The techniques in this book were taught to me by my physical therapist (a licensed Aston Patterning practitioner) to assist in my injury recovery and prevention. They are simple to execute and powerful in their effects! Finding my Neutral has made a big difference in my body and my outlook. The Arching exercise especially has helped me with realignment and pain relief. The book is clear and has very useful photographs. I recommend it most highly.
