From USA Today & Wall Street Journal bestselling author Michelle Heard comes a new STANDALONE, full-length MAFIA ROMANCE novel.
At the lowest point in my life, I walk into the busiest club, hoping to get a job. Somehow, I end up on stage, being told to strip, and before I can even decide if I’m desperate enough, a terrifying man orders me to leave.
I do my best to ignore my fear as I follow him to his office, not knowing it’s about to cost me everything.
Turns out I’m more desperate than I thought, and I swallow my pride and beg. But Adriano Rizzo doesn’t offer me employment. Nope, he makes me a deal that’s hard to refuse. I tell myself I can handle whatever he demands of me. Boy, am I wrong.
Hidden in the fine print, I didn’t bother to read, is a clause I never saw coming. Marry him. Or I walk away with nothing and end up back on the streets.
While I’m still trying to decide, he changes the rules, and before I know it, I’m saying my vows to a man I barely know. To make matters worse, just as we leave the church, he pulls out a gun and empties it into some poor soul. Right in front of me! That’s when I learn the truth…
Adriano Rizzo isn’t just some heartless, filthy-rich club owner. He’s a boss in the Cosa Nostra, and I’ve just married into a world that’s violent, ruthless, and deadly.

Just read the synopsis for Vicious Devil and I’m already completely obsessed with Adriano Rizzo 😭🖤 Michelle Heard seriously has a talent for creating mafia men that feel dangerous, unreadable, emotionally intense, and completely addictive before you even start the book. Adriano already has that enigmatic energy that instantly pulls you in and makes you desperate to know everything about him… and honestly, the Rizzo men just hit differently 🥹✨
The synopsis alone already has me emotionally attached, and I can tell this book is going to deliver possessive obsession, dark protective vibes, emotional damage, and a mafia MMC who completely consumes your thoughts for weeks 😭🔥 Also absolutely obsessed with the poster for Vicious Devil — the dark, intense aesthetic feels so perfectly Adriano Rizzo coded and somehow made me even more excited for this book 🖤✨
Now counting down the days until May 28 because I already know this book is about to consume my entire personality 😭📖🔥

Vicious devil is book four of the second generation of the Kings of the Mafia series and this book focuses on Adriano (Son of Angelo & Tori - Tempted by the Devil) and Laurie.
Adriano Rizzo has an exterior is cold and calculating but he does have a soft spot for those he loves. Adriano is noticing that all of his friends are starting to find their significant others and settling down. But Adriano hasn’t found that women’s yet, well that was until he met Laurie of course and all it took was one glance and he knew this woman was his endgame. Of course he did take a page out of his father’s book on getting Laurie to become his wife. Like father, like son 🤭
Laurie certainly didn’t have it easy, she had to fend for herself in this world as she more or less was abandoned by her biological parents after their divorce because they decided to put more effort into their new families. Soon after Laurie met Austin and got a job with his families construction company and while things may have started off great it did not turn out that way in the long run. Now Laurie has been left humiliated by Austin and his sister and must find another way to keep her head above the water. This is what puts her right back in Adrianos line of sight as she applies to work in his club but this certainly wasn’t going to happen as Adriano would now look after her from now on.
You know what they say about a deal with the devil and with some trickery Laurie finds herself married to Adriano. From the moment he declared that Laurie would be his woman she was a part of the family and it was utter sweet how welcoming and caring his second and also his intermediate family was when it came to her. Laurie grew up without any love in herself and for a bit she believed this to be a trick, that she would receive all this love only for it to be taken away and this absolutely broke my heart😭 I loved her bond with Adriano’s mother and also Nina, Yuki and Valentina 🥹
Overall I absolutely loved this book Adriano was a loyal and dedicated MMC who absolutely worshiped the ground Laurie walked on. I love how he brought Laurie’s confidence out.
Cannot wait to read about our next couple in the near future. Thank you to the author and Candi PR who provided this e-arc for my honest thoughts 💭
Laurie has never been anyone’s first choice. Not to her parents, not to her boyfriend, not even to the people who were supposed to be her friends. So when her entire life falls apart overnight and she’s forced to strip at a club just to survive, the last thing she expects is to catch the attention of Adriano Rizzo, the hardened mafia prince who suddenly decides he wants her. And when Adriano proposes an arrangement that benefits them both, Laurie is pulled into his dangerous world where, for the first time in her life, someone is choosing her completely and utterly.
