Run, Laugh, Repeat: The Book That Lovingly Admits Runners Are Ridiculous

Rate this book

📚 Run, Laugh, The book that lovingly admits runners are ridiculousRunning is serious. Runners are not.

If you’ve ever sprint-finished a local 10K like it was the Olympic Trials, spent hours obsessing over Strava segments, or whispered “never again” while lying face down on the shower floor then this book is for you.

Run, Laugh, Repeat isn’t a training manual. It’s a roast. A love letter. A therapy session disguised as banter. Packed with laugh-out-loud truths every runner will recognise (and every non-runner will enjoy mocking), this book is your survival guide to the madness of the sport we all love.

Inside you’ll

✔ Strava lies exposed
✔ Motivational quotes put to bed
✔ Long run hallucinations explained
✔ Shoe addictions unmasked
✔ Injuries diagnosed badly with Google

Whether you’re a runner, live with one, or just enjoy watching them limp around the office after “taking it easy,” this is the ultimate gift for anyone who knows the joy and ridiculousness of running.

👉 Run, Laugh, Repeat. Because running is serious… but runners should not be.

Audiobook. Not a bad listen when you’re on a challenging run. It reminds you of the pitfalls to avoid when posting on Strava.
