The Anti-Inflammatory 30-Day Reset opens with Sophie’s personal health journey and what led her to embrace an anti-inflammatory lifestyle. Many of the symptoms discussed resonated with me personally having an autoimmune disease and made me feel recognized and hopeful. This book has a relatable and encouraging tone that offers a thorough yet approachable breakdown of inflammation.

The first half of the book showcases clear explanations with insightful visuals and helpful guidance. Sophie has broken down inflammation into six distinct pillars and the information she provides feels informative without being overwhelming. Included is a questionnaire to determine which of three similar 30-Day Reset Plans best fit your current place in your inflammatory journey.

The layout, fonts, and calming color palette make the book pleasant and unintimidating to read. The recipes range from simple everyday meals to more involved options. I didn't come across a recipe I wouldn't try which is unheard of for me. A few of my favorites are the Breakfast Nests, Minute Steak and Spiced Golden Latte. Each recipe indicates how many servings it will yield and showcases additional diet preferences (high protein, grain-free, vegetarian etc.) while the nutritional information is conveniently located at the bottom of the recipe pages. The only thing I did not find in any of the recipe information was a time frame, this is my only complaint.

Overall, this 30-day reset strikes an excellent balance between education and practicality, it's an inviting and useful resource for anyone looking to reset their eating habits and reduce inflammation. I will absolutely be adding this cookbook to my collection and using it weekly!