At this point, I think it’s well established that Michelle Heard puts some kind of crack in these books because HOW am I nine books into this series and still absolutely obsessed with everyone and everything? Like genuinely, I consume unhealthy amounts of mafia romances and yet every single book that Michelle releases feels original and new. At this rate I’m going to need a third gen series too because I’m not ready to let this world go, nu uh.
“Heart, body, and soul, I’m yours until the day we die.”
Adriano…oh my GOD. This man fell HARD and FAST, it was very much when you know you know with him and bam, it was game over. Fully whipped, completely gone, and honestly I loved every second of it. The way he called Laurie his other half had me bawling and yet tingling with butterflies cause you could feel how much he really meant it. There’s just something about a ruthless mafia man completely folding for one girl that gets me every single time.
And Laurie, oh my sweet, sweet girl. My heart genuinely hurt for her because when you spend your whole life being overlooked and treated like you’re never enough, of course you start believing it. Her insecurities about why Adriano would even want her felt so understandable and real. That’s why watching her slowly feel safe, wanted, and secure with him was so emotional for me (who was cutting the onions?). And don’t even get me started on her calling him “my husband” because WHY was that giving me such warm fuzzy feelings every single time? Chefs kiss to the max.
“My person. My true love.”
But honestly, one of my favourite parts of this entire series and all of Michelle’s books has always been the found family aspect and this book hit that so perfectly too. Tori being the mother Laurie never really had? Angelo stepping into that protective father figure role? I was BAWLING. Michelle Heard just writes family and emotional connection so incredibly well. Her writing flows so effortlessly that somehow you binge an entire book in hours while feeling every emotion possible.
Of course, I have to talk about seeing Georgi and Nina living out their happy ending cause it was just so darn HEARTWARMING. Same with Remo and Valentina. Even though part of me still mourns not getting their full book, I’ve loved following their story throughout the series and seeing where they ended up made me so so so emotional.
I genuinely cannot believe the next book is the last one. Rosie and Enzo finally getting their time to shine feels so exciting but also bittersweet because I’m really not ready to say goodbye to this world yet.

Star: ⭐⭐⭐⭐.5
Vicious Devil by Michelle Heard is everything I’ve come to love about the Kings of Mafia series. Dark, intense, addictive, and packed with tension from the very first chapter, this book pulled me straight into Adriano and Laurie’s dangerous world and never let me go.
The story starts with desperation and survival, and Michelle Heard wastes no time throwing readers into the chaos. Watching Laurie go from trying to find a job to suddenly being trapped in a marriage with a ruthless mafia boss had me completely hooked. The forced marriage trope was done so well, especially because of the constant imbalance of power, fear, and undeniable chemistry between the characters.
Adriano Rizzo is cold, dangerous, and absolutely terrifying at times, but underneath all the brutality there are glimpses of loyalty and protectiveness that made him impossible not to love. He is the kind of morally grey mafia hero who commands every scene he’s in. Laurie was also easy to root for because even when she was scared and overwhelmed, she still showed strength and resilience.
The chemistry between them was explosive, and the emotional tension kept building with every chapter. I loved how the relationship developed slowly amidst all the violence, secrets, and power struggles. The world building was immersive, the pacing was addictive, and the suspense kept me flipping pages late into the night.
One of my favorite things about this book was how unpredictable the story felt. Just when I thought I knew where things were heading, Michelle Heard added another layer of danger or emotional conflict that raised the stakes even higher. The balance between romance and mafia politics was done perfectly, and every confrontation carried this constant feeling that something could go horribly wrong at any moment.
I also loved the emotional vulnerability hidden beneath Adriano’s ruthless exterior. The small moments between him and his wife ended up meaning just as much as the explosive scenes because they showed the gradual trust forming between them. Their relationship was messy, intense, and complicated in the best possible way, and by the end I was completely invested in their story.
Michelle Heard delivers another gripping mafia romance filled with danger, possessive energy, emotional moments, and plenty of steam. Vicious Devil is dark, dramatic, and impossible to put down, and it’s another fantastic addition to the Kings of Mafia series.
What happens when you walk into a club looking for a job and walk out married to a mafia boss? Borderline stalking? Maybe?! Romantic? Absolutely not… wait yes?! Addictive? Unfortunately, yes!
Like son, like father… Adriano is something else entirely. He’s cold, commanding, and the best kind of stalker… I mean possessive, right?
