Ісаґі поступово опановує нову здібність і навіть розробляє ефективну стратегію, утім… Не всі готові слідувати його плану. Зрештою, король на полі може бути лише один, і Баро нізащо не віддасть цей титул без бою. Ісаґі змушений перейматися не лише суперниками, а й власною командою, яку розривають на шмаття постійні чвари та хаос. І на цьому шляху самої лише грубої сили йому забракне.

THEY'RE SO BADASS I CAN'T HANDLE IT 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

i'm so happy isagi put barou in his fucking place 😌 barou was such an asshole and only cared about himself. so when isagi finally stopped trying to get barou to work as a team after he kept refusing constantly, he left him in the DUST. this was pretty much a 2v3 and nagi x isagi still managed to beat reo x chigiri x kunigami. now that was some world's greatest striker shit 🤭

THAT CLIFFHANGER THOUGH 😭 i want to know who they pick so bad. i want it to be reo 🥺 but i feel like they will pick chigiri for his speed. or they could even go with kunigami because of his size and muscle.

Barou was annoying the shit out of me in this volume, but the Isagi & Nagi duo was pure perfection.

I knew the outcome of this match would be good! It was awesome seeing Barou get pent up and ready to snap by the last few minutes of play.
I really love each of the players on both sides on this 3 v 3, so I’m incredibly eager to see who Isagi’s team will take to the next round!!

Shiiitttt that Baro, Nagi, and Isagi team-up was fire. Their dynamic with each other is chaotic and I loved every minute of it. Also NGL, Nagi’s growing on me. Nagi and Bachira now belong under the category of being my favorites (Niko’s there too, and I hope to see him soon !!).

So far, this is one of my favorite matches !! The way Isagi put Baro in his place like daaaamnnn. Again, Isagi when he’s in the zone, especially when he dominated Baro >>>>

I just love this volume, basically. I can’t wait for them to finally reunite with Bachira.

This arc in particular is really scalping me the right way and I need to talk about it at length.

Oh my!!!! Oh my my my!!! See this is the mess I was dreaming and hoping for. My emotions and expectations were on a rollercoaster ride the entire time but in the best and most entertaining way.

it was sad and annoying, but i still bought it (in spanish though) because my precious baby reo is on the cover.

finally moving on from that horrible match. bachira chapters are waiting, and at last, isagi can fight for his bf instead of accidentally inserting himself into other people’s messy breakups. and he doesn’t even do it on purpose, he’s just so clueless, has no idea why reo is mad at him.

also, knowing that nagi will regret his cruel words like ten times over? as he should. maybe next time think before you speak, genius.

Es que este manga me parece FLIPANTE. Cuando pienso que la cosa no puede mejorar más, que no puedo querer más a los personajes, van y se superan continuamente.

Bendito el día que decidí empezar Blue Lock, porque se está convirtiendo en uno de mis mangas favoritos so far.

My favourite volume out of the 30 volumes in the series (well, as of today, it’s 31). I have read it three or four times this year. It holds a special place in my heart, probably right next to the letter Dostoevsky wrote to his brother and the famous quote from The Sheltering Sky. The protagonist’s words at the brink of despair ‘If you cannot see the light leading to your goal, then be that light yourself’ (my own translation coz I read in Japanese) brought me to tears because I have always fallen prey to self pity and blamed others for my own faults. Honestly, almost all main characters are so clear headed and mature and … their resolution and discipline are everything I wish I had had when I was their age.

This match is so devastating especially with the context of what comes after. Obviously love Barou's evolution, but seeing Isagi and Nagi developing their individual powers is still so fun. Reo has some CRAZY panels in this too
