This book is a brilliant resource for GMs who want to create rich, dynamic urban adventures filled with tension and mystery. The variety of d20 and d100 tables makes it easy to generate plots, scandals, and surprises on the fly. I especially love how it captures the grit and politics of fantasy cities while staying system-neutral and versatile. A few more sample encounters would enhance it even more, but overall, it’s an essential toolkit for any storyteller running city-based campaigns.
