Malachi (Mal) and Ann Jones are siblings raised in a non-Christian home. Their father is an unbeliever, and their mother believes you just have to be ‘good enough’ to get into heaven. Ann’s life takes a drastic turn when her picture is put in her high school yearbook under the title of ‘Most Common’. Soon afterward Ann makes contact with a familiar spirit (or spirit guide) through a Ouija game board. The spirit gives his name as Cabiri and he sets out to manage Ann’s life and give her the things she has asked him for. Ann’s brother Mal meets a Christian woman named Belle. Through Belle’s encouragement Mal begins to study the Bible for himself and becomes a Christian. His family is horrified at his decision and sparks fly.There are angels of light who watch over Mal. Angels of Darkness watch Ann and influence her decisions. The angels are not the focus of the story. It is simply that there are angels around us all the time. Normally people are not aware of angelic presence, but that doesn’t change the fact that they are present. Angels are actively engaged in the war for the souls of individual human beings. Angels of darkness, those who followed Lucifer in the fall from grace, seek souls for the devil's kingdom of hell. Angels of light do God's bidding, and they want souls to be saved through Jesus Christ. This book was formerly published under the name ‘The Broad Way’.