🖤 “It’s a pity I have to work, and I can’t stalk her twenty-four-seven.”
No one does nicknames like Michelle Heard, cause tell me why “mia piccola farfalla” (my little butterfly) sounds sweet… until it’s coming from a man like him! The tension between him and Laurie sizzles in that slow, dangerous way that makes you forget to breathe while you’re reading.
🖤 “It’s like the second I looked at her, she connected with the possessive side of me, and it decided she belongs to me.”
Laurie isn’t just perfect for Adriano, she’s practically built for his brand of chaos… touch-starved heart meets overprotective, problem-solving menace. She needs his intensity, his attention, his everything… and he needs to give it like his life depends on it.
🖤 “He came. He held me. He’s worried about me. Adriano really cares.”
Her writing is a dangerous kind of fast-paced style that keeps everything moving at a heartbeat clip, blending violence, spice, mafia power, and razor-sharp banter that is intoxicating.
🖤 “From utterly obsessed to madly in love, she owns my heart.”
I will always recommend Michelle Heard’s stories, and this one? Straight-up addictive!

vicious devil had me in a CHOKEHOLD from page one and i genuinely did not recover 🔪
while it reads as a complete standalone, if you’ve read the kings of mafia series you’ll feel the world even deeper — and honestly, the rizzo men just hit differently
watching laurie go from job hunting to suddenly trapped in a forced marriage with a ruthless mafia boss?? the power imbalance, the fear, the undeniable chemistry — the trope was executed perfectly
adriano rizzo is cold, dangerous, and terrifying in the best possible way. but those glimpses of loyalty and protectiveness underneath all that brutality?? yeah, he had me. he commands every single scene. morally grey mafia mmc at his absolute finest 🖤
and laurie — even scared and overwhelmed she never stopped fighting. so easy to root for her
also little ricky and big ricky 🥹 seeing tori and angelo as parents, and then watching them both tell laurie to call them mom and dad?? i was in TEARS. cried so many times throughout this book and i have zero regrets
found family 🤝 obsession 🤝 possessiveness 🤝 forced proximity to forced feelings
i expected nothing less and still got everything i didn’t know i needed 💀🖤
THINGS TO KNOW Graphic and extreme violence = Blood and gore, Torture scenes (on page) = Murder, Dealing in Illegal good, Offensive language, Forced marriage, MMC threatens fmc to get his way (not with physical violence), She feels unseen and unwanted by everyone, especially her family, At the beginning of the book, she's in a relationship with a narcissistic man who's emotionally and mentally abusive toward her, Her employer is also emotionally and mentally abusive toward her, She ends up homeless and on the street, feeling very desperate when she loses everything, Depressive and hopeless thoughts, degradation (not by MMC), Boyfriend cheats on her - on page, betrayal, being shot, age gap (36m/25f), mafia, morally black mmc
4.5 stars Desperate heroine, dangerous mafia boss, forced marriage, marriage contract “fine print” (always read the fine print 👀)… This book was promising. Adriano and Laurie… He saw her, decided she’d be his, started stalking her, then absolutely lost his mind when he saw her in his club… and when she needed help, he was there for her in his twisted morally gray way, never letting her go, with a contract binding her to him forever. Laurie is hurt, jobless, homeless, and honestly has no choice but to accept his offer. She’s been let down all her life by the people closest to her, so in her mind, what more could a stranger possibly do to hurt her? At first, she’s afraid and hesitant, then slowly starts adjusting to this violent mafia world she’s forced into. Adriano has that possessive arrogant mafia man energy, but if I’m honest, he felt softer and gentler than I expected for this book (I think it’s the mother’s effect). I really needed a little more dark energy. He’s ruthless to everyone else, but with Laurie, he’s protective, and their relationship is more comforting and emotional than truly dark. He’s ready to do anything for her: showering her with gifts, love, and protection, hurting the people who hurt her… he literally can’t breathe without her. She becomes the center of his world. I think this is probably the softer book in the series (both in terms of the MMCs’ relationship and the plot/circumstances), but I still really enjoyed it… I just wanted a little more edge and brutality from him. Laurie deserved every bit of happiness she got after the life she’d lived. Michelle Heard’s writing remains so addictive that I flew through this book. I loved the tension, the forced marriage vibes, the emotional moments, the hot chemistry, seeing familiar characters again, and the found-family aspect. An enjoyable read with strong protective energy, raw emotions, and that addictive Kings of Mafia atmosphere I always enjoy.
