Kerana Tuhan Mencintai Kita Sedalam Itu by Muzuza invites us to rediscover how deep is Allah’s love towards His servants through the verses of Qur'an. I love how it feels like this book is guiding me verse by verse across the whole 30 juz of the Qur'an, with reflections that feel intimate.
I love its simple structure! Every chapter focuses on one verse, then followed by the author’s thoughts on how Allah cares for us in every single feeling that we've gone through such as fear, pain, lost and joy. I can even say that the author's approach is very thoughtful. Rather than diving into heavy discussions, the author chooses for a reflective style that encourages us to pause and digest the message, making the book practical and reachable regardless of a reader’s background.
Reading this book, I found myself taking my time to really get the meaning behind the verses that I thought I knew well. There were also moments when the reflections discussed hit home, however these reminders are softly conveyed without being overly sentimental.
All in all, I believe this book has successfully accomplished its target. Throughout the journey, I feel seen, I feel loved, and at the same time I feel like I was gently brought back to Allah. If you're longing to reconnect with the Qur'an at the emotional level, I'd suggest this book to you at any time.
