he didn’t expect… was to fall for the fighter of the group. And more importantly, he would do anything to be with her.

You’re in for a ride. I can’t wait to read the other girls’ stories. The writing is addicting, the found family will capture your heart, and the spice… OH MY GOD.

3.5 🌟

I honestly don’t even know where to start because I loved Samaira so much it’s insane. She was such an incredible character and literally the reason I applied for this arc. Who doesn’t love a female lead who’s powerful, independent, unshakable, yet still protective and soft when it comes to her loved ones? She was the perfect mix of strength, kindness, intelligence, and willpower.

And Dominic? Total green flag. Honestly, he’s the green flag of all green flags. I loved how he never felt threatened by Samaira’s strength. He never once tried to dim her light. He only ever supported her, uplifted her, and gave her the safe space she needed. He was her softness after the chaos, the light she deserved.

The Wildcats completely stole my heart too. Their bond, their heartbreaking past, their loyalty it all made me cry, laugh, and root for them so hard. The teasing, the banter, the fierce love they had for one another… it was perfect. And Dominic’s parents? Absolute gems. Supportive, loving, and a delight to read.

This book made me feel everything —cry, laugh, sob, giggle and I couldn’t put it down. It was fast-paced and addictive. My only little turn-off was the instant attraction, but honestly? The rest of the story more than made up for it. I loved this book so much.💗

Samaira, the QUEEN (yes it needed to be written in Caps) who is strong, vigilant and can do anything to bring justice to women.
Dominic, a billionaire who can go to any lengths protect his loved ones.

The book starts with Dominic looking for his sister's assaulters and not being able to find them. Then he came across Wildcats, a vigilante group dedicated to giving women justice when the law fails.

"*you just have to name it, and they do it*"

From the first glance at samaira, our crimson tiger, Dominic was gone 🤭. And our samaira, the morally grey queen, become obsessed too, She protected him fiercely and would tear apart anyone who dared to touch him 😩🤌

I LITERALLY LOVE THE WHOLE WILDCAT GANG, they are bonded like sisters, always supporting each other and how much they love and protect each other 🥹🫶

The first chapter broke me (I was bawling 😭) BUT in second chapter I was smiling like an evil (you gotta read it yourself 😌) and those last chapters??? Pure emotions 🥹

This book made me cry, smile, laugh and blush like an idiot. The whole book is a perfect blend of story line, unforgettable characters (chef kiss) , raw emotions, and spice (trust me guys the spice was really spicing 🤭)

So I would recommend this book to everyone if you like these tropes- billionaire hero, vigilant heroine, she is his bodyguard, found family.

JUST TRY IT, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED 😩❤

Rage is such a powerful, addictive dark romance. From the very first page, it pulls you into a world of revenge, justice, and raw emotion.
Dominic Park, a powerful, dangerous and wealthy man seeking justice for his sister’s assault, and Samaira, a fearless member of a secret vigilante group called the Wildcats. She's strong, powerful and messy (I'm in love with her 😭)
Their chemistry is sizzling hot and when their paths cross, revenge turns into something deeper — a connection built on pain, power, and passion, yet he’s not looking to silence Samaira’s fire. Instead, he stands beside it.
What I really appreciated about this book is how it blends raw anger and empowerment with vulnerability. Everything feels so real so alive.
So,If you love dark romance or reading bold romance where the fmc is unstoppable, the mmc respects her storm , then rage is for you .
It is probably one of the best dark romance I read so far

I absolutely loved this book. Samaira was fierce, strong, and unforgettable, a true powerhouse who could take on anything to protect the people she loved. Dominic was the perfect counterpart, kind, supportive, and completely devoted to her, matching her strength with patience and care. Their chemistry was electric, and the romance felt intense but genuine, building naturally alongside the suspense and action. The writing was fast paced, emotional, and gripping, with action and tension that kept me hooked from start to finish. Thank you so much to the author and swipethebook PR for giving me the opportunity to read the book in advance, I received this for free and I'm leaving an honest review.

Some stories fade away, some linger for a while, but Rage is the kind of book that stays etched into your heart.

The combination of Dominic and Samaira, the justice-seeking vigilante Wildcats, and the emotional rollercoaster made this read unforgettable. Samaira’s strength, her vulnerability, and her fierce love for those she protects made her one of the most memorable heroines I’ve read. And Dominic? A man who doesn’t just admire her strength but thrives beside it—perfection.

This book had everything: action, romance, found family, heartbreak, spice, and moments that made me cry and cheer at the same time. Chapter 37 especially—it absolutely wrecked me.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

If you want a book that feels more like an experience than just a story, Rage is it.

