Awesome book! It manages to be deeply informative without ever feeling dry or heavy. Every page pulls you in — it’s smart, grounded, and surprisingly entertaining.

The author breaks complex ideas down with clarity and flow, blending knowledge with real human perspective. By the end, I was even inspired to get back into microdosing myself.

If you’re even slightly curious about microdosing or exploring new ways to expand your mind, this book needs to be on your list. I’ll definitely be recommending it to people in my circle.
