This is the complete I, Target series, with all 5 parts.

My name is Marko Santana and I have been killed many times.

You see, each time I am killed, my mind jumps into the killer’s body and I take over. It’s weird but simple: if someone kills me, I get their body.

So does that make me the ultimate crime-fighter? Maybe a cool body-snatcher kind of guy? Or nothing but a freakin’ brain parasite? Personally, I prefer to think of myself as the ultimate survivor—with a serious personality disorder.

I am not your father’s punch and run superhero. I am a problem in motion—and for better or worse, I am on the road to being seriously mental.

Join me on my quest for purpose and sanity as I journey through life in other people’s bodies. For these are the chronicles of one who feeds on killers—my killers. These are the chronicles of Marko Santana.

Born in Texas. Died all over.

Wow.

This is by far one of the best reads I have read in quite some time. It was original and nothing I have seen done before. Bruce Rousseau is a mastermind that finally gave me a read that hasn't been overdone time and time again. On the back of this book it has a 'review' saying this should be made into a movie. I have to say I agree with this as I could so see this being a movie. I'd love a movie out of this someday as I could absorb it in more than one way. The only problem right now for me is that the book isn't that popular and it should be. After finishing this book all I wanted to do was run around and find other people that could talk about this book with me but it has yet to get to a point where you're going to find many people that know about it. I hope that people do start to notice this book because man is it good!

I loved the character Marko and his constant battles with himself...with his passengers including Wolf. There are certain quotes within this book that I couldn't help but quote to my friends because they hit so many key points. The character of Rema was one that brought a bit of laughter to my days and she had a line about how much words can hurt that just spoke to me. I adored Marko, I adored Nameless and his nerdy nature, I adored Sonya but I stayed on edge fearing that she might turn wicked but she hadn't...she was a pretty powerful woman, and some how and I'm not sure how but I even adored Wolf.

The only real issue that I did find within the book but it didn't take away from the experience of reading it was that of some heavy stereotyping. Rema an African American and the way she spoke was rather stereotypical, as was the character of Jade and the way she spoke. As much as I wanted to despise how Wolf was written as this amazing looking man that many girls fawned over...I just couldn't as it some what added to the book for me. There was a lot of sexual content but I noted that most didn't go into grave detail other than the scenes with Sonya which I found myself okay with because I quite liked Sonya and Marko together.

The twists with this book kept me entertained and most of them were all very unexpected...the biggest twist at the ending is what really got me though. I also never expected a Jack character to appear and the book was not what I was expecting at all but in a great way. The last page of the book kind of left me unhinged because it didn't feel completely wrapped as it wasn't said if everything was "okay" or not...but I suppose at the same time it was good to let people come to their own conclusions.

I know I'll be recommending this to many people. It was an amazing read. And thank you to the author for sending me a copy! A... 5/5 rating for me.

Bruce Rousseau is worth notice.
This is a very fun read.

A very fun concept.
If you kill me, I get your body. [sweet]
Almost.
Few funky things come along with the package.

Check this book out.
The twist and turns never stop.

The one person who seems to not change has the best lines. [Rema, you know who you are.]

I would love to see more of the Jumpers, Spirit Walkers….

Thank you Bruce for sending me a copy.
I want to read more..soon.

Goodreads win. WIll read and review once received.

I will admit when I first went into reading this book I didn't think I was going to like it. It just didn't seem like something that at the time was going to hold my attention. I was so wrong. I read this book within a few days. I think it helped me not go crazy while I stayed in bed being sick while the weather was lovely outside. The book was written well. I found myself flying through the pages wanting to know what would happen next. The characters in this book are brought something to make the story that much more intriguing.

I'd recommend getting this book, the Complete series, as opposed to buying it in installments. The transition from one to the other is seamless and doesn't make it difficult to follow. It's quite a good read and it sends you for a couple loops.

Unpredictable and exciting

I thoroughly enjoyed this novel. It has a unique gimmick that's handled completely satisfyingly. I don't want to offer any spoilers. But I did love the character "Rema," who is super-authentically written. I've known people like her.

I like the author's style. Lots of research was obviously done, and it yielded great characters. I am going to find other works by Bruce Rousseau to enjoy.

I won this book as a Goodreads giveaway.

I really enjoyed this book! I read the whole series straight through. The characters were well rounded and likeable (or not). There was plenty of detail-but not too much. I thought the story line was very original and this story captured my imagination from the very beginning. There was plenty of action and suspense, some unexpected twists, and just enough sex to keep it fun. Mr. Rousseau referred to I Target as an “urban adventure” when he signed my copy for me. Well it certainly is that-and then some. Great job Mr. Rousseau! I look forward to reading French Tango, and hope you continue to share your great imagination and writing talent with us!

I was offered this book by the author with no strings attached, (Thank you! Found time to read it even with the new baby) thought I wasn't going to read it right away, then read the back cover and remembering what it was about, decided to get into it.

The style of this book is a lot simpler than I'm used to, but it was a great read. It's a very interesting concept, and as to the quote on the back, I could definitely see myself watching a weird tv series like this.

The only thing I wasn't huge on was one scene in the book, but I won't say anything to give it away. All in all, I enjoyed this book. :)

This was a really cool title that was easy to jump into. I had a few times while reading it where I had gaps between reading time, and each time I started re-reading, I was able to figure out where I was and what was going on. I,Target had a fun perspective and a wide range of characters and locations. Hopefully this story makes it onto a TV executives desk someday cause it would make a very addictive show. Rousseau is a name I will keep in my favorites list.