Rage by Nia Myst
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went into this book a little nervous because the trigger warnings had me second-guessing if I could handle it. But honestly? Taking that leap of faith was the best decision because Rage was absolutely worth it. From the very first chapter, the story hits hard it’s dark, and unapologetic, yet completely addictive.

The Wild Cats are the heart of this book. Five strong, twisted, justice-driven women who refuse to stay victims and instead become forces of reckoning. Watching them take the law into their own hands and bring justice without expecting anything in return was so satisfying. Each of them is a survivor, carrying scars but also incredible strength, and that theme of resilience really made this story powerful.

Maira stood out as a morally gray protagonist with sharp edges, determination, and mental strength that made her unforgettable. Dominic, while less gray than Maira, had his own weight as a character and balanced her in all the right ways. Their romance was intense, dark, and perfectly woven into the plot. The spice? Let’s just say it was spicing, but never in a way that took away from the justice-driven storyline it actually enhanced it.

What I loved most was how Nia Myst blended gore, vengeance, survival, and romance into a narrative that didn’t shy away from brutality but still gave moments of hope and connection. It’s raw, emotional, and thrilling, and it makes you reflect on justice, survival, and strength.

If you’re looking for a dark romance that is equal parts brutal and addictive, with strong female leads, morally gray characters, and a storyline that keeps you on edge this book is for you.

Rage by Nia Myst is a dark, steamy billionaire vigilante romance where Dominic, a grief-stricken brother, teams up with Samaira, a fierce vigilante known as Crimson Tiger, to hunt down his sister’s attackers. Their partnership ignites an intense and dangerous attraction that threatens both her secret life and their hearts.

Rage is the first book in the Wildcats series. Dark romance, the billionaire trope, and a few content warnings are usually out of my comfort zone, but I decided to give this a try since I enjoy Nia’s contemporary romances under her other pen name. What drew me in was the pairing: a Korean billionaire hero and a fierce Indian vigilante heroine, both in their 30s. There are some heavy subjects in this story so I recommend reading the author’s note at the beginning which I found helpful. The author balanced the darker elements with tender and emotional moments that gave the story real depth. Samaira was such a fierce FMC. I loved watching her take down terrible men with no hesitation, yet melt into a complete softie when it came to Dominic. Dominic was equally compelling, supportive, sweet, and determined to stand by her side. Together, they were a perfect match. I appreciated how Dominic encouraged Samaira to embrace her vulnerability without ever diminishing her strength. The Wildcats crew was just as fascinating. Each member had a distinct personality and brought something unique to the group. I truly hope each of them gets her own story. Sophie, Dominic’s sister, stood out as a surprising favorite. Despite what she went through, she showed incredible strength. I loved how the Wildcats helped her reclaim her life. As for the suspense plot, I honestly had no idea where it was going which kept me engaged until the end. While I knew Samaira and the Wildcats would ultimately succeed, the journey there was full of tension and surprises. Overall, I am so glad I gave this book a chance. Rage delivered a mix of grit, heart, and empowerment. I can’t wait for the next book in the series!

Thank you to the author for the free ARC!

ARC Reaction: Rage by Nia Myst

Omg 😭🤌🏼 this book completely consumed me. From the very first chapter, I was HOOKED, and for the first time ever, I found myself fangirling over the FMC more than the MMC. Samaira aka Crimson Tiger is a QUEEN — fierce, unapologetic, brave, vulnerable, and full of fire. By the end of this book, I’m leaving with a book wife, not a book husband.

And Dominic Park? He’s pure fire too 😏🔥. Intense, passionate, protective, and utterly devoted — but never controlling. The way he and Samaira clash, burn, and ignite together is EVERYTHING. Their jealousy, fights, and heat? I was living for it.

I felt it all: Dominic’s anger and guilt, Samaira’s rage, Sophie’s trauma and healing. Every heartbreak, every triumph, every tender moment — it all hit me hard. I was so lost in the book my friends had to snatch my phone to bring me back to reality 😂😭.

And the Wildcats? Ugh, I wish they were real. Their fierce loyalty, deep friendship, and found family bond made me ache to be part of their world. Chaotic, funny, emotional — they’re the family we all secretly wish for.

The moments? Too many to count. Samaira taking a bullet 💥. Dominic’s care 🥺. Intimacy built on consent and respect. And those jealous sparks? The cherry on top 😏🔥. Plus, Sophie’s slow healing added such depth and heart.

Nia Myst has created something unforgettable. A fierce FMC, a devoted MMC, a found family, and emotions that grip you from start to finish. Rage isn’t just romance — it’s fire, loyalty, obsession, healing, and intensity all in one masterpiece.

Highly, highly recommended!