• 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐬 - - dark mafia romance - stalker romance - forced marriage - possessive hero - morally gray MMC - protective & obsessive hero - slow burn - touch her & die
• 𝐌𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 - Laurie is struggling with life after losing almost everything. She’s desperate, alone, and trying to survive when Adriano notices her. One small moment turns into obsession and before she even realizes it, she’s trapped in a marriage contract with one of the most dangerous mafia men. What starts as fear slowly becomes something deeper, emotional, protective, and completely consuming. Michelle Heard seriously never disappoints because this book had me so emotionally attached from the beginning. Laurie’s emotions felt so real and heartbreaking. Her anxiety, overthinking, and fear of being too much honestly made me feel for her so badly. I just wanted to hug her the entire time 🥺 And Adriano…THIS MAN 😩🖤 He’s possessive, obsessive, protective, and completely gone for Laurie from the start. I loved how ruthless he was with everyone else but so soft with her. The little things he did for Laurie made my heart melt so many times. His devotion was honestly everything. The slow burn was so good because every tiny moment between them felt important. The tension, the comfort, the emotional connection, the protective energy… it all worked perfectly together. Their relationship felt intense without losing the soft emotional moments and I loved that balance so much. This book gave me obsession, comfort, emotions, protective mafia husband vibes, and a romance that slowly crawls into your heart and refuses to leave 😭 Michelle Heard really knows how to make her characters feel addictive. Now i am so excited for Rosie and Enzo book!! Thank you candipr for the ARC!!
Vicious Devil was mix of entertaining and emotional story. Adriano is a ruthless dangerous man. He has to be for his line of work. Head of the Rizzo Mafia Family. He protects his family, loved ones and his empire without hesitation and without mercy. A chance encounter with a beautiful blue eyed woman has turned his world upside down. Laurie hasn’t had good luck with the people in her life. Those that were supposed to love her and make her feel loved and appreciated did the complete opposite. Until one day she finds herself jobless and homeless. Feeling like she has no other options she shows up at a club that is auditioning for dancers. The type where no clothes are involved. Which also happens to be Adriano’s club. The moment Adriano sees his blue eyed beauty in his club all bets are off. She has to be his. So I’m reading thinking is this going to be an insta lust based relationship. And it absolutely wasn’t! His feelings ran so much deeper and so much more meaningful. I actually appreciated that Adriano knew she was his “soulmate”. Her on the other hand thought he was downright crazy lol. I enjoyed reading their story. I liked that it was a fun read but also had emotional moments and aspects to it. Yes I did tear up at some points. Especially towards the end. I loved the Rizzo family and their friend's bonds and relationships. They all love each other unconditionally. And are there for each other for the good and the bad. I’m happy that Laurie found her tribe and her people.
Adriano Rizzo is every bit his father Angelo’s son, but he is also a lot like his godfather Damiano. I loved every minute of this book. I practically inhaled it. I loved all the nods to Angelo and Vittoria’s story (Book 1) aka Adriano’s parents. The forced marriage, the engraved rings, the instantly obsessed MMC. But I also loved how different this story felt. I annotated the heck out of this book.
Unlike Vittoria, who grew up in the Cosa Nostra, Laurie knows nothing about the mafia. She has spent most of her life being invisible, with people walking all over her, but with Adriano she is anything but that. And she is funny. I loved her inner dialogue. Adriano’s obsession and then devotion to Laurie had me completely hooked. I loved how he gave her the attention, life, and family she never had. I could not get enough of them. Laurie’s relationship with Angelo and Vittoria was so sweet. Watching that bond grow and seeing Laurie experience love from good parents was beautiful.
The uprising plot in this book was very interesting. I did not see the twist coming, and it gave me such an adrenaline rush. I also loved that we got so much of Rosie in this book. From her interactions with Adriano to her presence across the series, I am sure her story with Enzo is going to be such a fun ride. As sad as I am that the series is coming to an end, I cannot wait to read their book next.
Not a bad book, but I gave it 3 stars because it wasn’t my favorite in the series. After reading Possessive Enemy, I had high expectations for plot depth and detail, but this book didn’t live up to them. It focused on Adriano and Laurie’s story. Adriano, the head of the Cosa Nostra, becomes obsessed with Laurie, a seemingly ordinary woman who has nothing to do with the mafia. She’s down on her luck after being fired from her job and evicted from her home. With no other options, she accepts Adriano’s offer that he proposes- money for marriage.
