I received this as an ARC, and it was a solid thriller read. the pacing was fast, and kept having some twists and turns that kept you guessing. Made you second guess everyone, which is good for a thriller.
The end I personally predicted, but still had me second guessing myself.
I do recommend reading it if you are in the market for a good Psychological Thriller

The Final Stream grabbed me fast. It’s quick, well written, and once I hit the halfway point, there was no chance I was putting it down. I had a few guesses about who the killer was, and every single one was wrong. The twist surprised me good. If you want a fast-paced thriller that keeps you hooked from start to finish, definitely give this one a read.

Fantastic!!! This is a non-stop heart pounding psychological thriller!!!
I was instantly sucked into this story with all the crazy twists, investigations, and suspense that was throughout the entire book!!

Alison Osborn finds herself watching a live TikTok of her best friend having a pool party clear across the country. What she witnesses online is something tragic that will change her forever. Alison, who lives in New York, goes back to her home town in California to see if she can find some answers to the devastating event that she witnessed on the livestream.
As she begins her search, Amy, one of the people who was at this horrendous pool party is working on an investigation of her own as well.

There are multiple layers to this book that begin to peel back chapter by chapter! The mystery, and nail biting excitement is read from start to finish!! The details and secrets within this story are excellent!

Nadija Mujagic continues to amaze me with her stories. She is such a fantastic writer and I am always so eager to read her books!
She is 100% a must read author! ❤️📚🖤

I really enjoyed this story. While Alison is home trying to cover a story of her friend's death and as she covers the story the trail just goes in ways she didn't expect. There is some great twists in there and some people you can't stand.

An instant 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

I can’t begin to describe how excited I was (and still am) to have received an advance copy of The Final Stream by Nadija Mujagic!!! It’s EXACTLY what I wanted from a whodunnit psychological thriller! The premise alone is shocking and very original, and I was SOLD!

After the first few pages, I was fully on board NEEDING to figure out who could commit such a horrendous crime! I’m a SoCal girl and have had my fair share of pool parties, so it’s shocking to even imagine this crime scenario, or when, where and how the plot would thicken and reveal the villain! Some of the characters’ suspect behaviors made me second-guess myself over and over!

The fast-paced narrative hooked me, reeled me in, and left me drowning in suspicion of almost every character! After reading The Final Stream, Nadija has easily become a favorite ‘go-to’ author of mine! New to Nadija? Not a problem, if you love the messy mind-bending mystery in psych thrillers—this one begs to be read! ❤️

4.5⭐️

After watching her best friend get murdered on TikTok Live, Alison returns to her hometown searching for answers. Frustrated with the lack of progress from the police, she decides to take matters into her own hands and dig for the truth herself.

This book hooks you from the very beginning. I had a few theories about who was responsible, but I was completely wrong. I loved the concept behind this story and all the twists and elements that came along with it. It was gripping, suspenseful, and kept me guessing until the end.

Wow! This one was very intense. When I read the blurb I couldn't stop thinking about it. Was thrilled when I was given the opportunity to read it.

So many things happen all at once and with each turn of the page I was sucled into the story more and more.

The storyline was unlike anything I've ever read before, I liked that it was original. Only a few pages in and I found it difficult to put down.

Alison opens tiktok only to watch horror unfold for her best friend and others at a small pool party. Alison returns home to deal with the aftermath and and investigate on her own as to what really happened.

This book was fast paced and an easy read that kept me turning pages late into the night. I thought I knew what was happening but was never quite sure. An excellent whodunit from Nadija!

“The Final Stream” by Nadija Mujagic is an absolutely gripping psychological thriller that had me hooked from the very first page. When Alison watches her friend’s live stream turn from a fun pool party into a horrifying murder, she’s determined to uncover the truth. Flying home to San Diego, she quickly learns that revenge, lies, and buried secrets run deep—and that trusting anyone can come with a cost.
This story is fast-paced and full of twists. Alison’s journey feels raw and real, making every decision and revelation hit even harder. The book dives deep into the complexities of friendship and how fragile trust can be when the truth is tangled in secrets and lies.
I couldn’t put it down! Smart, chilling, and packed with suspense—this is my favorite Nadija Mujagic story yet!

