Elias Witherow's newest collection of horror is a gripping read. From existentialist horrors to real-world tragedies, Witherow blends the uncanny with the everyday to make us question if monsters are really otherworldly entities, or the person next door? 'Generational Rage' and 'Rolling Thunder' in particular have not left my mind since reading them, the terrifying narratives being enough to make me physically shudder for the first time in a while. There is a story for every type of horror lover in this well-crafted collection!
I’ve now read Grave Of The Leviathans, The Black Farm, Return To The Black Farm, and The Third Parent by Elias Witherow. Every single one of those books has gotten a solid 5 stars from me. Based off of each of them he also currently my favorite horror author. Definitely check him out!
Very good, but, this is like all his books very very violent and some parts are hard to read due to the graphic nature of the stories. Still great writing and easy to follow!
