“Let them talk. You’re the only scandal I’ll never regret.”
Duke Damien felt nothing when his betrothed broke things off, but he refused to let his reputation take a hit because of it. Afterall, with a few lessons, and a fake courtship, he could turn any lady into the new Diamond…
Sharp-tongued, stubborn, and utterly unrepentant, Agatha was content to be the scandal her father could not silence. But then he issued an ultimatum. Suddenly the Duke’s mad plan sounded better than being cast on the streets.
Yet, each dance, each stolen glance, threatens to blur the line between pretense and passion. And Agatha must decide if risking her heart is worth the ruin… Even if the Duke she was never meant to love is the only man who ever truly saw her.

The grammatical errors often made it difficult to read .i had to re- read sentences over again to try to figure what the author was saying . The story was fine with ,as expected , a hea . Hopefully someone else will proof read her next book .
Love how this book continues the story of the wallflower circle of friends. The chemistry between Damien and Agatha was captivating. I rated 4 stars due to the spelling/editing errors that were distracting but I enjoyed the story immensely. Looking forward to Adalyns story.
For the most part I enjoyed this book. Although two-thirds of the way it seemed as if the author got some things jumbled and confused me to how things were playing out. Overall, I was left with the feeling that the author over compensated to make the book last longer. I also found quite a few errors in spelling.
A very enjoyable read. I was a bit put off by the many typos. I thought this was a finished copy, but seemed more like an ARC. I always look forward to this author’s work
A lively story with ups and downs. Two people with cruel pasts find their way together with truth and laughter until they find love together. A fine read.