I received this book as an ARC and am leaving a review voluntarily.

Alison and Julie were best friends and lived in San Diego. Alison had moved to New York, however, to pursue her dream of becoming a well-known reporter at the NY Times.

Alison is scrolling through TikTok one day and happens upon a Live Video - it's in Julie's backyard - in her pool. Julie and her friend's are apparently having a great time at what appears to be a party.

Suddenly, someone enters the yard, Alison can see all the girl's in the pool turn towards the person who starts shooting wildly and turning the pool into into a mass of screams and blood. All 6 girl's have been gunned down on this Live - The Final Stream.....😁.

Alison comes home to San Diego, determined to get to the bottom of this horrific tragedy - the Police sure seem uninterested.

Will Alison find out who brutally murdered Julie and her friend's???

Nadija, this is my 13th story of yours and you just KEEP delivering the goods. This psychological thriller is fast-paced and packed with twists. A riveting story where all the Character's had several layers to them that were peeled back bit by bit. The descriptive writing allowed me to fully immerse myself in this thriller - I read it over a few hours. I formulated my own theories (as you do) throughout the book but ended up being wrong lol.

Release date is early December everyone - go to Amazon and pre-order it, go NOW!!!

Thanks Nadija for the privilege of reading your new thriller, I absolutely loved it! 🥰

The story begins with a young woman who wants to be a great journalist. Allison just needs that one big story. She has moved away to College to get her degree in journalism. It’s been 5 years since she left San Diego and she misses her friends there.
Allison is watching Tiktok while trying to think of something to write for the paper she works for. Suddenly a live video feed pops up of her best friend Julie having a pool party. Julie just became a nurse and is celebrating with six of her friends at a pool party she is throwing. As Allison watches a maniac opens fire on everyone and all she sees is 🩸. She is devastated.
Enter Amy, a guest at the pool party who hears the first shot and ducks under the water. Now Amy has a not too good boyfriend named Keith who is constantly in a jealous rage over anyone who gets too close to his Amy. But he loves her. He suggests she goes to counseling because Amy is suffering from PTSD and cannot function.
Julie decides to investigate what really happened. The police have no leads.
From the first chapter you will be so sure who the culprit is but I assure you that you aren’t even close. There are at least five suspects that I was sure was behind it all. I was wrong.
I absolutely recommend this psychological thriller as one of the best I have read.

I don't understand the positive reviews for this book. The writing is awful, and confusing. The characters are hollow and strange...the parents, for example. I can't explain it, but if you read it, you'll understand. The situations are so unrealistic. For example, the way the officer at the end is talking to the main character, thanking her for solving the case. Police don't talk like that...like they're gossiping about the details and not reporting the facts. It's very bizarre. The story was super predictable. No twists whatsoever. Was there even an editor involved? There were parts where it was clear the author wrote a paragraph, then below it, re-wrote it, but didn't delete the original version so the paragraphs said the same thing in two different ways. The entire thing seemed rushed and unpolished. The lead character taking credit for solving the case, yet she really didn't do anything...I'm not a negative review writer, but this was just awfully written and very disappointing because the concept of the story was great. The execution was just terrible.

This one pulled me in right away. No slow windup, no long backstory, it just drops you straight into the chaos and keeps you there. The twist at the end was a little predictable, but only because I read so many psychological thrillers that my brain is always looking for the unexpected. It still landed nicely.

The pacing stays steady, the writing feels natural, and the storyline is easy to follow. I’m not usually a fan of investigative journalists in real life, but I still liked Allison and found myself rooting for her. The way the book tackles influencer culture feels spot on for the world we’re living in.

If you like fast moving psychological thrillers about social media, secrets, and messy family dynamics, this one will be right up your alley.

Thank you to Nadija Mujagic for an early copy of this ebook, but as always, all thoughts are my own.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫 4.5 Stars — The Final Stream by Nadija Mujagić

I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of The Final Stream from the author, and this one hooked me from chapter one. Nadija Mujagić delivers a fast-paced, modern thriller that pulls you right into the world of livestream culture and viral chaos.

