Unique and robust framework for being actually agile

Agile is too often talked about with broad generalizations and without substance. This book replaces all that with practical and evidence-driven approach for improving your business or production processes through experimentation.

The challenges described here match my long experience in IT and I wish I had this book when I faced them.
