Zimoira Vermont is your average stay-at-home wife. She cooks, cleans and takes amazing care of her children and husband. To the outside world, Moira seemed to have the perfect life. His dazzling smile and wit could just about charm anyone. Behind closed doors though, Justin is the complete opposite toward his wife. His temper and hand problem was only getting worse. As an alpha male, he sees no wrong in ‘disciplining’ his wife. Justin runs a strict marriage and seemingly has things under control. That is, until his skeletons start tumbling out of his closet. With his marriage and business being threatened, adjusting backed against the wall. Will he come out better than ever on the other side? Or will his demons finally come out of the shadows?
Miko Montana is that dude, both on and off the screen. Between his legit and not-so-legit jobs, Miko is living the dream. With his sister, Dion right by his side, Miko runs his family’s casino with an iron fist. Nothing and no one could get past him. That is, until his baby mother disappears on him, leaving him to be a single father. Between juggling his street life, fatherhood and his other careers, Miko doesn’t know which way is up. As a man who is all about honor and responsibility, he has some hard decisions to make as he’s faced with the demons of someone else’s past.

Loved it
This book had me in tears. Justin was just evil. Some of the things he did to his wife had me speechless. I am just happy that she is alive. She and her triplets can finally live in peace since he is dead. Thank God she met Miko at the right time also. Great Read!
