Margaret McNamara is the Christopher Award–winning author of more than two dozen books for young readers, including the Robin Hill School series. The Fairy Bell Sisters series is inspired not only by her love of the classic sisterhood novel Little Women but by her own experiences growing up with older sisters (and a baby brother). Margaret and her family live in New York City, but they spend part of their summer on an island in Maine very much like Sheepskerry Island.

Hannah was excited for her party at school to celebrate being in school one hundred days! Everyone in the class was suppose to bring 100 things to share. Hannah picked out 100 buttons and ended up being sick and came to school Monday when her cold was gone. They all shared their things!

This book is an easy reader book (level one). It is very simple and has very easy words. The pictures in this book help explain what is going on in the book as well. I would read this out loud to PreK students or for students with a lower reading level!

This was a really cute book! The girl in the story in looking forward to the 100th day of school. She is busy finding 100 buttons to take to school. This would be a great read to children who are almost to their 100th day of school! It is also a level 1 read, which would be great for younger students to read.

I thought that this book was really sweet. Reaching one hundred days of school s really exciting, but what if you're stuck at home sick on that day? This is a really good book to read for the one hundreth day of school.

Read to the twins... After one of them had to miss the 100th day party at school due to illness, I thought this might be appreciated. It was a bigger hit than expected and they were still talking about it this morning as they were getting ready for school. 4/5 kid stars
