What I love most is how Dr. Windman speaks to you in such a real, human way. She mixes kindness, clarity, and genuinely helpful ideas without ever feeling heavy or overwhelming. It’s like she quietly guides you back to parts of yourself you didn’t realize you’d misplaced during all the big changes.

"To Be Me Again: Reclaiming Women’s Freedom, Power, and Joy" is one of those rare books that arrives in your life at exactly the right moment. I received it on the very day I unexpectedly went into labor, and it has since become a quiet, steady source of support as I navigate the beautiful challenges and changes of motherhood.

Dr. Leslie Windman's warmth and wisdom are present on every page, creating a safe and encouraging space to reflect and heal. She blends gentle guidance with practical, empowering tools that help you reconnect with your strength, your body, and the parts of yourself that can get lost in life’s biggest transitions.
