Glitch : Crisis of the mental ones

Rate this book
"Sometimes I see her in my
not the face, but the distance.
And still,
I call that closeness home.“

From this searing moment of realization emerges a voice that is both shattered and fiercely strong.
Glitch dismantles the cycles of trauma and self-blame, charting a visceral path from the wreckage of the past to a hard-won future. For anyone who has ever felt trapped by a story they didn't write, this is your the patterns don't have to remain.
The diamond was never the goal but surviving the pressure is the ultimate victory.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This book of poems can only be described as beautifully painful, exquisitely written. Each line is filled with so much emotion that you begin to feel the physical effects of every word. While reading, tears could not be helped, so if you pick this up, keep tissues nearby.

Without spoiling anything, because this is something you need to experience, the way it flickers between turmoil and small nuggets of wisdom is incredible. Everything is wrapped in beautifully emotive imagery and deeply relatable life experiences.

I cannot pick a favourite, they're all outstanding

This was absolutely beautiful, the way the story flows was intense with the constant inner battles on show. I could feel the very questions deep in my bones and the story had me so drawn in.

5/5 absolutely amazing!