The story kicks off when a group of young adults set up a TikTok livestream during a pool party — just harmless fun for their followers. But everything changes in seconds when a masked man appears and guns them down on camera, live to their viewers. From there, the book spirals into a tense, twist-filled hunt for the truth behind the horrifying attack.

I loved how the author incorporated up-to-date social media trends in a way that felt totally realistic and timely.

A solid, sharp thriller that feels very now. If you love fast pacing, dark turns, and tech-driven suspense, this one is absolutely worth picking up.

As always, Nadija does an amazing job!

Alison unknowingly comes across a TikTok video of a pool party of one of her best friends. Suddenly someone comes in and it turns into a bloodbath. Alison will stop at nothing to get justice for her best friend.

Who could have possibly done it? Who would’ve hated Alison enough to do something like this? The twists and turns will keep you engaged in the story. You may think you figured out who did it, but most likely you are wrong! Haha. This is a keep you at the edge of your seat type story and I was lucky enough to be able to get an ARC of this story!

I loved this story and can’t wait for more from Nadija!

This ranks a little higher than a 4 for me, but not quite a 5.

This was a great quick read. The action starts right away and keeps coming. I feel like the parts about Alison's relationship with her parents took away from the story a bit. While I did end up figuring out who the killer was a little earlier than I'd have liked, the author certainly provides a great cast of characters to form a suspect pool! This book kept my attention and second guessing my suspicions until the end.

Thank you to Nadija Mujagic. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

I have read several novels from this author and was super excited to get an early copy of this release. This is my unbiased review.

The story begins with Alison, who witnesses the murder of her friend Julie live on stream and is determined to uncover the truth. As with the author's other novels, such as Loretta and The Lottery series, she writes incredibly compelling characters, and this novel is no different.

The plot was fast paced, intense, and suspenseful. I read it in one sitting because I needed to know how it ended. I didn’t see the ending coming. A highly earned 5 stars.

A amazing whodunit thriller. Anyone who is looking for a new thriller author I would HIGHLY recommend this one!

First time reading anything by this author and it did not disappoint! Right from the start this story pulled me in and held me tightly.
Everyone’s a suspect, everyone’s suspicious but the cops have no leads and nothing to go on.
This gripping fast paced thriller is very well done and put together beautifully!

Cant wait to read more from this author!

WHAT A READ!!! Little did Alison Osborn know how much her life would change from scrolling through TikTok. After seeing her best friend being shot dead she knew she had to find out what happened. This was an excellent well read story. I have found myself lacking concentration to read lately but I read this in a day which shows to me how fantastic this read was. My prediction was wrong but then again I’m not myself lately lol I’m gonna use that excuse lol Nah it was so well written I couldn’t see how it was going to play out. 👏 👏 to the author on a great read.

This was a really good book!

When Alison watches her best friend be killed during a livestream on TikTok, she has to return home. When police reach a dead-end, she decides to look for answers on her own.

Will she find what she's looking for? Will she become the next victim? This book will keep you guessing right up to the end.

Definitely recommend this book and Nadija Mujagic's other works. Give her a read.

I read this book in a day. It was one I could not put down from page 1. I literally felt like I was standing alongside Alison as she describes the smell of an apartment building she’s about to enter and again once she is standing inside. The characters are well developed and it keeps you wondering whodunnit until the end!
But, that’s not where it ends. Read the acknowledgments at the end. Nadija, keep writing your boos!!

This book was amazing and very engaging read! The story keeps you guessing who murdered her friend and her group at the pool party. Trust me if you think you have it figured out you don't because I thought so s couple times and did not expect who the killer was at all. The characters they pull you in and keep your attention throughout the story. The book is very fast paced and the chapters are not that long which I loved! The mystery of the ordeal kept my reading just one more chapter!

I had the opportunity to have an ARC of this book. I finished this book basically in a day. It was fast paced, addicting, and thrilling. I was able to predict the ending, however I kept questioning myself throughout. I enjoyed this book and kept wanting to know whodunit. Even if I predicted the ending, I still found myself questioning the entire time which made me want to continue reading. I highly suggest to any psychological thriller lover.
