Didn't fully get how Heath fit into it all, but Lyle on the other hand? Such a great comedic relief. And I just know that John Macmillan played him brilliantly.

Really fun adaptation though was nice to see the great staging of this before reading the play. It captures the essence of Ibsen while brining things up to date. I wonder if some of the references which resonate now will date with time. I miss the hint of the supernatural in the original. Still an excellent updating if (at time) a little too clever for its own good.

Five stars for Japanese denim and Red Wing boots. But Phaedra was better