The biggest thing I struggled with was Laurie’s lack of fight. She seemed to just agree with everything and had no backbone. It seemed that Adriano’s stable life was enough to make her go along with it. I understand that Laurie wanted family and friends who loved her, but the transition from her previous life to Adriano’s seemed too quick. I wanted more suspense and depth in the plot.
However, I did like the revenge Adriano took for Laurie and thought it worked well in the story. Overall, it wasn’t my favorite in the series, but I’m still excited to read Rosie’s story!
ARC Review Vicious Devil by Michelle Heard 5/5 stars
Adriano is Angelo's son through and through. YES. Give me a harem of Michelle Heard's mafia men. I was still hung up on Gregori and Nina and now Adriano and Laurie. Seeing the Rizzo family again, healed something in me I didn't know I was missing. I love seeing the OG families living their happiest lives.
LAURIE. I'm loving the fresh MCs and I admire her strength to survive and my heart broke for her a million times before Adriano healed her. I love her so much and now she is a part of the Rizzo family.
ADRIANO. Mr. Grumpy Bear. He is his father's son, through and through and I love him for it. This is a man who knows what he wants and takes it. I love how much he loved Laurie and supported her through the story. HE IS THE MAFIA MAN AND I LOVE HIM.
THIS IS A MAFIA ROMANCE SO TRIGGER WARNINGS BE MINDED. Other than that, Ms. Michelle, give me 50 million more. Please and thank you.
Catch this amazing book on May 28th!
Thank you to @authormichelleheard and @candikanepr for an eARC copy for review.
“This isn’t some love at first sight shit. It’s two halves of a soul finally coming together after being separated for an eternity.”
Every book tops the last somehow but Adriano is perfection and may be best of all? I think he is. The mafia boss is taken when he encounters Laurie. One chance glance and he finds himself needing to know everything about her. When fate lands her in his club and he learns of how she got to be there, he takes the opportunity to make a deal she can’t resist. Laurie has no choice but to give in to Adriano, she knows she has no other option but as she starts to get to know him she realizes he isn’t the brutal, cold man she thought him to be. He is patient, attentive, caring, and gentle with her in a way she’s never known. I loved their story and this book was so addictive I hated every time I had to put it down. I may never get enough of Michelle’s mafia romance stories.
“I will run in front of a million bullets for you because life is just not worth living without you.”
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.
This is the story of Andriano and Laurie. Laurie has not had an easy life. She has been abandoned by her biological parents when they divorced. She has been left humiliated by a man and his sister and is now desperate for employment to keep her head above water. Seeing that a fancy rich people club is hiring and desperation has her going in to see if she can get a job. She doesn't get very far in the "interview" before she is called off the stage and escorted to the office where she meets Andriano. Club owner and unbeknownst to her he is a boss in the Cosa Nostra. But back to the office where he makes her an offer she can't refuse. Only she didn't read the fine print and is now about to discover who he is when she is walking out of a church after they say their vows. That's about all I can say about this book. I loved every single second of this book. I loved the characters and they really kept me on my toes. This is a book you do not want to miss.
Laurie the FMC is sweet, and relatable when she talks about wanting to be loved and cared for. Whereas Adriano just wants to be just like his dad which is amazing to see.
I knew going in we would see people from Tempted by the Devil. But OMG!!! 😱 The way the characters were shown in both books was fantastic. Seeing a Little Ricky and Big Ricky made me so happy! Seeing how much Tori and Angelo as parents. When they both had Laurie call them mom/dad I was in tears. Honestly cried so many times during the book! There’s a strong found family aspect, possessiveness, obsession. Overall I think it was fantastic, but honestly expected nothing less. I enjoyed being able to see more of the other characters from the recent books. We got more banter that had me laughing so hard. I also did NOT expect to cry as much as I did.
Michelle Heard continues her streak of swoonworthy morally grey mafia men! If you thought the insta-love in the last Kings of Mafia book was fast, they've got nothing on this MMC. In Vicious Devil, Adriano spots his soulmate on the street, and knows Laurie is meant to be his. Within a day decides to stalk her and figure out how to keep her. When fate intervenes, he offers her a deal wrapped around a forced marriage. And hours later he's gotten the one woman he's ever wanted, while also healing her of her abandonment issues. I'm always fascinated by the way mafia men win over the hearts of your average person, so I appreciated how this story unfolded, particularly with Laurie having to come to terms with her new life.
Thank you for gifting me an advanced reader copy. Review reflective of my personal opinions
I love this series and whenever I hear a new book is coming, I can’t wait to read it! Adriano’s story is so well worth the wait! So dark and broody, and head of his family, he knows someday he will need to marry. When one night he sees a beautiful woman with golden hair and blue eyes, he is bound and determined to make her his. Laurie has had a rough life, family issues, and in a terrible relationship with no hope of getting out of. But when she first encounters Adriano, she is definitely intimidated but feels there is something about him that is special. Their relationship doesn’t start out on the usual way, but it’s the way of Adriano’s. These two made me fall in love with them, their witty banter and their sizzling chemistry. The storyline is perfection and I loved how characters from the other books are sprinkled throughout. A definite must read!
This was my favorite book so far of the new Kings of Mafia generation. Adriano is just as big of a red flag as his father, Angelo from Tempted By The Devil. The obsession he has for Laurie is sooo good and sooo problematic 🤭. While at the beginning Laurie is a bit of a push over she comes back real strong when it comes to Adriano and really holds her own against him. The spice is not extensive but it is good. Definitely enjoyed and recommend. 4⭐️ 3🌶️
Pick up if you love: 🖤Man Obsessed 🖤Stalking 🖤Forced Marriage 🖤Morally Black MMC
I appreciate receiving this ARC from the Author and Candi Kane PR.
Now this was mostly a vibes read because I love Michelle. It had some cringy moments and baby girl Laurie did get on my nerves quite a bit.
But the mafia was there, the over the top we love to see was present and Adriano was hot as fuck. I came for the vibe and stayed for the vibe. Truly, what was missing was a bit more spice, a bit more real plot and a slight shift in pacing.
I do have to say, “braingasm” and “me likey” truly were the mood killers for me, I never want to see them written on page ever again and I will take a few days to recover from it.
Thank you, Michelle and Candi Kane PR, for this early copy.
Vicious Devil is book nine of the Kings of Mafia Series.
Adriano is exactly like his father - taking what he wants and making his way the only way. Even though he takes what he wants, we see the love, care and compassion he has for Laurie in everything he does for her. Is he a bit over the top? Most definitely, but it makes the story more enjoyable that way. Everything he does is to show Laurie a better life and give her everything she could ever need. Is there some deception and manipulation involved for this to be achieved? Yes, but it's also done with a lot of love and care. This was just another great installment to the series.
Vicious Devil by @authormichelleheard is truly outstanding! As you all know, @authormichelleheard creates exceptional books, and Adriano is completely unhinged in the best way, especially as he interacts with Laurie. I love him dearly! Additionally, I deeply appreciate the strong bond he has, particularly with his mother. This book is fast-paced, and you'll find yourself devouring it as I did 😁🙌🖤🔥🤌.
Adriano is definitely over the top, and unhinged in certain aspects, but Laurie calms him down. He's definitely "all in". I loved Laurie's sarcastic temperament, funny, her inner dialogue, and sometimes out loud too! This book definitely hit all my buttons, I loved this couple. The words brought out their connection to the 100th degree, I could feel everything that they were feeling. Always a one-click read, Ms. Heard. Mafia stories are born here.
First off I’d like to say Michelle’s writing never disappoints! Her stories always flow so well. Poor Laurie could never catch a break. After her parents stopped caring about her and then getting into a relationship that left her homeless and poor I really felt for her. Adriano was the perfect man for her even tho he forced her into this marriage. He gave her the love and attention she deserved. We get some spice, swoony moments, family/friendships, action and good banter! 5 stars!!!
Loved this one it was a quick read! I'm really glad I enjoyed it because I also liked the parents book. I was shocked by what happened to her best friend I didn't see that coming at all! I also loved what he did to her ex and his sister.
Thanks to Candi kane and the author for the ARC in exchange for an honest opinion.
Another ripper by Michelle Heard. Vicious Devil gave me everything I wanted. Adriano and Laurie were complete opposites who ended up crossing paths and our man was done for. This one was just right and I ate it up. Loved it
Absolutely loved Laurie and Adriano's story!! The way he stepped in a took over was off the charts. He really did care for her even though he wasn't that great at showing it in a normal fashion. Love this world!!
